- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale de l'ensemble illustré à la figure 1;
- la figure 3 montre une coupe transversale de l'ensemble selon le plan III-III de la figure 2 ; et
- la figure 4 représente une coupe longitudinale selon le plan IV-IV de la figure 3.
Claims (16)
- Ensemble (1) d'axe (X), pour le conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, notamment liquide, comprenant :a) un réservoir (20) contenant ledit produit, ledit réservoir étant constitué d'un corps (21) dont une extrémité est fermée par un fond (22), l'autre extrémité présentant un bord libre (24) délimitant une ouverture (25);b) une enveloppe extérieure (2) sur laquelle est montée une pompe (16) surmontée d'un moyen d'actionnement et de distribution (17), ladite enveloppe extérieure (2) étant apte à recevoir de manière amovible ledit réservoir (20) au travers d'une ouverture (4) ménagée dans le fond de ladite enveloppe, et à envelopper le réservoir sur sensiblement toute sa hauteur, ladite enveloppe comportant des moyens (27, 28) pour coopérer avec des moyens correspondants (26) du réservoir, pour assurer un accrochage réversible du réservoir (20) dans l'enveloppe extérieure (2), et maintenir la pompe (16) en communication avec le réservoir au travers de ladite ouverture (25), ladite enveloppe extérieure (2) présentant au voisinage de son fond au moins une découpe (33, 34),
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure comprend deux découpes (33, 34) situées de manière diamétralement opposée sur ledit axe de plus grande largeur.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) découpe(s) (33, 34) délimitent des portions élastiquement déformables aptes à améliorer le maintien du réservoir (20) dans l'enveloppe (2).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage sont constitués d'au moins un organe élastiquement déformable (27, 28), apte à coopérer par déformation élastique avec un bourrelet (26) formé au voisinage du bord libre (24) du réservoir (20).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) comporte au voisinage de son extrémité sur laquelle est montée la pompe, une jupe (29) dont une extrémité libre (30) est apte à venir en contact étanche avec l'ouverture (25) du réservoir pour former étanchéité entre le réservoir (20) et la pompe (16).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (30) de la jupe d'étanchéité forme un rebord incurvé en direction de l'axe X, le bord libre (24) délimitant l'ouverture (25) du réservoir présentant une partie chanfreinée (31) apte à former un siège pour ledit rebord incurvé.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (36-39) sont prévus pour assurer un guidage du réservoir (20) lors de son insertion dans ladite enveloppe extérieure (2), et pour améliorer son maintien dans ladite enveloppe.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage sont constitués d'une pluralité d'ailettes (36-39) disposées sur la surface intérieure des parois latérales de l'enveloppe extérieure, et dont les extrémités libres sont disposées de manière à venir en engagement élastique avec les parois latérales du réservoir (20) en au moins une ligne de contact.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes (36-39) sont disposées dans un plan ne passant pas par l'axe (X).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes (36-39) sont disposées dans des plans sensiblement perpendiculaires audit axe de plus grande largeur.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) découpe(s) (33, 34) forme(mt) sensiblement un "U" débouchant sur l'ouverture (4) du fond de l'enveloppe.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la pompe (16) est munie d'un tube plongeur (19) apte, lors de la mise en place du réservoir dans l'enveloppe extérieure (2), à percer un opercule fermant l'ouverture (25) du réservoir.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (20) est en verre.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (20) comporte en regard de la (ou des) découpe(s), un profil apte à faciliter sa préhension.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la pompe (16) est vissée sur l'enveloppe (2).
- Utilisation d'un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, pour le conditionnement d'un produit cosmétique, notamment capillaire, pharmaceutique, ou dermo-pharmaceutique.
