Definitions

  • cosmetic product is understood to mean a product as defined in Council Directive 93/35 EEC, dated June 14, 1993.
  • the cosmetic product is advantageously in fluid form. It is for example in the form of a liquid, a cream or possibly a powder.
  • the cosmetic product is intended to be applied to a body surface formed for example by the skin or the keratinous fibers of a human being.
  • the product is dispensed from the reservoir through a dispensing opening in the mouthpiece to a receiving surface placed away from the device.
  • This receiving surface can be directly a body surface of a user.
  • the receiving surface is located in a receptacle or on an application tool, for the indirect application of the cosmetic product to a body surface of the user.
  • the microbial pollution of a cosmetic product contained in the reservoir essentially results from the contact that can occur between a body surface of a user of the device and the product present on the device.
  • the user of the device takes the product with his finger that comes directly into contact with the dispensing tip or applies his finger on the tip to clean once the product is dispensed.
  • FR 2,650,255 and WO 2008/061041 describe dispensers of cosmetic product of the aforementioned type, wherein the tip is provided with a resilient closure valve. This valve only opens when the cosmetic product is dispensed and is closed immediately after the end of the distribution, which is likely to limit the potential contamination of the product in the tank.
  • GB 834 873 , GB 2,184,493 and EP 1 293 440 disclose cosmetic product dispensers which do not include protective means not coming into contact with the dispensed cosmetic product. In addition, these dispensers do not include a shutter operable relative to the nozzle between a closed configuration and an open configuration.
  • An object of the invention is therefore to provide a cosmetic product dispenser which offers an adequate distribution of product, while further limiting the risk of microbial contamination of the formula contained in the dispensing device, in particular when this formula does not contain preservative.
  • the subject of the invention is a dispenser according to claim 1.
  • the invention also relates to a dispensing device according to claim 13.
  • the invention also relates to a method of dispensing a cosmetic product on a receiving surface according to claim 15.
  • a first device 10 for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product 12 is represented on the Figures 1 to 6 .
  • This device 10 comprises a container 14 for packaging the product 12 and a cosmetic product dispenser 16 according to the invention mounted at the lower end of the device.
  • the cosmetic product 12 is advantageously in fluid form. It is formed by a liquid, a cream, or possibly a powder intended to be applied to a body surface of a user such as skin or keratinous fibers.
  • the cosmetic product is advantageously a viscosity cream of between 30 poises and 100 poises.
  • the cosmetic product is devoid of a preservative agent capable of preventing bacterial proliferation.
  • Such preserving agents are, for example, alcohols, glycols, parabens, benzoic acids, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, salicylic acid, sodium salicylate, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin .
  • the receiving surface 18 is for example defined in a receptacle such as a cup or a plate, or on an application tool, for the application of the cosmetic product on a body surface of the user.

  • the container 14 comprises a housing 172 fixedly mounted relative to the dispenser 16.
  • the housing 172 comprises a reservoir (not visible) of cosmetic product and a button 174 for actuating the mobile mounted product distribution relative to the housing 172.
  • Actuation of the actuating button 174 causes the tip 40 to move from its rest position successively to its pre-distribution position and its dispensing position, and advantageously to open the shutter 82 as previously described. .
  • the release of the button 174 allows the return of the tip 40 in its rest position.

  • Each tab 204 is rotatably mounted in the housing 172 about a respective axis B-B ', C-C', on either side of the axis A-A ', perpendicular to the axis A-A' , between an outside rest position, and an internally driven position of displacement of the end piece 40.
  • Each tab 204 has a beveled lower surface 206 inclined relative to the axis A-A '.
  • the inner surface 206 is adapted to cooperate with a flange 208 integral with the endpiece 40 to convert the rotational movement of the tabs 204 into a translation movement of the endpiece 40 between its rest position, its pre-distribution position and its distribution position.
  • the user pinches the tabs 204 through the lateral openings 202 by bringing them closer to each other towards the axis A-A '. This causes the displacement in translation of the tip 40 along the axis A-A ', as previously described.
  • temperature control means for example heating means and / or cooling means are provided in the dispensing device, for example at the tip 40 to adjust the viscosity of the dispensed cosmetic product.
  • the shutter 82 is formed by a curtain, a shutter, a diaphragm, a guillotine, or a fan.
  • the container 14 is removably mounted, for example by screwing or snapping into the dispenser 16. Once the cosmetic product contained in the container 14 has been consumed, it is possible to remove the empty container from the dispenser and to mount a container 14 full of product instead.
  • a cosmetic product distribution kit comprising a removable container 14, a dispenser 16 as defined above, advantageously contained in a package can then be provided to the user.
  • the relative orientations of the structural characteristics of the device are those which result from the normal use of the device, especially in the pre-distribution position and in the dispensing position. These orientations are understood in particular with reference to an arrangement of the dispenser 16 below the container 14, keeping the axis AA 'of the container 14 and advantageously of the tip 40, substantially vertical, and at a disposal of the surface of receiving 18 below the tip 40.
  • the axis A-A ' is in particular perpendicular to the mean plane of the free edge 104 of the skirt 92 and advantageously to the mean plane of the dispensing orifice 74.
  • the passage opening 108 is disposed below the nozzle 40 by moving down the axis A-A '.
  • the passage opening 108 is furthermore located at a non-zero distance along the axis A-A 'of the dispensing orifice 74, at least in the pre-dispensing position and in the distribution position.
  • the volume located under the nozzle 40 is in particular that generated along the axis A-A 'under the dispensing orifice 74.
  • the cosmetic product delivered by the dispensing orifice 74 can therefore flow vertically downwards under the effect of gravity from the nozzle 40, through the volume located under the nozzle. 40, and thus reach the receiving surface 18.
  • the shutter 82 thus has a closed configuration, in which it closes the volume located under the nozzle 40, and an open configuration, in which the volume located under the nozzle 40 is disengaged, in particular under the dispensing orifice 74.
  • the passage of the tip 40 from its pre-distribution position to its dispensing position occurs exclusively when the shutter 82 is in its open configuration.
  • the cosmetic product delivered by the tip 40 in the dispensing position does not come into contact with the shutter 82, which avoids any microbial contamination at the shutter 82.
  • end piece 40 can be mobile, in particular in translation relative to the protection means 44.
  • the end piece 40 can be stationary, in particular in translation, with respect to the protection means 44, the shutter 82 then passing from its open configuration to its closed configuration without movement of the tip 40.
  • the protection means 44 prevent contact between a body surface of a user of the dispenser 16 and the dispensing orifice 74.
  • This body surface may be the receiving surface on which the product cosmetic is intended to be applied, or another body surface likely to enter accidentally or voluntarily with the device, in particular in the case where the receiving surface 18 is delimited in a receptacle.
