Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication de renforts amenés, ultérieurement, à un poste d'emballage pour boîtes pliantes, plus particulièrement pour paquets de cigarettes, comprenant un poste de découpe de renforts, muni d'une lame (5) permettant de découper lesdits renforts dans une bande de matériau d'emballage dont la largeur correspond à la largeur desdits renforts, ainsi que deux lignes de transport se rejoignant face au poste de découpe de renforts, chacune desdites lignes transportant une bande de matériau d'emballage (1), et des dispositifs d'avance pour chacune des deux bandes de matériau d'emballage (1), caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de changement de bande (3) est prévu dans la zone de jonction des deux lignes de transport, comprenant une lame fixe (7) montée entre les deux lignes de transport et, sur la face opposée de chaque ligne de transport, une lame mobile (10) coopérant avec ladite lame fixe (7) pour effectuer des découpes dans la bande de matériau d'emballage (1) en fonction de la forme des bords avant et arrière des renforts et en ce qu'un dispositif de déviation (13-17) est monté en aval, vu dans le sens du convoyage, pour chaque ligne de transport, pour dévier l'extrémité avant découpée d'une nouvelle bande de matériau d'emballage (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame fixe (7) est équipée d'un guidage central (9) s'étendant sensiblement jusqu'au point de jonction des deux lignes de transport.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les lames mobiles (10) peuvent être déplacées dans le sens inverse du sens de précontrainte d'un ressort.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les lames mobiles (10) peuvent être déplacées, par des vérins d'actionnement (12), en position de coupe en coopération avec la lame fixe (7).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les lames mobiles (10) peuvent être déplacées le long de guidages (19).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déviation comprend une barrette de guidage (13) délimitant la face extérieure de la ligne de transport correspondante et pouvant être déplacée par pivotement dans cette dernière.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déviation comprend une fente de prélèvement (15) pour saisir l'extrémité avant découpée d'une bande de matériau d'emballage (1).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la fente de prélèvement (15) peut être obturée par la barrette de guidage (13).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (13) peut être déplacée par une manivelle (14) à actionnement manuel.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement entre les bords tranchants (8) de la lame fixe (7) et les bords tranchants des lames (5) du poste de découpe de renforts est un multiple de la longueur d'un renfort, vu dans le sens du convoyage, plus un faible jeu.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le poste de découpe de renforts est équipé de rouleaux à lames (5).
