Claims (13)
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät,mit einem Gehäuse [2, 13], an dem ein batteriebetriebener, von Hand ein- und ausschaltbarer, Lichtstrahler angeordnet ist, wobei ein Reflektor mit Lampe und bestimmter Strahlrichtung und ein zugeordneter Schalter [6] an der Gehäuseaußenseite und ein verschließbares Batteriefach [5] im Gehäuse [2, 13] liegen,am Gehäuse [2, 13] weiter eine Einrichtung für eine handbetätigbare Sprüheinrichtung zum Sprühen eines Abwehr- und Verteidigungssprays angeordnet ist mit einer zur Gehäuseaußenseite mit bestimmter Sprührichtung weisenden Sprühdüse [21] und mit einem verschließbaren Spraydosenfach im Gehäuse [2, 13], wobei das Abwehr- und Verteidigungsspray mit Überdruck in einer in das Spraydosenfach einsetzbaren Spraydose [14] enthalten ist,daß in einem ersten Gehäuseteil [2] in der Form eines zylindrischen Taschenlampengehäuses der Lichtstrahler angeordnet ist, mit einem stirnseitigen Reflektor mit Strahlrichtung in Achsrichtung der Gehäuseteilachse, mit einem Lichtschalter (6) an der Zylindermantelfläche und mit einem zylindrischen Batteriefach (5) für zylindrische Batterien,daß als endseitiger, dem Reflektor gegenüberliegender Verschluß des ersten Gehäuseteils ein zweites Gehäuseteil (13) verwendet ist, das mit dem ersten Gehäuseteil (2) lösbar verbunden ist,daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (13) eine Halterung (8) zur Aufnahme und Befestigung einer zum ersten Gehäuseteil (2) hin weisenden Spiralfeder (10) als Druckfeder aufweist, die bei ins Batteriefach (5) eingelegten Batterien und verbundenem zweiten Gehäuseteil (13) die elektrische Masseverbindung im Stromkreis des Lichtstrahlers herstellt, unddaß das zweite Gehäuseteil (13) das Spraydosenfach zum Einsetzen einer Spraydose (14) enthält und am Spraydosenfach wenigstens zwei öffnungen (19, 20) zur Außenseite vorgesehen sind, wobei eine erste Öffnung als Sprühöffnung (19) im Bereich einer an der Spraydose (14) angeordneten Sprühdüse (21) liegt und eine zweite Öffnung als Betätigungsöffnung (20) für einen Durchgriff im Bereich eines an der Spraydose (14) angeordneten Betätigungselements (22) liegt.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (13) ebenfalls zylindrisch mit etwa gleichem Durchmesser wie das erste Gehäuseteil (2) ausgebildet ist, so daß ein insgesamt zylindrisches Gehäuse vorliegt, unddaß die Sprühöffnung (19) und/oder die Betätigungsöffnung (20) an der Zylindermantelfläche liegen, so daß die Sprührichtung und/oder die Durchgriffrichtung etwa senkrecht zur Gehäuseachse (4) liegen.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühöffnung (19) und die Betätigungsöffnung (20) etwa gegenüberliegend an der Zylindermantelfläche angeordnet sind und gegenüber der Längsmitte des zweiten Gehäuseteils (13) versetzt liegen, wobei die Spraydose (14) je nach Lage der Öffnungen (19, 20) mit dem Spraydosenkopf zum ersten Gehäuseteil (2) hin oder von diesem weg weist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsöffnung (20) so dimensioniert ist, daß mit einem Zeigefinger (25) durchgegriffen werden kann und demgegenüber die Sprühöffnung (19) kleiner gewählt ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsöffnung (20) und/oder die Sprühöffnung (19) mit einer verschiebbaren Abdeckung versehen sind.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Abwehr- und Verteidigungsspray ein Reizgas, insbesondere ein Tränengas oder ein Pfefferspray, verwendet ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (13) aus einem Rohrteil (12) und einem Adapterteil (8) besteht, wobei das Adapterteil (8) einerseits die Halterung mit der Spiralfeder (10) und die lösbare Verbindung zum ersten Gehäuseteil (2) aufweist und anderersetis eine lösbare Verbindung (11, 15) zum Rohrteil (12) aufweist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Adapterteil (8) zylindrisch entsprechend den anderen Gehäuseteilen (2, 13) ausgeführt ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freie Endseite des zweiten Gehäuseteils (13) offen und durch eine Verschlußkappe (17) verschließbar und dieselbe Verschlußausbildung (16, 18) aufweist, wie die Verbindung (7, 9) zum ersten Gehäuseteil (2), so daß die Verschlußkappe (17) auch am ersten Gehäuseteil (2) bei getrenntem zweiten Gehäuseteil (13) mit eingesetzter Spiralfeder (10) verwendbar ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung (11, 15) zwischen Adapterteil (8) und Rohrteil (12) dieselbe Verbindungsausbildung aufweist, so daß das Rohrteil (12) auch um 180° gedreht montierbar ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Verbindungen (7, 9; 11, 15; 16, 18) mit gleichen Gewinden durchgeführt sind.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Innenbereich der Spiralfeder (10) eine Ersatzlampe gehalten ist.
- Handbetätigbares Abwehr- und Verteidigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gummimuffe als elastische Abstützung und Abdichtung zwischen wenigstens einem Teilbereich der Spraydose (14) und der umgebenden Wand des Spraydosenfachs vorgesehen ist.
