Claims (33)

  1. Einheit (1; 300) zur Verpackung und Ausgabe eines Produkts, umfassend :
    - einen Behälter (2; 202; 301) zum Enthalten eines Produktvorrats,
    - eine zur abnehmbaren Anordnung auf dem Behälter ausgestaltete nachfüllbare Einheit (10; 10'; 310), wobei die nachfüllbare Einheit umfasst:
    - einen Körper (25 ; 330) und einen gegenüber dem Körper beweglichen Kolben (32; 337), der mit dem Körper eine Speicherkammer (55 ; 338) mit variablem Volumen bildet, um ein Produkt zu enthalten, wobei diese Speicherkammer (55 ; 338) mit dem Behälter (2; 301) zu dessen Befüllung eine Fluidverbindung bilden kann wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit (10 ; 10" ; 310) auf dem Behälter angeordnet ist,
    - eine Pumpe (150), die das Produkt aus dem Behälter entnehmen kann, wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit darauf angeordnet ist und das Produkt aus der Speicherkammer (55 ; 338) entnehmen kann, wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit vom Behälter getrennt ist, wobei die Pumpe eine von der Speicherkammer (55 ; 338) separate Pumpenkammer (157) umfasst, wobei die Speicherkammer (55), in einer nach oben orientierten Stellung der nachfüllbaren Einheit gesehen, oberhalb des Kolbens (32; 337) ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachfüllbare Einheit (10; 10'; 310) derart ausgebildet ist, dass, zumindest wenn die Speicherkammer (55) in Fluidverbindung mit dem Behälter steht, ein Unterdruck in der Speicherkammer gebildet werden kann, um das Befüllen der Speicherkammer zu erlauben.
  2. Einheit nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine Austrittsöffnung (19; 323) umfasst, die mit der Speicherkammer (55 ; 338) der nachfüllbaren Einheit zu dessen Befüllung fluidisch verbindbar ist, und dass der Behälter keine Pumpe aufweist, die die Austrittsöffnung (19; 323) mit dem Produkt versorgen kann.
  3. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpenkammer (157) zumindest während der Ausgabe des Produkts durch die Pumpe von der Speicherkammer (55; 338) abgesondert ist.
  4. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (157) kleiner als das maximale Volumen der Speicherkammer (55; 338) ist.
  5. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Pumpe eine Ansaugöffnung (163) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit auf dem Behälter angeordnet ist, die Ansaugöffnung (163) der Pumpe (150) in der Nähe einer Austrittsöffnung (19, 323) des Behälters senkrecht über der Austrittsöffnung anordnenbar ist.
  6. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (150) eine Pumpe ohne Luftaufnahme ist.
  7. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Träger (4; 204; 303) zur Aufnahme der nachfüllbaren Einheit aufweist, wobei der Träger (4; 204; 303) gegenüber dem restlichen Behälter unbeweglich ist.
  8. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachfüllbare Einheit und der Behälter jeweils Befestigungsteile (41, 42; 317; 347) aufweisen, die lösbar miteinander zusammenwirken können.
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsteile durch Einrasten oder Verschrauben, durch eine Bajonettbefestigung oder durch Reibung miteinander zusammenwirken können.
  10. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Teile nachfüllbare Einheit oder Behälter Reliefs (49; 22; 46; 318; 348) aufweist, die mit dem jeweils anderen der Teile nachfüllbare Einheit oder Behälter zusammenwirken können, um die Ansaugöffnung (63) der Pumpe nach Außen dicht abzuschließen, zumindest wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit zur Entnahme des Produkts aus dem Behälter verwendet wird.
  11. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Durchgang zur Luftaufnahme aufweist.
  12. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter keine Luftaufnahme hat.
  13. Einheit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Kolben oder eine Tasche aufweist.
  14. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit (10; 310) auf dem Behälter (2) angeordnet ist, so dass die Pumpe das Produkt aus dem Behälter entnehmen kann, wobei die Pumpe insbesondere mit einem Steigrohr (99) des Behälters in Verbindung steht, das Volumen der Speicherkammer (55; 338) minimal ist.
  15. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32; 337) eine Öffnung (38; 355) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, den Behälter (2; 301) mit der Speicherkammer (55; 338) in Fluidverbindung zu setzen.
  16. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachfüllbare Einheit (10; 310) ein Ventil (39, 351) aufweist, das zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der es die Öffnung (38; 355) des Kolbens verschließt, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der es den Durchfluss des Produkts durch die Öffnung (38; 355) erlaubt, beweglich ist.
  17. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (39) einen Körper mit einem inneren Durchgang (45) aufweist.
  18. Einheit nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil eine Kugel (351) aufweist und dass die nachfüllbare Einheit (310) ein elastisches Rückstellorgan (354) aufweist, das derart ausgebildet ist, dass es eine Kraft auf die Kugel ausübt, die dazu neigt, die Kugel in die erste Verschlussstellung zurückzuführen.
  19. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32; 337) eine Form aufweist, die im Wesentlichen der äußeren Form der Pumpe (150) angepasst ist.
  20. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32; 337) einen Befestigungsteil (42; 347) aufweist, der in der Lage ist lösbar mit einem Befestigungsteil (20; 317) des Behälters zusammenzuwirken, wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit auf dem Behälter angeordnet ist.
  21. Einheit nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32) eine Schürze (35) aufweist, die einen, mit einer Öffnung (38) des Kolbens verbundenen Durchgang abgrenzt, wobei die Schürze (35) den Befestigungsteil (42) aufweist.
  22. Einheit nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben innere (341) und äußere (340) Schürzen aufweist, die im Wesentlichen konzentrisch sind, wobei der Befestigungsteil (347) auf der äußeren Schürze ausgebildet ist.
  23. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) einen mittleren Abschnitt (15; 313) aufweist, der in der Lage ist in dem Körper (26; 330) der nachfüllbaren Einheit (10) einzugreifen, wenn diese auf dem Behälter angeordnet ist, wobei dieser mittlere Abschnitt (15; 313) einen Befestigungsteil (20) aufweist, der in der Lage ist mit einem Befestigungsteil (42; 347) des Kolbens zusammenzuwirken.
  24. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Abschnitt (15; 313) zur Befestigung eines Steigrohres (99) dient.
  25. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein kosmetisches, inkl. Pflegeprodukt, insbesondere ein Parfüm beinhaltet.
  26. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine Creme ist.
  27. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32) dicht auf die Pumpe (150) anbringbar ist.
  28. Einheit nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (32) eine Ringwulst (37) aufweist, die dicht auf die Pumpe (150) anbringbar ist.
  29. Einheit nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringwulst (37) eine an einer Schürze (35) des Kolbens (32) ausgebildete innere Ringwulst ist.
  30. Einheit nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringwulst (37) im oberen Teil der Schürze (35) ausgebildet ist.
  31. Verfahren zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, umfassend folgende Schritte:
    Bereitstellen einer Einheit (1; 300) zur Verpackung und Ausgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30,
    - Entnahme des Produkts anhand der nachfüllbaren Einheit entweder aus dem Behälter wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit auf dem Behälter angeordnet ist oder aus der Speicherkammer der nachfüllbaren Einheit wenn die nachfüllbare Einheit vom Behälter getrennt ist,
    - Abgabe einer anhand der nachfüllbaren Einheit durch Betätigung der Pumpe über die volle Hublänge entnommenen Produktdosis, wobei die abgegebene Dosis einem Bruchteil des maximalen Volumens der Speicherkammer, insbesondere einem Zehntel, entspricht.
  32. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Pumpe eine Ansaugöffnung (163) und der Behälter eine Austrittsöffnung (19, 323) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Verbindung der Ansaugöffnung (163) mit der Austrittsöffnung (19),
    - Entnahme des Produkts aus dem Behälter.
  33. Verfahren nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Anordnung der nachfüllbares Einheit (10; 310) auf dem Behälter (2; 301),
    - Verschieben des Kolbens gegenüber dem Körper, um das Volumen der Speicherkammer zu erhöhen, wobei der Kolben sich während dieser Verschiebung von der Pumpe entfernt.
