Definitions
- the following invention relates to an air outlet for Cooling and / or heating rooms by induction of Indoor air in the primary air supplied, for its discharge laterally outlets are provided.
- U1 is a ceiling air outlet for air conditioning systems with an elongated housing known that has a supply air inlet and at least on the room side has an outlet gap.
- the inlet air inlet opens into a nozzle tube extending along the housing, the at least one essentially on the outlet gap has directed injection nozzle. It is also on the room side an air-permeable one in the housing next to the outlet gap Heat exchanger arranged.
- the primary air mixed with secondary air flows, blown out of the nozzles, diagonally down into the room, so that distribution of the supply air is unfavorable.
- the present invention is based on the object o.g. Avoid disadvantages and an air outlet too create that ideally mixed with the room air Brings primary air into a room.
- outlets lead to the side an interior for recording and thermal influencing the room air.
- the side outlets are preferably Slot outlets as described in DE 44 29 144 A1 are. These slot outlets have the advantage that they are the Take thermally influenced room air to the side and run along a ceiling, for example, so that a significantly improved distribution of the mixture of indoor air and there is primary air in a room. Furthermore, the Room air prevented by any device in the To flow inside and there, thermally influenced, to reverse and to be mixed with the primary air.
- the side outlets especially if they are as Slot outlets are formed, have a suction effect, so that there is a column of indoor air between the two opposite side outlets in the interior of the air outlet is sucked in. This is the special one Advantage of the present invention.
- a heat exchanger element is used in the interior.
- Each depending on whether the room air should be cooled or heated, is, for example through appropriate pipes, a cooling or conducted a heating medium.
- a guide element in the interior is arranged for the indoor air.
- This guide element can for example funnel-shaped or cross-sectional be bell-shaped and points in its bottom a passage for the indoor air into the interior.
- the room air is concentrated like a nozzle, so that the indoor air introduced into the interior is not the deflected and led to the side outlets, already influenced thermally influenced air flow.
- a can be in the guide element Lighting fixtures can be arranged.
- This lighting fixture has the advantage that due to its warmth a Natural thermals are created, which leads to indoor air sucked out of the room and through the passage in the bottom of the Guide element is brought to the heat exchanger element.
- This arrangement also causes, among other things, that Dirt particles in front of the heat exchanger element from are deflected and separated from the guide element, so that as practical experience has shown, essential less dirt particles to the heat exchanger element get there and dirty the slats there.
- Another significant advantage is achieved when in the interior has another outlet for primary air is arranged.
- this should be between the Heat exchanger element and the guide element are arranged.
- it can consist of a tube, which has downward outlet nozzles. Through this The falling room air with primary air becomes a nozzle blended. The high exit speed of the nozzles offers the possibility that the indoor air is much better induced from the interior and by the heat exchanger element can be transported.
- this pass one assign another outlet for primary air.
- a feed housing for Primary air to which the slot outlet also connects, with perforations.
- a corresponding one Deflecting element can be mixed by the Perforations emerging primary air with the mixture Improve primary air and indoor air.
- the air outlet according to the invention created a way to localize differently Spaces in a building to meet different needs adapt. Above all, this also takes into account the location of the building, for example, whether that Building is arranged on the north or south side.
- a central air conditioning system with central cooling or Heating facility does not offer the flexibility to to individually condition the air so that it individual needs of the people.
- the ratio of the supplied primary air volume and induced room air optimized.
- the induction can occur in three places take place, which has proven to be particularly advantageous.
- the lighting fixture for example, may be desired be replaced by a perforated sheet.
- the Use of the natural thermals would then be eliminated, nevertheless, through the further, designed as a tube Outlet, enough room air sucked in and with primary air mixed.
- the air outlet has a housing 1, which one Encloses interior 2.
- this case is rectangular and elongated educated.
- the idea of the invention should also other geometric shapes may be included.
- feed housing 3.1 and 3.2 used for primary air that is connected to a not shown Air supply system are connected. Mouth down these feed housings 3.1 and 3.2 in slot outlets 4.1 and 4.2, the design of which is described in DE 44 29 144.2 A1 is described, so that in the following to another Description omitted and reference to this document is taken.
- perforations 6 introduced through which also primary air in one Passage 7 between the slot outlet 4.1 or 4.2 and a guide element 8 can be introduced.
- This one Perforations 6 or the passage 7 is still one Deflection element 9 assigned, which has a guiding shoulder 10 having.
- the deflection element 9 is in a rail 11 on the Slot outlet 4.1 or 4.2 hooked in.
- the guide element 8 is in the present embodiment cross-sectionally bell-shaped and has in its bottom 14 a passage 15 for indoor air. This Indoor air is indicated by the serrated arrows 16.
- Another outlet for is above the guide element 8 Primary air recognizable.
- This consists of a tube 18, which is directed downwards, not marked in more detail Has outlet nozzles.
- the tube 18 connects to the side the feed housing 3.1 or 3.2 and is about this with Primary air supplied.
- the operation of the present invention is as follows using an example of the supply of cooler Fresh air to a room is described.
- the room receives cool primary air through the slot outlets 4.1 and 4.2 supplied, the slot outlets so are aligned so that the primary air by arrows 20 marked along the ceiling 13 strokes.
- Room air passes through the guide element 8, possibly supported the natural thermals of the lighting fixture 17, through the passage 15 to the heat exchanger element 19, which in this embodiment as a cooling element is trained.
- Corresponding tubes 21 are of one Coolant flows through and are supported by fins 22 held together.
- the warmer room air is through the heat exchanger element 19th and cooled in the interior 2 and now falls through that Heat exchanger element 19 down again. This will still be supported by the primary air coming from the pipe 18th or from the nozzles in the tube 18 at high speed exit. This creates a suction, though at the same time the room air is mixed with primary air.
- a further mixing and acceleration takes place through primary air emerging from the perforations 6, which is forced into the mixture of room air and primary air by the guide shoulder 10 of the deflection element 9.
- This mixture emerges from the passage 7 at a relatively high speed and is entrained here by the primary air, as indicated by the arrow 20.
