Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, die umfasst:- einen Druckknopf (3),- eine Düse (4), die derart vom Druckknopf (3) getrennt ist, dass eine Verlagerung des Druckknopfs zum Ausgeben einer Produktdosis nicht mit einer Verlagerung der Düse einhergeht,- einen Behälter (10) mit einer in Richtung einer Längsachse (X) lang gestreckten Form,- ein Entnahmeorgan (12) zum Entnehmen des Produkts im Behälter (10), wobei dieses Entnahmeorgan durch den Druckknopf betätigt wird und eine Betätigungsachse (Y) aufweist,- eine flexible Leitung (25), die die Düse mit dem Entnahmeorgan verbindet, wobei diese Leitung derart angeordnet ist, dass sie sich verformen kann, wenn der Druckknopf betätigt wird,wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sich die Betätigungsachse (Y) des Entnahmeorgans (12) in Bezug auf die Längsachse (X) des Behälters (10) schräg erstreckt, und dass das Entnahmeorgan (12) eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil mit einer Steuerstange umfasst, wobei die Betätigungsachse des Entnahmeorgans mit jener der Steuerstange zusammenfällt und der Druckknopf so angeordnet ist, dass er entlang einer Achse verlagerbar ist, die mit jener des Entnahmeorgans übereinstimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsachse (Y) des Entnahmeorgans (12) einen Winkel (α) von ungefähr 45° mit der Längsachse (X) des Behälters (10) einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Verkleidungsstück (2) umfasst, in dessen Innerem der Behälter (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (10) einen nachgiebigen Beutel umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entnahmeorgan eine Pumpe (12) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Leitung (25) nicht vollständig geradlinig ist, wenn der Druckknopf (3) nicht betätigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (25) so angeordnet ist, dass sie sich verformen kann, wenn der Abstand zwischen einer Öffnung der Düse (4) und einer Öffnung (28) des Entnahmeorgans, durch die das Produkt diese verlässt, bei der Betätigung des Druckknopfs (3) zum Ausgeben einer Produktdosis abnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung mindestens einen gebogenen Abschnitt (32; 33), insbesondere einen U-förmig oder V-förmig gebogenen Abschnitt, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung mindestens eine Schleife (30) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleife (30) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der sich bei der Betätigung des Druckknopfs ändert.
