Description
Claims (19)
- Dispositif de conditionnement, de distribution et d'application d'un produit conditionné sous forme liquide et distribué sous forme de mousse ou de gel, comprenant un récipient (2) pressurisé renfermant ledit produit, une valve de commande (4) et un organe d'application (9) du produit, ledit organe (9) présentant une surface externe d'application (9a) en matériau poreux et comportant, en plus des pores, au moins un canal (10) traversant l'organe (9) de manière à déboucher sur la surface externe d'application (9a) sous forme d'au moins un orifice (10a), et à permettre la sortie du produit, sous forme de mousse ou de gel, sur la surface d'application (9a), en réponse à un actionnement de la valve (4), caractérisé en ce que la surface externe d'application est en un matériau non déformable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le canal (10) traverse toute l'épaisseur de l'organe (9), l'épaisseur de l'organe étant mesurée selon un axe (A) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface d'application (9a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs orifices (10a).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (10a) sont répartis uniformément sur la surface d'application (9a).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (10a) sont répartis symétriquement autour dudit axe (A).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (10a) ont une taille comprise entre 0,4 mm et 6 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (10a) ont une forme choisie parmi les formes ovales, elliptiques, carrées, rectangulaires, circulaires, en forme d'étoile ou en arc de cercle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les canaux (10) sont parallèles à l'axe (A).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les canaux (10) sont inclinés par rapport à l'axe (A).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les canaux (10) sont coniques.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application est en un matériau fritté.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau fritté est choisi parmi les matériaux tels que l'éthylène vinyle acétate (EVA) ou parmi des résines synthétiques telles que des polyéthylènes de haute ou basse densité, des polypropylènes ou des fluorures de polyvinyle.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (9a) présente une rugosité comprise entre 0,5 µm et 100 µm, et de préférence, comprise entre 6 µm et 50 µm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la porosité du matériau est comprise entre 1 µm et 300 µm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et 20 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit est choisi parmi les mousses à raser, les produits de fixation des cheveux, les mousses dépilatoires.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les orifices sont répartis selon des cercles concentriques ou des lignes parallèles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un support (8) sur lequel est fixé l'organe d'application.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le support (8) comporte un canal (8c) mettant en communication la valve (6) et l'organe d'application (9), le canal (8c) formant un angle par rapport à l'axe (X) de la valve.
