Definitions
- the invention relates to a compartment holding element Weaving rotor of a row shed weaving machine according to the generic term of claim 1 and a weaving rotor and a weaving machine with compartment holding elements according to the invention.
- Row shed weaving machines are multi-phase weaving machines (see e.g. EP 0 013 321), in which several against each other gradually shifted weft threads in wandering Weaving subjects are entered, with a weaving rotor a plurality of subjects are formed, each one extend across the entire width of the weave.
- the roller-shaped Webrotor has axially aligned lamella combs Stop or guide slats on. Between Guide lamellae are alternately specialist holding units arranged, which is the high or low position of the Set warp threads.
- Shelf holding elements are known from EP 0 196 349 which each have a warp thread guide section, the consists of a passage between two protrusions, the floor of the passage being the high shelf forms for warp threads.
- the ledges have the function of the guide blades mentioned above.
- the weft entry takes place by means of air.
- For individual shelf holding elements each provided a shape so that space for one Auxiliary blowing nozzle remains free.
- the compartment holding element 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a width b, which - compared to the length a - in the figure is shown large. This width b is around 2 mm, while the distance a is around 10 mm long.
- the compartment holding element 1 has the following parts: Hochfachauflage Design 11 for warp threads 3, between two ear-shaped projections 12 and 13 is arranged; Weft thread channel 14 with the lateral outlet opening 140 and with the one indicated by the arrow F. Direction of entry; and two not fully shown Parts 15, 15 'which are used to fasten the compartment holding element 1 are provided in a weaving rotor 5 (see FIG. 3). By the weaving rotor 5 becomes the compartment holding element 1 in the direction of the arrow P moves.
- the transverse groove 11 'in the contact surface 11 has no functional meaning and only exists for manufacturing reasons.
- the description of the compartment holding element 1 will be based on 1 the following designations have also been introduced: Deep compartment zone 16, lower part 17, rear part 18, upper part 19 and front part 20.
- the lower part 17 comprises the Deep compartment zone 16.
- Edges have to be imagined as rounded.
- the edge 141 designed as a confuser is strong on the entry side of the weft channel 14 rounded, as can be seen in Fig.2.
- This edge 200 runs along one Curve piece 201 on which the radii of curvature are not deviate significantly from an average, so that the largest radius of curvature is not greater than around that Is ten times the smallest. So there is on the edge 200, for example, no nasal elevation that the Movement of the warp thread 3 when changing from the up to could affect the low compartment.
- Cross to that Curve piece 201 are the radii of curvature of the sliding edge 200 relatively small, but larger than the width b of the Compartment holding element 1. Thanks to the special shape of the The sliding edge 200 remains a jumping or getting stuck Warp thread.
- the projections 12 and 13 are shown as "ears" in FIG. shown that have a constant thickness. With Advantage is provided a form in which this Ears 12 and 13 each in the upper area to the tip 120 or 130 taper. To make more space for the warp threads 3 to get on the support surface 11 can also Taper in the opposite direction in the lower area the ears 12 and 13 are provided so that the width the contact surface 11 is larger than that indicated in FIG Width c is. These shape variations with tapered top or below are not shown in the drawings.
- the tooth-shaped rear part 18, the tip 181 is blunt, tapers against the upper part 19, which the Has width b.
- the base of the rear part 18 has the same width b. Therefore there is an opening 140 Return from the upper part 19 to the rear part 18, thanks which a hooking of the warp thread 3 when changing from Missing up to the low bay.
- the measured parallel to the surface of the weaving rotor 5 Distance between tips 120 and 130 is length a in Fig. 1. This distance a is larger than in known ones Compartment holding elements. Since the distance a together with the The angular velocity of the weaving rotor is minimal Specifies the time for reading in the warp threads the weaving process when there is a larger one Distance a with a higher weaving speed carry out. The distance a is at least five times greater than the width b.
- the front projection 130 shows in its upper region a "fleeing" face 131, which is essentially is oriented in the same way as the upper part of the curve section 201. This is advantageous in relation to those mentioned above Movement of the blanket 7a by the Stop slats 2 is caused. With previous ones Shapes of the shelf holding element resulted from disturbances Hooking the front projection 130 on the springback Screen 7a. The shape shown in FIG. 1 occurs such hooking does not occur.
- the lower part 17 of the compartment holding element 1 has one waisted deep compartment zone 16.
- the waist creates additional space for the warp threads 3 ", which Disabilities and friction between the warp threads 3 " be reduced.
- the rear part 18 has like the front part 20 in the Sliding edge 200 chamfer-friendly rounded bevels 180 on. Also for the second edge 202 of the front part 20 a corresponding one at the level of the firing channel 14 yarn-friendly bevel provided.
- FIG. 3 shows the direction of movement of the weft thread 4 reversed to that in Fig. 1 (arrow F).
- the transportation of the Weft 4 through the weft 14 is with Auxiliary blowing nozzles 9 supported.
- These auxiliary blowing nozzles 9 are - As can be seen in Figure 3 - in the buttocks 18 individual Compartment holding elements 1 integrated.
- Compartment holding elements 1 can also be used for which only one of the projections 12 or 13 as a guide element is formed for the warp threads 3.
- the other one can completely absent; or just a small one Stub for the purpose of creating a stable support surface 11 be present.
- the compartment holding element 1 described is a monolithic structure. It can be made of ceramic material getting produced. With advantage, however, it becomes one Piece of metal worked out.
