- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les découpes (10) confectionnées et évacuées sont conduites à un poste de collecte, et à l'intérieur de celui-ci, avec des découpes (10) amenées les unes après les autres sont formées des piles de découpes (23), et celles-ci sont ensuite conduites à l'empaqueteuse (22).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau (19), tirée d'une bobine (21, 26), est, avant d'être introduite dans le dispositif à découpes (31), soumise dans la zone d'un dispositif de formage (65) à une contre-déformation (decurling) pour la suppression de la courbure de la bande de matériau (19) ou des découpes (10) due à l'enroulement des bobines (21, 26).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les découpes (10) sont détachées de la bande de découpes (70) par paires, à savoir par paires de découpes (73), et les paires de découpes (73) sont conduites au revolver de pliage (74), et que les paires de découpes (73) sont dissociées lors de l'introduction des découpes (10) dans le revolver de pliage (74).
- Dispositif pour la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes du type boíte à couvercle basculant à partir de découpes (10) dans une empaqueteuse (22), les découpes (10), en carton mince, étant confectionnées par découpage ou coupe et pourvues de lignes de pliage (16, 17) formées par estampage et de coupes de découpage (18) pour la délimitation de volets, et les découpes (10) étant, dans la zone d'un dispositif à découpes (31, 69) associé à l'empaqueteuse (22), détachées d'une bande continue de matériau (19) par des coupes de séparation, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la bande de matériau (19) est pourvue sur une face d'une impression (29) de façon telle que soient formées des découpes (10) situées les unes à côté des autres ayant une impression (29) correspondant au design extérieur de la boíte à couvercle basculant,b) l'impression (29) est faite de façon que les découpes (10) soient dirigées à l'intérieur de la bande de matériau (19) perpendiculairement à l'étendue longitudinale de celle-ci, de façon telle que l'impression pour une partie boíte (11) et l'impression pour un couvercle (12) se suivent dans la direction transversale de la bande de matériau (19),c) le dispositif à découpes (31, 69) présente un dispositif d'estampage (41) pour la réalisation d'estampages pour la formation des lignes de pliage (16, 17) des découpes (10) à confectionner, à savoir de lignes de pliage longitudinales (16) dirigées perpendiculairement à l'étendue longitudinale de la bande de matériau (19) et de lignes de pliage transversales (17) s'étendant dans la direction de la bande de matériau (19),d) le dispositif à découpes (31, 69) présente un dispositif de coupe (33) placé après le dispositif d'estampage (41) pour la réalisation de coupes de découpage (18) dans la bande de matériau (19) pour la formation de volets et en même temps d'une coupe de séparation dirigée transversalement (32) pour le détachement chaque fois d'une découpe (10) de la bande de matériau (19).e) dans la zone du dispositif à découpes (31, 69), au moins des contours latéraux des découpes (10) sont réalisés sur les deux bords longitudinaux de la bande de matériau (19) par des coupes longitudinales (34, 35) pendant la réalisation des coupes de découpage (18), à savoir par détachement de morceaux de matière correspondants (61, 62) de la bande de matériau (19), qui présente une largeur légèrement supérieure à la dimension longitudinale des découpes (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant le dispositif de coupe (33) du dispositif à découpes (31, 69) est placé un dispositif d'impression (38) pour la réalisation d'une impression (29) sur la bande de matériau (19) ou sur les découpes (10) dans la zone de la bande matériau (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif à découpes (31, 69) est relié à l'empaqueteuse (22) par un transporteur de piles (24, 59).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant le dispositif de découpes (31, 69) est placé un dispositif de formage (65) pour le formage de la bande de matériau (19), ce dispositif de formage (65) présente au moins un outil de formage pour la suppression des déformations dues à l'enroulement de la bande de matériau (19) en bobine (21, 26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'outil de formage est un rouleau de formage (68) qui joue le rôle le rouleau de renvoi de la bande de matériau (19) et est déplaçable en fonction de la déformation de la bande de matériau (19) par la bobine (21, 26) pour la production de contre-déformations différentes de la bande de matériau (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif à découpes (31, 69) est suivi d'une voie à découpes (44) dans la zone de laquelle les découpes (10) sont groupées en piles (23), ce dans des empileurs du genre puits ouverts en haut (46, 47).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que les découpes (10) sont, dans la zone de la voie à découpes (44), transportées par des rouleaux ou des paires de rouleaux (45) et conduites dans l'empileur (46, 47) par des organes directeurs mobiles, à savoir des plaques directrices basculantes (52, 53).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone de la voie à découpes (44), les découpes (10) sont contrôlées par des organes de contrôle en ce qui concerne leur forme correcte et que les découpes (10) de forme défectueuse sont conduites le long de la voie à découpes (44) à un dispositif collecteur de découpes (10) défectueuses, à savoir à un récipient (56) auquel se joint un tuyau d'aspiration (58) pour l'aspiration des découpes défectueuses.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que les piles de découpes (23) formées dans les empileurs (46, 47) sont poussées par un poussoir (50), en direction transversale, de la pile (46, 47) sur le transporteur de piles (49), qui conduit les piles de découpes (23) à un transporteur vertical (59) et un transporteur horizontal (24) qui suit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les découpes (10) sont, dans la zone du dispositif à découpes (69), détachées seulement partiellement de la bande de matériau (19), à savoir de façon telle qu'elles tiennent ensemble par des liens restants (71) en formant une bande de découpes (70), des découpes individuelles ou des paires de découpes (73) étant détachées de la bande de découpes (70) dans la zone d'un dispositif de détachement et conduites à l'empaqueteuse (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que des paires de découpes (73) sont conduites à l'empaqueteuse (22) ou à un revolver de pliage (74) de celle-ci et dissociées en découpes (10) individuelles dans la zone de l'empaqueteuse (22).
