Claims (10)
- Druckeinrichtung zum Bedrucken von vereinzelten flachen Druckträgern in Form von Compact- Discs (CDs) mit einem Durchmesser (b) im Mehrfarben- Druck mit einer Zuführeinrichtung (4) für die zu bedruckenden Druckträger (2), einer Mehrzahl von, - in Produktionsrichtung gesehen-, hintereinander angeordneten Druckwerken (6 bis 9) deren Druckstellen ( 27/28, 28/29, 29/31) jeweils einen Abstand (a) von einander haben und einer Auslageeinrichtung (13 ) für bedruckte Druckträger (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ jeweils der Abstand (a) zweier Druckstellen ( 27/28, 28/29, 29/31 ) zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Druckwerke (6/7, 7/8, 8/9 ) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser ( b ) der zu bedruckenden Druckträger ( 2 ).
- Druckeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ die Druckwerke (6 bis 9) mit einem Kurzfarbwerk (32,33,34) mit einer Rasterwalze (34) und einer mit ihr zusammenwirkenden Farbübertragungswalze (36) versehen sind.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ die Rasterwalze (34) in einen Farbkasten (32) eintaucht, der mit einer an die Rasterwalze (34) negativ angestellten Arbeitsrakel (33) versehen ist.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ Gegendruckwalzen (39) mit einem elastischen Kunststoffmantel vorgesehen sind.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ mindestens ab dem zweiten Druckwerk (7 bis 9) für jedes Druckwerk (7 bis 9 ) eine Vorrichtung zur Einstellung des Seitenregisters (82,83,84) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ mindestens ab dem zweiten Druckwerk (7 bis 9) für jedes Druckwerk (7 bis 9) eine Vorrichtung zur Einrichtung des Umfangsregisters (71,72,73,74,77,79) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ alle Druckwerke (6 bis 9) in einem gemeinsamen Rahmen (26) angeordnet sind.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ alle Druckwerke (6 bis 9) quer zur Produktionsrichtung verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ alle Druckwerke (6 bis 9) gegen Bewegung quer zur Produktionsrichtung am Rahmen (26) lösbar verriegelt sind.
- Druckeinrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daβ alle Druckwerke (6 bis 9) mittels rahmenfester oberer- (59,60,62) und unterer Führung (61,63,64) im Rahmen (26) quer zur Produktionsrichtung verschiebbar angeordnet sind .
