Claims (15)
- Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Werken (6-10), wobei mindestens ein Werk (10) einen ersten den Bogen transportierenden Zylinder (22) und einen diesem Zylinder (22) gegenüberliegenden weiteren Zylinder (23) enthält, der erste Zylinder (22) und der weitere Zylinder (23) voneinander abstellbar gelagert sind, der weitere Zylinder (23) in einer Stellung stillsetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein außenliegender Teilbereich (29, 129, 229) des weiteren Zylinders (23, 123, 223) in der Stellung dem ersten Zylinder gegenüberliegt und der weitere Zylinder (23) eine Einrichtung enthält, mittels der dieser Teilbereich (29, 129, 229) entweder in das Innere des weiteren Zylinders (23, 123, 223) verlagerbar oder an diesem abnehmbar befestigt ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei das mindestens eine Werk ein Druckwerk (9) oder ein Lackwerk (10) ist.
- Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
wobei der den Bogen transportierende Zylinder (22, 122, 222) der Gegendruckzylinder und der weitere Zylinder (23) der Gummituchzylinder oder der Lacktuchzylinder eines Offset-Druckwerks oder eines Lackwerks ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
wobei der weitere Zylinder (23, 123, 223) mittels einer Kupplung (41) von dem Antrieb (42, 47) des Druck- oder Lackwerks (10) abkuppelbar ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
wobei der verlagerte Teilbereich (29) des weiteren Zylinders (23) die Spannmittel (35, 36) für einen Aufzug (26, 126, 226) dieses Zylinders (23) enthält. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
wobei der verlagerbare Teilbereich (129, 229) des weiteren Zylinders (123, 223) ein Stück der kreisförmigen Zylindermantelfläche (127, 227) dieses Zylinders (123, 223) ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
wobei der verlagerbare Teilbereich (29, 129) des weiteren Zylinders (23, 123) um eine parallel zur Rotationsachse (60, 160) dieses Zylinders ausgerichtete zweite Achse (34, 134) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
wobei der verlagerte Teilbereich (29, 129) mit einem nach außen schwenkbaren Bogenführungselement (30, 130) versehen ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
wobei die Oberfläche des Bogenführungselements (30, 130) in einer nach außen verlagerten Stellung konzentrisch zur Oberfläche des ersten Zylinders (22, 122) verläuft. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
wobei der Teilbereich (229) des weiteren Zylinders (223) linear in Richtung auf das Innere dieses Zylinders verlagerbar ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
wobei der Teilbereich (229) des weiteren Zylinders (223) linear in Richtung auf das Innere dieses Zylinders verlagerbar ist. - Verfahren zum Transportieren eines Bogens (40, 140, 240) durch ein abstellbares Druck- oder Lackwerk (10) einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine (1), wobei ein einem den Bogen (40, 140, 240) transportierenden, ersten Zylinder (22, 122, 222) gegenüberliegender, weiterer Zylinder (23, 123, 223) stillgesetzt wird, das Gummi- bzw. Lacktuch (26, 126) von dem weiteren Zylinder (23, 123) abgenommen wird, der weitere Zylinder (23, 123) so positioniert wird, dass ein beweglicher außen liegender Teilbereich (29, 129, 229) dieses Zylinders (23, 123 ,223) dem ersten Zylinder (22, 122, 222) gegenüber liegt und der bewegliche, außen liegende Teilbereich (29, 129, 229) dieses Zylinders (23, 123, 223) entfernt oder in Richtung auf das Zylinderinnere verlagert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei der weitere Zylinder der Gummituch- oder Lacktuchzylinder (15, 27) eines Offsetdruckwerks (9) oder eines Lackwerks (10) ist, der Tuchspannmittel (35, 36) enthält, und daß die Tuchspannmittel entnommen oder in das Zylinderinnere verlagert bzw. zurückgezogen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei ein Segment (129) der konvexen Zylindermantelfläche (127) des weiteren Zylinders entnommen oder nach innen verlagert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei der bewegliche, außen liegende Teilbereich (29,129) um eine zur Drehachse (60,160) des weiteren Zylinders (23, 123) parallele Achse (34, 134) geschwenkt wird.
