Claims (14)
- Automatisch öffnender und schließender, auf Taschenformat verkürzbarer Schirm mit- - - jeweils einer im Schirmgriff(12) angeordneten ersten Auslösevorrichtung(A1) für den Öffnungsvorgang und einer zweiten Auslösevorrichtung(A2) für den Schließvorgang,- - - einer im Schirmgriff(12) angeordneten Auslösetaste(11) zur gemeinsamen, zeitlich versetzten Betätigung der Auslösevorrichtungen(A1, A2),- - - einem teleskopisch verkürzbaren Schirmstock(1) mit einer Schirmkrone(4), einem längs des Schirmstocks(1) verschiebbar geführten Schieber(5) und einem von Dachstangeneinheiten(2°) gebildeten Dachgestänge(2),- - - einem ersten Federantrieb(F1) zum Öffnen des Schirms, der eine im Schirmstock(1) angeordnete Druckfeder(F1') umfaßt, die einhergehend mit dem Öffnungsvorgang den Schirmstock(1) ausschiebt,- - - einem zweiten Federantrieb(F2) zum Schließen des Schirmes, der in die Dachstangeneinheiten(2°) integrierte Zugfedern(F2') umfaßt, die einhergehend mit dem Öffnungsvorgang gespannt werden,- - - einem ein Seil(S') aufweisenden Seilzug(S), dessen Seil(S') am Schieber (5) angreift und einenendes über eine im Schirmstock(1) verschiebbar gelagerte Stange(8) und einer daran angeordneten Klinke(9) mit der Auslösevorrichtung(A2) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Klinke(9) mittels einer an einem Sperrglied(10) angreifendenden Hakennase(9b) arretierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zweite Auslösevorrichtung(A2) einen mit der Klinke(9) zusammenwirkenden, in der Schirmstock-Achse(X) verschieblichen Entriegelungsschieber(14,15) aufweist sowie eine mit diesem synchron verschiebliche, mit der Auslösetaste(11) zusammenwirkende Sperrklinke(16), und daß diese verschiebliche Anordnung(14,15,16) in Abhängigkeit vom Einschub und Ausschub des Schirmstockes(1) wechselweise in die auslösebereite Position gegenüber der Klinke(9) und der Auslösetaste(11) einrückt(Fig.1,Ausschub des Stockes 1) in Richtung zur Klinke(9) hin,- und von dieser weg ausrückt in eine wirkungslose Neutral-POsition(Fig.2,3, Einschub des Stockes 1). - Schirm nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- - - die Auslösetaste(11) verschiebbar geführt ist,- - - das Sperrglied (10) zur Aufnahme und Arretierung der Hakennase(9b) rohrförmig mit einer Höhlung(10a) ausgebildet und im Inneren des Schirmstockes(1) koaxial zur Schirmstockachse(X) angeordnet ist und sich am Schirmstock(1) abstützt,- - - die Auslösevorrichtung(A2) mit dem Entriegelungsschieber(14,15) und der Sperrklinke(16) zu einer Bau-Einheit (V) zusammengefaßt sind, wobei- - - der Entriegelungsschieber(14,15) in der Höhlung(10a) geführt und von einer Feder(19) in Richtung auf die Hakennase(9b) der Klinke(9) vorgespannt ist und sich bei geschlossenem und verkürztem Schirm über einen, an einem seitlichen Arm(14c) ausgebildeten Anschlag(14c*) am Schieber(5) abstützt und- - - die Sperrklinke(16) am Arm(14c) um eine Achse(17) federnd schwenkbar gelagert und als zweiseitiger Hebel ausgebildet ist, dessen einer Hebelarm (16a) für den Angriff der Auslösetaste(11) beim Schließvorgang vorgesehen und dessen anderer Hebelarm(16b) mit einem Arretierhaken(16b'') zur Arretierung des Entriegelungsschiebers(14,15) im Abstand von der Hakennase(9b) vorgesehen ist,- - - sodaß beim Öffungsvorgang die Auslösevorrichtung(A1) durch Betätigen der Auslösetaste (11) den Schirmstock(1) freigibt, wobei die Stirnseite des Entriegelungsschiebers(14,15) vom Arretierhaken(16b'') im Abstand von der Hakennase(9b) gehalten ist und der Hebelarm(16a) in den Wirkungsbereich der Auslösetaste(11) gelangt, beim Schließvorgang durch erneute Betätigung der Auslösetaste(11) der Arretierhaken(16b'') freikommt und der Entriegelungsschieber(14,15) in Eingriff mit der Hakennase(9b) gelangt und die Klinke(9) vom Sperrglied(10) löst und beim Verkürzen des Schirmstockes(1) bei entspannten Zugfedern(F2') die Druckfeder(F1') gespannt und die Hakennase(9b) im Sperrglied(10) arretiert wird. - Schirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auslösevorrichtung(A1) mit dem Schieber(5) zusammenwirkt. - Schirm nach Anspruch 2, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Arretierhaken(16b'') mit einem Anschlag(12a', 12a'') zusammenwirkt, der an der Unterseite einer mit dem Schirmgriff(12) verbundenen, den Schrimstock(1) umgreifenden Haltebuchse(12a) vorgesehen ist. - Schirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seil(S') anderenendes am Schieber(5) direkt angreift oder über eine Seilrolle(6) am Schieber(5) geführt und mit der Schirmkrone(4) verbunden ist.
- Schirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke(9) an der Stange(8) radial(↔) federnd ausgebildet ist und sich die Hakennase(9b) am Ende des Verkürzungsvorgangs (Fig1,2) des Schirmstockes(1selbsttätig in das Sperrglied(10) einklinkt.
- Schirm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klinke(9) in einem an der Stange(8) angebrachten oder angeformten U-förmigen Hohlprofil(9a) mit radial federndem Spiel eingelagert ist und das Sperrglied(10) als eine in das Stockende(1c) eingesteckte Buchse mit einem stock-zentrischen Anschlagring(10b) zur Einrastung der Hakennase(9b) ausgebildet ist. - Schirm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofil(9a) beim Arretieren der Klinke(9) mit einem angespitzten Ende(9a'') in ein Eingangsloch(10d) des Sperrgliedes(10) eintaucht und sich darin an einer dem angespitzten Ende(9a'') angepaßten Schräge(10e) abstützt, sobald sich die Hakennase(9b) hinter dem Anschlagring(10b) einhakt. - Schirm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsschieber(14,15) von einem in der Höhlung(10a) des Sperrglieds(10) verschieblichen Kolben(14) mit einem angesetzten Hohlzylinder(15) gebildet ist, wobei der Hohlzylinder(15) der Hakennase(9b) zugewandt ist.
- Schirm nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kolben(14) innerhalb eines Schlitzes(14a ) an einem griff-festen Querstift(13) geführt ist und sich an seinem dem Hohlzylinder(15) abgewandten Ende mittels einer tellerförmigen Scheibe(14b) und einer daran anliegenden Druckfeder(19) am Boden(12f) des Schirmgriffes(12) abstützt, und daß an der Scheibe(14b) der in einen Hohlraum(12d) des Schirmgriffes(12) hochragende Arm(14c) gelagert ist. - Schirm nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Seilzug(S') eine Zugausgleichsvorrichtung(Z) angeordnet ist in Form einer Federkolben-Zylinder-Struktur mit einer Hülse(Z') als Zylinder und einer darin geführten, unter Wirkung einer Druckfeder(D*) abgefederten Kolbenbuchse(Z''). - Schirm nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zugausgleichsvorrichtung(Z) vor der Seilrolle(6) an der Krone(4) innerhalb des Schirmstockes(1) zwischen dem Seil(S') und der Stange(8) zu liegen kommt bei geschlossenem, verkürztem Schirm. - Schirm nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Boden(12f) des Schirmgriffes(12) von einem am Griffschaft(12c) mittels einer Clipsverbindung(12h) wiederlösbar aufgeklipsten Deckel gebildet ist und ein zwischen diesem und der Griff/Stock-Haltebuchse(12a) ausgeformter zylindrischer Hohlraum(12e) als Anordnungs- und Verschiebe-Spielraum der tellerförmigen Scheibe(14b) und deren Druckfeder(19) dient. - Schirm nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Querstift(13) zugleich den Schirmstock(1) mit dem Sperrglied(10) und dem Schirmgriff(12) einheitlich verbindet.
