Claims (23)
- Ventil (1), das dazu bestimmt ist, einen ein mittels eines Treibgases (G) unter Druck gesetztes Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (3) auszustatten, mit einem Ventilkörper (2) aus Elastomermaterial und mit Betätigungsmitteln, um als Reaktion auf eine Betätigungssteuerung das Ventil von einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine Stellung übergehen zu lassen, welche die Ausgabe des Produkts über einen Ausgangsdurchlass (23) des Ventilkörpers erlaubt, wobei das Ventil in Abwesenheit einer Betätigungssteuerung in die geschlossene Stellung beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper erste Montagemittel (16), um die Montage des Ventils in einer ersten Stellung (H1) zu ermöglichen, in der der Ventilkörper mit einem Rand (7) des Behälters mindestens einen Durchlass (18) bildet, der die Verbindung zwischen der Innenseite und der Außenseite des Behälters (3) ermöglicht, um das Füllen des Behälters mit Treibgas zu erlauben, und zweite Montagemittel (14) aufweist, um die Montage des Ventils in einer zweiten Stellung (H2) zu erlauben, in der der Ventilkörper (2) dicht auf den Rand (7) des Behälters montiert ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (16) und die zweiten Montagemittel (14) so angeordnet sind, dass das Ventil in der ersten Stellung in einer ersten axialen Höhe (H1) in Bezug auf den Behälter und in der zweiten Stellung in einer zweiten axialen Höhe (H2) in Bezug auf den Behälter positioniert ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper (2) ein Profil aufweist, das in der Lage ist, nach dem Füllen des Behälters mit Treibgas den Übergang des Ventils von der ersten in die zweite Stellung zu begünstigen.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Montagemittel auf dem Ventilkörper in verschiedenen axialen Höhen (H1, H2) angeordnet sind, wobei die ersten Montagemittel (16) zwischen den zweiten Montagemitteln (14) und einem Ende (2c) des Ventilkörpers angeordnet sind, das in den Behälter montiert werden kann, wobei der Ventilkörper zwischen den ersten und zweiten Mitteln einen in Richtung der ersten Mittel abnehmenden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Montagemittel (14) von einer Ringnut gebildet werden, die auf der Außenfläche (2a) des Ventilkörpers ausgebildet und in der Lage ist, dicht mit einem entsprechenden Rand (7) des Behälters (3) zusammenzuwirken.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Montagemittel von einer Ringnut (16) gebildet werden, die auf der Außenfläche des Ventilkörpers ausgebildet und in der Lage ist, mit einem entsprechenden Rand (7) des Behälters (3) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Nut (16) von mindestens einem Durchlass (18) unterbrochen wird, der an der Außenseite des Ventilkörpers ausgebildet ist und innerhalb des Ventilkörpers mündet, wobei der Durchlass eine größere Tiefe als die Tiefe der Nut aufweist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (16) und das zweite Montagemittel (14) in der Lage sind, durch Einklinken mit dem Rand (7) des Behälters zusammenzuwirken.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elastomermaterial aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer besteht.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elastomermaterial eine Shore-A-Härte aufweist, die im Bereich zwischen 30 und 70 liegt.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch seitliches Kippen einer Stange (11) arbeitet, die vom Ausgangsdurchlass (23) durchquert wird, wobei die Stange die Betätigungsmittel (12) bildet und in einem Kanal (10) angeordnet ist, der im Ventilkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Ventil nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (10) eine Achse (A) aufweist, und die Ventilstange (11) im Inneren des Kanals (10) mit einem Profil (13) versehen ist, das in der Lage ist, mit einem komplementären Profil (15) des Kanals (10) zusammenzuwirken, um ein Gelenk im wesentlichen um einen Punkt (Q) herum zu definieren, so dass, unabhängig von der Winkelstellung der Stange in Bezug auf die Achse (A), die Stange (11) in dichtem ringförmigem Kontakt mit dem Kanal (10) steht.
- Ausgabeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (11) innerhalb des Kanals (10) einen ringförmigen Abschnitt (15) aufweist, der in Bezug auf den Rest der Stange vorsteht, der kugelförmig mit einer geometrischen Mitte (Q) ist, während der Kanal (10) einen Abschnitt aufweist, der einen zur Form des vorstehenden Abschnitts komplementären Rücksprung (13) bildet und in der Lage ist, den vorstehenden Abschnitt dicht aufzunehmen, wobei der Gelenkpunkt der Stange im wesentlichen mit der geometrischen Mitte (Q) zusammenfällt.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel für den selektiven Übergang des Ventils von einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine Stellung, welche die Ausgabe des Produkts über den Ausgangsdurchlass (23) erlaubt, einen Dichtring (9) aufweisen, der von elastischen Rückholmitteln (20) in dichte Auflage auf einen vom Körper (2) gebildeten, ringförmigen Sitz (4c) beaufschlagt wird.
- Ventil nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangsdurchlass (23) in eine innere Ventilkammer (4) über einen Durchlass (25) mündet, der die Stange radial durchquert.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (11) und der Dichtring (9) aus einem steifen thermoplastischen Material bestehen.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückholmittel (20) aus mindestens einem Elastomerklötzchen bestehen, das von einer Wand (4b) der Ventilkammer (4) getragen wird und mit dieser fest verbunden ist, wobei diese(s) Klötzchen elastisch gegen einen Bereich (32) anliegt (anliegen), der den Ring (9) trägt.
- Behälter zur Ausgabe unter Druck eines mittels eines Treibgases unter Druck gesetzten Produkts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einem Ventil gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (1) auf den Behälter (3) über eine Schale (8) montiert ist, von der ein Innenrand (7) dazu bestimmt ist, mit den ersten (16) oder zweiten Montagemitteln (14) des Ventils in Eingriff zu gelangen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (8) auf den Behälter (3) aufgequetscht ist.
- Verfahren zur Verpackung eines Produkts unter Druck in einem Behälter (3), der eine von einem Rand (7) begrenzte Öffnung aufweist, in ein Ventil (1) eingesetzt werden kann, wobei das Verfahren darin besteht:a) das auszugebende Produkt in den Behälter (3) einzuführen;b) das Ventil (1) in einer Einfüllstellung (H1) zu positionieren, in der der Rand des Behälters mit ersten Montagemitteln (16) eines Körpers (2) des Ventils in Eingriff steht, wobei die ersten Montagemittel in der Lage sind, in der Einfüllstellung mit dem Rand des Behälters mindestens einen mit dem Behälter (3) in Verbindung stehende Durchlass (18) zu begrenzen;c) durch den Durchlass oder die Durchlässe (18) Treibgas (G) ins Innere des Behälters (3) einzuführen; undd) das Ventil (1) in Bezug auf den Behälter (3) so zu verschieben, dass es in eine Ausgabestellung (H2) gebracht wird, in der der Rand (7) des Behälters mit zweiten Montagemitteln (14) des Ventilkörpers in Eingriff steht, wobei die zweiten Montagemittel in der Lage sind, in der Ausgabestellung mit dem Rand des Behälters zusammenzuwirken, um eine dichte Montage des Ventilkörpers auf dem Behälter zu gewährleisten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt durch die Öffnung eingeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang von der Einfüllstellung (H1) in die Ausgabestellung (H2) durch axiales Verschieben des Ventils in Bezug auf den Behälter erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Einfüllstellung (H1) des Ventils mehrere Durchlässe (18) regelmäßig um den ganzen Ventilkörper (2) herum verteilt sind, wobei das Füllen des Behälters (3) mit Gas erfolgt, indem das Ventil von einem Gas-Zufuhrrohr (C) überdeckt wird, wobei das Rohr einen Rand (38) aufweist, der um das ganze Ventil (1) herum mit einer Oberfläche (40) des Behälters in dichten Kontakt gelangen kann.
