Claims (8)

  1. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement (2) dans le châssis (1) du wagon, dont la poutre de tamponnement (2) est montée, mobile longitudinalement, au centre longitudinal du châssis (1) et porte à chaque extrémité un organe de choc et de traction, et dont la poutre de tamponnement (2) est formée sur les côtés par deux poutres en double T (7) parallèles qui sont espacées l'une de l'autre grâce à des entretoises transversales (8), étant précisé qu'il est prévu dans le châssis (1) des éléments échangeables pour l'appui et le guidage de la poutre de tamponnement (2), qui sont fixés par paires, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du châssis (1), à la traverse (4) ou à des traverses auxiliaires de celui-ci de manière à dépasser avec leur évidement (10) dans l'espace pour la réception de la poutre de tamponnement (2) et qui pénètrent des deux côtés de la poutre de tamponnement (2) dans les creux formés grâce à l'utilisation de poutres en double T (7), et étant précisé que les éléments d'appui et de guidage sont conçus comme des paliers lisses ou comme des paliers à roulement, qu'il est prévu des paliers de même type par paires dans un plan de coupe transversale et que les paires de paliers lisses ou de paliers à roulement sont espacées sur la longueur de la poutre de tamponnement (2), caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui et de guidage sont conçus comme des crochets en forme de plaques (9) qui présentent des évidements en forme de C (10), en ce que la zone de la membrure inférieure de la poutre en double T (7) qui est tournée vers le crochet (9) est reçue par l'évidement (10), et en ce que les crochets (9) sont réglables par rapport à la membrure inférieure de la poutre en double T (7) de la poutre de tamponnement (2) orientée dans la position normale, avant la fixation du crochet (9) à la traverse (4) ou à la poutre auxiliaire, dans le plan de celles-ci.
  2. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les côtés de l'évidement (10) du crochet (9) sont équipés de coulisseaux (11) qui correspondent à la zone de la membrure inférieure de la poutre en double T (7) qui est enserrée par le crochet (9).
  3. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans la zone de la membrure inférieure de la poutre en double T (7) qui est enserrée par le crochet (9), des coulisseaux (12) qui font face aux coulisseaux (11).
  4. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (11) est formé de deux éléments de coulisseau assemblés (14) qui bordent le crochet (9) des deux côtés, dans la zone de l'évidement (10), qui traversent l'évidement (10) et qui présentent un creux en forme de C dans lequel est guidée la membrure de la poutre en double T (7) de la poutre de tamponnement (2).
  5. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de coulisseau (14) sont fixés l'un à l'autre et au crochet (9) à l'aide de moyens de fixation amovibles (15).
  6. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les coulisseaux (11), les coulisseaux opposés (12) et les éléments de coulisseaux (14) se composent de la matière polyamide.
  7. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les côtés de l'évidement (10) du crochet (9) sont pourvus de galets (13) de telle sorte que ceux-ci se trouvent en face du côté supérieur, du côté inférieur et du côté frontal de la zone de la membrure de la poutre en double T (7) qui est reçue par l'évidement (10)
  8. Wagon à marchandises sur rails avec un dispositif pour l'appui et le guidage d'une poutre de tamponnement dans le châssis du wagon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les crochets (9) sont disposés par paires, symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal, de telle sorte que leur évidement (10) reçoive la zone, dirigée vers l'intérieur, de la membrure de la poutre en double T (7) et que les crochets (9) soient dirigés l'un vers l'autre avec leur côté arrière.
