Claims (10)

  1. Ausgabekopf (2 ... 302) für ein flüssiges Produkt (P), der aufweist
    Befestigungsmittel (14 ... 314), die an einem Behälter (4 ... 304) befestigt werden können, der das unter Druck stehende Produkt enthält, wobei der Behälter mit einem Ausgabeventil (6) mit vorstehender Betätigungsstange (8 ... 308) versehen ist, das sich durch seitliches Kippen der Stange öffnen kann,
    Mittel (24 ... 324) zur Betätigung und zur Ausgabe des Produkts, die in bezug auf die Befestigungsmittel (14 .. 314) beweglich sind, wobei die Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel außerdem eine Ausgabeöffnung (38 ... 338) und einen Ausgangskanal (32 ... 332; 34 ... 334) aufweisen, der die Öffnung mit der Ventilstange (8 .. 308) verbindet,
    Verbindungsmittel (25 ... 325), die zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (14 ....314) und den Betätigungs- und Ausgabemitteln (24 ... 324) angeordnet sind,
    wobei die Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (24 ... 324) und die Verbindungsmittel (25 ... 325) aus einem einzigen Stück bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzige Stück aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomermaterial hergestellt wird, wobei das Ventil (6) durch einen Druck betätigt werden kann, der an einem beliebigen Punkt einer Außenfläche ausgeübt wird, die von den Betätigungsund Ausgabemitteln und den Verbindungsmitteln definiert wird.
  2. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (114) mit den Verbindungsmitteln (125) und den Betätigungs- und Ausgabemitteln (124) ein einziges Bauteil bilden, wobei die Außenfläche des Kopfes keinen einspringenden Bereich aulweist, wobei die Befestigungsmittel einen zylindrischen Abschnitt mit einer größeren Dicke aufweisen als diejenige der Verbindungsmittel und auf dem Behälter (104) sitzen können.
  3. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel aus einer zylindrischen Zwinge (14, 214, 314) bestehen, die aus steifem oder halbsteifem thermoplastischem Material hergestellt ist, wobei diese Zwinge einerseits die Verbindungsmittel (25, 225, 325) und die Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (24, 224, 324) trägt und andererseits am Behälter (4, 204, 304) befestigt ist, wobei die Außenfläche des Kopfes keinen einspringenden Bereich aufweist.
  4. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch Bi-Injektion des steifen thermoplastischen Materials zum Formen der Zwinge (14, 214, 314) und des Elastomermaterials zum Formen der Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (24, 224,324) sowie der Verbindungsmittel (25, 225, 325) hergestellt wird.
  5. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastomermaterial eine Shore-A-Härte zwischen 30 und 70 hat.
  6. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastomermaterial ausgewählt wird aus den Siliconen, den natürlichen oder synthetischen Kautschuken, den Nitrilkautschuken, den Polyurethanen, den Mischungen von Polypropylen und Styrol-Butadien-Styrol-Block-Copolymeren, von Polypropylen und Styrol-Ethylen-Butylen-Styrol-Block-Copolymeren, von Polypropylen und Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Block-Copolymeren.
  7. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (25 ... 325) und die Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (24 ... 324) eine Kuppelform aufweisen.
  8. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (224, 324) außerdem eine angesetzte Zerstäuberdüse (238, 338) aufweisen.
  9. Spender (1 ... 301) zur Ausgabe eines flüssigen Produkts (P), der aufweist:
    einen Behälter (4 .... 304), der das Produkt und ein Treibgas enthält, mit einem Ausgabeventil (6) mit vorstehender Betätigungsstange (8 ... 308), dessen Öffnung durch seitliches Kippen der Stange gesteuert wird, und
    einen auf dem Behälter sitzenden Ausgabekopf (2 ... 302), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgabekopf gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
  10. Spender nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (P) ein schäumendes Gel oder eine schäumende Flüssigkeit ist.
