Claims (6)
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn (4) auf Hülsen (18),dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßvorrichtung eine über die Arbeitsbreite reichende und in Ausstoßrichtung konvex gekrümmte Ausstoßfläche oder -kante aufweist.mit einer Längsschneideeinrichtung (5) zum Aufteilen der Bahn (4) in Einzelbahnen,zwei Tragwalzen (1, 2), auf denen die Wickelrollen (3) beim Aufwickeln in einem Walzenbett aufliegen, undmit einer Ausstoßvorrichtung zum Ausstoßen der fer:ig gewickelten Wickelrollen (3) über eine Tragwalze (2) aus dem Walzenbett,
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßfläche oder -kante so gekrümmt ist, daß ihre maximale Abweichung vom geradlinigen Verlauf in der Mitte der Maschine 5 mm bis 50 mm beträgt.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßvorrichtung eine aus frei drehbar gelagerten Rollensegmenten (14) aufgebaute Ausstoßrolle (10) enthält, wobei die Rollensegmente (14) entlang einer gekrümmten Linie angeordnet sind.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollensegmente (14) eine axiale Länge von 500 mm bis 1000 mmm aufweisen.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßvorrichtung einen Ausstoßbalken mit einer festen, über die Arbeitsbreite in Ausstoßrichtung konvex gekrümmten Ausstoßfläche (17) enthält.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßvorrichtung um die einlaufseitige Tragwalze (1) schwenkbar gelagert und hinter der auflaufseitigen Tragwalze (2) eine Absenkbühne (12) zur Aufnahme der ausgestoßenen Wickelrolle (3) angeordnet ist.
