Claims (8)
- Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn (3.1)1.1 mit zwei parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Tragwalzen (1, 2), die einen gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisen;1.2 es ist ein Druckraum (10) von den folgenden Elementen umschlossen:den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2)der Mantelfläche der entstehenden Papierrolle (3.2)einer unterhalb der Tragwalzen (1, 2) angeordneten und den Abstand zwischen den Tragwalzen (1, 2) überbrückenden Traverse (5)je eine in jedem Endbereich der Tragwalzen (1, 2) befindliche Stimwand (20, 21);1.3 die Traverse (5) ist derart beweglich, daß sie mit den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2) öffenbare Dichtspalte bildet;1.4 die Traverse (5) hat wenigstens einen Durchlaß (5.3), der über eine Leitung (7) den Druckraum (10) mit einer Druckluftquelle (6, 22) verbindet,1.5 es ist ein von der Traverse (5) entfernt angeordnetes langgestrecktes Querverteilrohr (6) mit einem Druckanschluß vorgesehen;1.6 das Querverteilrohr (6) weist über seine Länge verteilte Auslässe (6.1) auf;1.7 die einzelne Leitung ist teleskopierbar oder aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten zusammengesetzt oder flexibel;1.8 die Traverse (5) besteht aus einer ebenen Platte.
- Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn (3.1)2.1 mit zwei parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Tragwalzen (1, 2), die einen gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisen;2.2 es ist ein Druckraum (10) von den folgenden Elementen umschlossen:den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2)der Mantelfläche der entstehenden Papierrolle (3.2)einer unterhalb der Tragwalzen (1,2) angeordneten und den Abstand zwischen den Tragwalzen (1, 2) überbrückenden Traverse (5);je eine in jedem Endbereich der Tragwalzen (1, 2) befindliche Stirnwand (20, 21);2.3 die Traverse (5) ist derart beweglich, daß sie mit den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2) öffenbare Dichtspalte bildet;2.4 die Traverse (5) hat wenigstens einen Durchlaß (5.3), der über eine Leitung (7) den Druckraum (10) mit einer Druckluftquelle (6, 22) verbindet,2.5 es ist ein von der Traverse (5) entfernt angeordnetes langgestrecktes Querverteilrohr (6) mit einem Druckanschluß vorgesehen;2.6 das Querverteilrohr (6) weist über seine Länge verteilte Auslässe (6.1) auf;2.7 die einzelne Leitung ist teleskopierbar oder aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten zusammengesetzt oder flexibel;2.8 die Traverse (5) ist ein nach unten offener, profilierter Balken, mit einem die Dichtspalte bildenden Schenkel (5.1) und mit wenigstens einem daran anschließenden Schenkel (5.2) zur Bildung eines L beziehungsweise U.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Durchlässen (5.3) der Traversen Kappen (5.5) zugeordnet sind, die die Durchlässe gegen Eindringen von Verschmutzungen abschirmen, jedoch den Luftströmen den Durchtritt erlauben.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn (3.1) von unten her an eine der Tragwalzen (1, 2) herangeführt und diese auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges umschlingend nach oben geführt ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bahntrennvorrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, die in an sich bekannter Weise von unten her in das Wickelbett einfahrbar ist, um beim Rollenwechsel die Bahn (3.1) zu durchtrennen.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:6.1 die Trennvorrichtung (11) ist an der Traverse (5) gelagert;6.2 ein Tragbalken (11.3) für die Schneide (11.1) der Trennvorrichtung (11) ist durch eine Öffnung (11.5) in der Traverse (5) hindurchführbar,6.3 der Tragbalken (11.3) ist zwischen einer operativen und einer nicht-operativen Position verfahrbar.
- Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn (3.1)7.1 mit zwei parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Tragwalzen (1, 2), die einen gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisen;7.2 es ist ein Druckraum (10) von den folgenden Elementen umschlossen:den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2)der Mantelfläche der entstehenden Papierrolle (3.2)einer unterhalb der Tragwalzen (1,2) angeordneten und den Abstand zwischen den Tragwalzen (1, 2) überbrückenden Traverse (5);je eine in jedem Endbereich der Tragwalzen (1, 2) befindliche Stirnwand (20, 21);7.3 die Traverse (5) ist derart beweglich, daß sie mit den Mantelflächen der Tragwalzen (1, 2) öffenbare Dichtspalte bildet;7.4 die Traverse (5) hat wenigstens einen Durchlaß (5.3), der über eine Leitung (7) den Druckraum (10) mit einer Druckluftquelle (6, 22) verbindet,7.5 es ist ein von der Traverse (5) entfernt angeordnetes langgestrecktes Querverteilrohr (6) mit einem Druckanschluß vorgesehen;7.6 das Querverteilrohr (6) weist über seine Länge verteilte Auslässe (6.1) auf;7.7 die Leitungen (7) sind starr an das Querverteilrohr (6) angeschlossen;7.8 das Querverteilrohr (6) ist um seine eigene Längsachse, zusammen mit den Leitungen (7) verschwenkbar;7.9 das Querverteilerrohr (6), die Leitungen (7) und die im wesentlichenplattenförmige Traverse (5) bilden eine starre Einheit.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichent durch die folgenden Merkmale:8.1 die Platte (5) umfaßt mindestens einen am Querverteilrohr (6) starr angebrachten Steg;8.2 die Platte (5) ist um eine am Steg ortsfest vorgesehene, zu den Achsen der beiden Tragwalzen 1.2 parallele Achse 5.6 verschwenkbar.
