Claims (12)

  1. l. Dosierkopf für unter Druck stehende Behälter mit kontinuierlichem Ventil mit
  2. - einer Kupelle (l), die so angepaßt ist, daß sie in «Err»dichter Verbindung mit dem unter Druck stehenden Behälter stehen kann, wobei die Kupelle (l) eine Zentralfläche (2) aufweist, die mit einer axialen Öffnung für den Körper (6) des kontinuierlichen Ventils versehen ist,
  3. - einer hohlen Stange (5, 3O), die durch die Zentralfläche (2) zur Steuerung des kontinuierlichen Ventils nach «Err»auen hindurchtritt,
  4. - einer Dosierglocke («Err»11) mit einer elastischen Membran («Err»l2) und einem Membranträger («Err»l3) mit einem zentralen Fuß («Err»l4), der von einem axialen Durchgang («Err»l5) durchdrungen wird und in einem Ventilsitz («Err»l6) endet,
  5. - einem Austrittskanal («Err»l7) der aus einer zentralen Kammer (2O) mit einem Boden (25), der den zentralen «Cae»Fuß («Err»l4) des Membranträgers («Err»l3) umgibt, aus einer radialen Austrittsöffnung («Err»2l) und einem zylindrischen Mantel (22) besteht, dadurch «Err»gekenneichnet, «Err»da der Ventilsitz («Err»l6) des zentralen «Err»Fues («Err»l4) des Membranträgers («Err»l3) direkt mit dem Ende der hohlen Stange (5, 3O) zur Steuerung des kontinuierlichen Ventils zur Füllung der Dosierglocke («Err»11) während der Dosierphase in Anlage kommt und sich davon entfernt, um die Dosierglocke («Err»11) mit der Austrittsöffnung («Err»2l) während der Austrittsphase zu verbinden.
  6. 2. Dosierkopf nach Anspruch l, «Cae»dadurch «Err»geenneichnet, «Err»dawährend das kontinuierliche Ventil ein Ventil männlichen Typs ist, die hohle Stange zur Steuerung dieses Ventils seine eigene hohle Stange («Err»5) ist.
  7. 3. Dosierkopf nach Anspruch l, dadurch «Err»gekenneichnet, «Err»dawährend das kontinuierliche Ventil ein Ventil weiblichen Typs ist, die hohle Stange zur Steuerung dieses Ventils durch ein Verbindungsstück (3O) in der Form einer hohlen Stange gebildet ist.
  8. 4. Dosierkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch «Err»gekenneichnet, «Err»da um die hohle Stange (5, 3O) herum eine Dichtung (26) oder eine Lippe (47) vorgesehen ist, die dicht auf der hohlen Stange gleitet.
  9. 5. Dosierkopf nach Anspruch 4, «Cae»dadurch «Err»gekenneichnet, «Err»dadie Dichtung (26) auf dem Boden (25) der zentralen Kammer (2O) des Austrittskanals («Err»l7) angeordnet ist.
  10. 6. Dosierkopf nach einem der Ansprüche l, 2, 4 oder 5, «Cae»dadurch«Err»geenneichnet, «Err»da der Boden (25) der zentralen Kammer zwei Bögen (27) trägt, deren freies Ende sich auf der zentralen Fläche (2) der Kupelle (l) abstützt, und die Rolle einer Feder zum Zurückschieben des Dosierkopfes in seine «Err»AusstoBstellung spielt.
  11. 7. Dosierkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, «Err»a4uch «Err»geenneichnet, daß der Boden (25) der zentralen Kammer zwei Bögen (27) trägt, deren freies Ende sich auf einer Scheibe («Err»3l) des Verbindungsstückes (3O) abstützt, und die Rolle einer Feder zum Zurückschieben des Dosierkopfes in seine «Err»Ausstostellung spielt.
  12. 8. Dosierkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, «Err»4auch «Err»geeRReichRet, «Err»da die Dosierglocke («Err»11) und der Austrittskanal («Err»l7) verbunden sind.
