Claims (20)
- Druckknopf (3), der zur Betätigung eines Abgabeorgans bestimmt ist, wobei dieses Abgabeorgan ein zwischen zwei Stellungen bewegliches Element umfasst, wobei der Druckknopf einen Kopf (14), der eine Druckfläche (26) für den Benutzer und eine Abgabeöffnung definiert, eine Basis (10) und einen den Kopf (14) mit der Basis (10) verbindenden elastisch verformbaren Teil (15) umfasst, wobei der Kopf geeignet ist, mit dem beweglichen Element fest verbunden zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) ausgebildet ist, um sich im Sinn eines Aufrollens auf sich selbst zu verformen, wenn der Kopf eingedrückt wird, und geeignet ist, durch elastische Rückkehr das bewegliche Element in eine Anfangsstellung zurückzuholen und dass der Druckknopf einstückig durch Formung hergestellt ist. _
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) eine allgemeine Kuppelform aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) ausgebildet ist, um eine Falte zu bilden, wenn der Kopf eingedrückt ist, und dass mindestens von einem gewissen Eindrückhub des Kopfs an die Zone (30) der Verbindung letzteren mit dem elastisch verformbaren Teil unter die Höhe des Scheitels der Falte gelangt.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (14) in der Mitte des elastisch verformbaren Teils (15) gelegen ist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) eine im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) im Ruhezustand keine Falten aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (10) eine vorzugsweise rotationssymmetrische Rohrform aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (14) einen Ansatz (18) umfasst, der seine Befestigung auf einer hohlen Stange (6) gestattet.
- Druckknopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (18) unter die Höhe der Zone (30) der Verbindung des elastisch verformbaren Teils (15) mit dem Kopf (14) verlängert ist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf eine Aufnahme (20) umfasst, die die Befestigung einer Düse (21) gestattet.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (Y) der Düse (21) zur Richtung (X) des Eindrückens des Kopfs (14), um eine Produktdosis abzugeben, senkrecht ist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) mit dem Kopf (14) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Richtung (X) des Eindrückens des Kopfs, um eine Produktdosis abzugeben, verbunden ist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (15) mit dem Kopf durch eine Zone (30) reduzierter Dicke verbunden ist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (10) ausgebildet ist, um auf einen Pumpenkörper (17) aufgesteckt zu werden.
- Druckknopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (10) auf Höhe der zur Befestigung auf dem Pumpenkörper (17) dienenden Zone einen ringförmigen Wulst (32) umfasst.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des elastisch verformbaren Teils (15) zwischen 1 und 3 mm und vorzugsweise nahe 2 mm beträgt.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (14) ein verbreitertes oberes Ende (25) aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Werkstoff mit Formspeicherung hergestellt ist, der vorzugsweise aus den Mischungen auf Basis der folgenden Werkstoffe gewählt ist: Ethylenvinylacetat, thermoplastische Elastomere und Polyethylen niedriger Dichte.
- Pumpe, die mit einem Druckknopf (3) ausgerüstet ist, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist.
- Behälter, der mit einer Pumpe ausgerüstet ist, wie sie im vorhergehenden Anspruch definiert ist.
