Claims (16)

  1. Einheit (1) mit einer Achse (X) zur Verpackung und Ausgabe eines Produkts, insbesondere eines flüssigen Produkts, die aufweist:
    a) einen das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (20), wobei der Behälter aus einem Körper (21) besteht, dessen eines Ende von einem Boden (22) verschlossen wird, während das andere Ende einen eine Öffnung (25) umgrenzenden freien Rand (24) aufweist;
    b) eine äußere Hülle (2), auf die eine Pumpe (16) montiert ist, über der eine Betätigungs- und Ausgabeeinrichtung (17) sitzt, wobei die äußere Hülle (2) in der Lage ist, den Behälter (20) durch eine Öffnung (4) im Boden der Hülle lösbar aufzunehmen und den Behälter über im wesentlichen seine ganze Länge zu umgeben, wobei die Hülle Mittel (27, 28) aufweist, um mit entsprechenden Mitteln (26) des Behälters zusammenwirken, um eine umkehrbare Befestigung des Behälters (20) in der Außenhülle (2) zu gewährleisten und die Pumpe (16) durch die Öffnung (25) mit dem Behälter in Verbindung zu halten, wobei die äußere Hülle (2) in der Nähe ihres Bodens mindestens einen Ausschnitt (33, 34) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle einen Bereich aufweist, dessen Querschnitt eine Achse mit größerer Breite aufweist, wobei der Ausschnitt (die Ausschnitte) auf der Achse mit größerer Breite angeordnet sind und sich in axialer Richtung vom Boden des Behälters bis zu diesem Bereich erstreckt (erstrecken).
  2. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Hülle zwei Ausschnitte (33, 34) aufweist, die sich einander diametral gegenüberliegend auf der Achse größerer Breite befinden.
  3. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausschnitt (die Ausschnitte) (33, 34) elastisch verformbare Abschnitte begrenzen, die den Halt des Behälters (20) in der Hülle (2) verbessern können.
  4. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel aus mindestens einem elastisch verformbaren Organ (27, 28) bestehen, das durch elastische Verformung mit einem Wulst (26) zusammenwirken kann, der in der Nähe des freien Endes (24) des Behälters (20) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2) in der Nähe ihres Endes, auf das die Pumpe montiert ist, eine Schürze (29) aufweist, deren freies Ende (30) in dichten Kontakt mit der Öffnung (25) des Behälters gelangen kann, um die Dichtheit zwischen dem Behälter (20) und der Pumpe (16) herzustellen.
  6. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (30) der Dichtschürze eine in Richtung der Achse X umgebogene Randleiste bildet, wobei der die Öffnung (25) des Behälters begrenzende freie Rand (24) einen abgeschrägten Béreich (31) aufweist, der einen Sitz für die umgebogene Randleiste bilden kann.
  7. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (36-39) vorgesehen sind, um eine Führung des Behälters (20) bei seiner Einführung in die äußere Hülle (2) zu gewährleisten und seinen Halt in der Hülle zu verbessern.
  8. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel aus mehreren Stegen (36-39) bestehen, die auf der Innenfläche der Seitenwände der Hülle angeordnet und deren freie Enden so angeordnet sind, daß sie mit den Seitenwänden des Behälters (20) über mindestens eine Kontaktlinie in elastischen Eingriff gelangen.
  9. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (36-39) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, die nicht durch die Achse (X) verläuft.
  10. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (36-39) in Ebenen angeordnet sind, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse größerer Breite liegen.
  11. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausschnitt (oder die Ausschnitte) (33, 34) im wesentlichen ein "U" bildet (bilden), das an der Öffnung (4) des Bodens der Hülle mündet.
  12. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (16) mit einem Tauchrohr (19) versehen ist, das beim Einsetzen des Behälters in die äußere Hülle (2) eine Abdeckfolie durchbohren kann, die die Öffnung (25) des Behälters verschließt.
  13. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (20) aus Glas ist.
  14. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (20) gegenüber dem Ausschnitt (den Ausschnitten) ein Profil aufweist, das geeignet ist, sein Ergreifen zu erleichtern.
  15. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (16) auf die Hülle (2) geschraubt ist.
  16. Verwendung einer Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 zur Verpackung eines Kosmetikprodukts, insbesondere eines Haarprodukts, eines pharmazeutischen oder dermo-pharmazeutischen Produkts.
