Claims (19)

  1. Verpackungs-, Ausgabe- und Auftragevorrichtung für ein Produkt, das in flüssiger Form verpackt ist und in Form von Schaum oder Gel ausgegeben wird, mit einem Druckbehälter (2), der das genannte Produkt einschließt, einem Steuerventil (4) und einem Auftrageorgan (9) für das Produkt, wobei das genannten Organ (9) eine äußere Auftragefläche (9a) aus porösem Material darbietet und zusätzlich zu den Poren mindestens einen Kanal (10) aufweist, der das Organ (9) derart durchsetzt, daß er in die äußere Auftragefläche (9a) in Form mindestens einer Öffnung (10a) einmündet und den Austritt des Produkts in Form von Schaum oder Gel auf der Auftragefläche (9a) auf eine Betätigung des Ventils (4) hin gestattet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Auftragefläche aus einem nichtverformbaren Material besteht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (10) die gesamte Dicke des Organes (9) durchsetzt, wobei die Dicke längs eine Achse (A) gemessen ist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Auftragefläche (9a) steht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere Öffnungen (10a) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10a) gleichförmig über die Auftragefläche (9a) verteilt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10a) symmetrisch rund um die genannte Achse (A) verteilt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10a) eine Größe aufweisen, die zwischen 0,4 mm und 6 mm liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10a) eine Form aufweisen, die unter den Formen oval, elliptisch, quadratisch, rechteckig, kreisförmig, sternförmig oder kreisbogenförmig ausgewählt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (10) parallel zur Achse (A) verlaufen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (10) in Bezug zur Achse (A) geneigt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (10) konisch sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftrageorgan aus einem gefritteten bzw. gesinterten Material besteht.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte gesinterte Material unter Materialien wie Ethylen-Vinyl-Azetat (EVA) oder unter Kunstharzen wie den Polyethylenen mit großer oder niedriger Dichte, Polypropylenen oder Polyvinylfluoriden ausgewählt ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragefläche (9a) eine Rauhigkeit aufweist, die zwischen 0,5 µm und 100 µm und bevorzugt zwischen 6µm und 50µm liegt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Porosität des Materials zwischen 1 µm und 300 µm liegt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftrageorgan eine dicke aufweist, die zwischen 0,5 mm und 20 mm liegt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt unter den Rasierschäumen, den Haarfestigerprodukten bzw. den Enthaarungsschäumen ausgewählt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen längs konzentrischer Kreise oder paralleler Linien verteilt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem einen Träger (8) aufweist, auf dem das Auftrageorgan befestigt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (8) einen Kanal (8c) aufweist, der das Ventil (6) und das Auftrageorgan (9) in Verbindung setzt, wobei der Kanal (8c) in Bezug auf die Achse (X) des Ventils einen Winkel bildet.
