Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'appui et de guidage pour le logement d'une poutre de tamponnement (2) dans le châssis (1) d'un véhicule sur rails dont la poutre de tamponnement (2) est montée mobile longitudinalement, dans le centre longitudinal du châssis (1), par rapport audit châssis (1) recevant le poids de la charge, un dispositif de rappel et de consommation d'énergie (14) étant intercalé, et porte à chacune de ses extrémités un dispositif de traction et de tamponnement (4a, 4b), étant précisé que la poutre de tamponnement (2) s'appuie contre le châssis (1) sur des éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) et est conçue comme un profité en forme de caisson ouvert présentant une section en forme de rectangle couché et comprenant des longerons de poutre de tamponnement continus (5a, 5b), étant précisé aussi que la poutre de tamponnement (2) est supportée et guidée avec un jeu latéral et en respectant un intervalle entre son côté supérieur et le côté supérieur du châssis (1), et entre son côté inférieur et le côté inférieur du châssis (1), caractérisé en ce que les longerons de poutre de tamponnement (5a et 5b) présentent un creux continu (7) à section en forme de ], ouvert vers l'extérieur en direction du côté et formé d'une semelle supérieure (8) et d'une semelle inférieure (9) délimitant ledit creux (7), et d'une branche (10) reliant ces semelles (7 et 8), en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) sont disposés à l'intérieur des creux (7) au moins dans la zone définie entre les deux sections de tête (12) du châssis (1), en ce qu'il est prévu, comme éléments d'appui et de guidage (11), des paliers à glissement (111) et des paliers à roulement (112), en ce que, à l'état non sollicité, la poutre de tamponnement (2), au niveau du côté inférieur des semelles supérieures (8), s'appuie verticalement contre le châssis (1) au niveau de la bague extérieure (112a) des paliers à roulement (112), et en ce que des supports (13) prévus pour l'appui des paliers à glissement (111) et des paliers à roulement (112) au niveau du châssis (1) sont conçus et disposés pour pouvoir être échangés, les paliers à glissement (111) et les paliers à roulement (112) garantissant un appui et/ou un guidage dans l'espace identiques ou similaires pour la poutre de tamponnement (2).
- Dispositif d'appui et de guidage pour le logement d'une poutre de tamponnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) sont fixés au châssis (1) en étant réglables verticalement et horizontalement, en ce qui concerne leur capacité de positionnement.
- Dispositif d'appui et de guidage pour le logement d'une poutre de tamponnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) sont disposés par paires par rapport à un plan transversal, étant précisé que le premier élément d'appui et de guidage (11) vient en prise dans le creux (7) du premier longeron de poutre de tamponnement (5a) tandis que le second élément d'appui et de guidage (11) vient en prise dans le creux du second longeron de poutre de tamponnement (5b), de telle sorte que chaque paire d'éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) garantit dans un plan de section transversale le guidage à la verticale et à l'horizontale.
- Dispositif d'appui et de guidage pour le logement d'une poutre de tamponnement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage (11) présentent la même structure par rapport à un plan transversal et sont conçus soit comme paliers à glissement (111), soit comme paliers à roulement (112).
- Dispositif d'appui et de guidage pour le logement d'une poutre de tamponnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage (11), au moins dans certaines zones de la poutre de tamponnement (2), sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres dans un plan transversal, de telle sorte que la poutre de tamponnement (2) est supportée et/ou guidée contre le châssis (1) alternativement au niveau des longerons de poutre de tamponnement (5a) et (5b), si on considère le sens longitudinal.
