Claims (12)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein flüssiges oder pastöses Produkt, bestehend aus einem Behälter für das Produkt mit einem Einsatz (7) zur Aufnahme eines Abgabeorgans (39), wobei der Einsatz (7) und das Abgabeorgan (39) einander ergänzende Halteeinrichtungen (18, 16) aufweisen, die die feste Verbindung des Einsatzes (7) mit dem Abgabeorgan (39) und ihre Lösung voneinander gestatten, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kappe (70) mit Halteeinrichtungen (73), die den Halteeinrichtungen (18) des Einsatzes (7) entsprechen, so daß das Abgabeorgan (39) und die Kappe (70) zur Bildung einer Abgabeuntereinheit (80) miteinander fest verbunden werden können.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (70) an dem Behälter lösbar angebracht ist.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus einem starren Gefäß (4) und aus einem flexiblen Beutel (2) besteht, der an dem Einsatz (7) angeschweißt ist, der seinerseits mit dem Gefäß (4) fest verbunden ist.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (70) an dem Boden (5) des Gefäßes (4) lösbar angebracht ist, wobei der Boden (5) und die Kappe (70) einander ergänzende Einhakeinrichtungen (66, 71) aufweisen.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeorgan (39) eine Membranpumpe ist.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (39) ein starres Teil (52), eine elastische Membran (53) und einen ein Last- bzw. Spannungselement bildenden starren Deckel (59) aufweist, wobei die Membran (53) zwischen dem starren Teil (52) und dem Deckel (59) angeordnet ist.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (39) ein zylindrisches Rohrelement (60) trägt, das mit dem Einsatz (7) eine erste Kammer (62) definiert, die mit dem Inneren des Beutels(2) über Öffnungen (17) verbunden ist.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrelement (60) von einem an dem Einsatz (7) vorgesehenen Hals (15) umgeben ist, wobei die Halteeinrichtungen (18, 16) von dem Hals (15) bzw. von dem Rohrelement (60) getragen werden.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (53) in ihrem zentralen Bereich eine Kuppe (56) bildet, die mit dem starren Teil (52) eine zweite Kammer (61) definiert, die mit der ersten Kammer (62) über im starren Teil (52) vorgesehene Öffnungen (58) verbunden ist.
  10. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf Höhe der Öffnungen (58) ein Einwegventil (51) angeordnet ist.
  11. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das starre Teil (52) einen schrägen Bereich (55) aufweist, in dem ein Kanal (77) ausgespart ist, und am Ende der Membran (53) eine Schräge vorgesehen ist, die eine Lippe (54) bildet, die mit dem schrägen Bereich (55) zusammenwirkt und die den Kanal (77) bis zu seinem äußeren Ende abdeckt, welches sie verschließt, wobei das innere Ende des Kanals (77) in die zweite Kammer (61) mündet.
  12. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Deckel (45) vorgesehen ist, um den Einsatz (7) zu verschließen, wenn die Pumpe (39) vom Einsatz (7) abgenommen ist, wobei der Deckel (45) mit Zungen (48) versehen ist, die mit dem Umfang der Membran (8) eines auf Höhe der Öffnungen (17) des Einsatzes (7) angeordneten Einwegventils (50) zusammenwirken können, um die Membran (8) an ihren Sitz anzulegen, so daß der Beutel (2) und sein mit dem Deckel (45) ausgerüsteter Einsatz (7) eine lagerfähige Produktnachfüllpackung bilden.
