产品配送器
本发明的主题是一种配送产品尤其是配送液态物品或软膏状产品的器具。
已知有各种类型的产品配送器,尤其是有些包括装产品容器的配送器,该容器配有一个基座,基座上以机械方式紧固着一件配送装置。
这些配送器人们可能常用,例如一天至少用一次,特别是配送其所装的化妆品时更是如此。这些配送器体积大,因而不便于使用者一时离家在外如周末在外度假一两天时,把它们装在塑料泡沫袋之类的袋子里随身携带。
本发明的目的是为解决这个问题。发明主题是一种配送器,它包括一个装液态产品或稀软膏状产品的容器,该容器配有一个用于承接配送装置的基座,该基座和该配送装置带有互补的紧固件,以便基座与配送装置连接与拆开。此配送器的特征在于:它还包括一个带紧固件的盖子,此种紧固件与基座的紧固件相同,这样,上述配送装置,就能与该盖子连为一个配送分组件。
盖子最好可卸式地装在容器上。
根据一个实施例,容器包括一个坚硬的瓶罐和一个焊接在基座上的软壳,基座本身与瓶罐相连,盖子可取动地装在瓶罐底部,此底部及盖子均包括紧固附件。
配送装置最好是一个隔膜式泵,该泵包括一个坚硬构件、一块有弹性的隔膜及一个构成限定装置的硬罩子,隔膜夹在坚硬构件与罩子之间。
该泵最好带有一个圆筒形套筒,它与基座一起限定着通过一些孔而与软壳内部相通的第一个盒;该套筒被基座上的一颈部围绕着,上述紧固件由颈部和套筒分别承载。
在隔膜中部形成一个圆拱,它与坚硬构件一起限定着通过坚硬构件上一些孔而与第一个盒相通的第二个盒。一只单向阀顺着这些孔的出路安装。
坚硬构件上有一倾斜部,上面开了一道沟槽,隔膜终端置于一个斜面上以便形成一个与倾斜部配合的唇形物,唇形物覆盖着沟槽的外端直至将其堵塞,沟槽内端开着,通入第二个盒。
最好装一个封盖基座的顶罩,从基座上卸下泵,顶罩所带榫舌就与顺着基座上那些孔的通路所装单向阀隔膜的周边配合,以便隔膜贴住顶罩的支座,这样,软壳及装了顶罩的基座就构成一个可贮藏产品的补给器。
为了更容易理解本发明,现在以非限定性的纯描述性方式说明以下附图所示的一个实施例。
图1以一局部截面显示按照本发明的配送器;
图2显示图1所示配送器的一些部件构成的一个分组截面;
图3是图1所示配送器中产品补给器的部分剖示图;
图4是图1中一部份的详细截面图。
图3显示由可变形材料制成并焊接在坚硬基座7上的软壳2的一部份。基座7为盘形,其中部凹面与软壳2离得最开。基座7里面和中间,装有一条与部份有弹性的元件50相联的颈部15,构成一个单向开通的阀。元件50包括一个紧固在指形件14上从而与基座7连为一体的部分6,由截头锥体状隔膜形成的弹性件8有弹性地贴在基座7的底部11上。在基座7底部11上的一些孔17与阀50配合,使产品逸出外壳2,但是,如果在软壳壁上不加压力,阀的隔膜8就会挡住产品使之不能逸出。一方面,顶罩45的紧固件与基座7的环形边缘47上的紧固附件配合;另一方面,轴向榫舌48一直延伸到隔膜8的周边上。所以,把顶罩45盖在基座7上时,隔膜8的周边会受压而贴紧由基座7的底部11构成的支座。这样,即使软壳2受压,其中装的产品也不会逸出。这种配置可以形成一个贮存产品的补给器,使外壳中装满产品。
图1显示使用图2所示补给器的配送器1,取下基座7上的顶罩45之后,把补给器插入坚硬的筒形瓶罐4,其剖面可以不是圆形的,例如,可以是椭圆形的。基座7的边缘47形成可与瓶罐4的上部边缘22配合的套环。基座7与瓶罐4用来画出的任何适宜的装置例如卡紧方式配合。由其性能可知,隔膜泵39装在基座7上,由基座7的颈部15所带紧固件18紧固在基座上,该泵本身带有相配的紧固件16。当然,紧固件可以是任何类型的,在各个图示中,紧固件由4个螺旋倾斜部份组成。泵39带有一个圆筒形套筒60与基座7一起,限定着通过孔17与软壳2内部相通的第一盒62。套筒60环绕着颈部15,泵的相配的紧固件16由套筒60承载着。
隔膜泵39包括一个紧硬构件52、一块有弹性的隔膜53和一个形成限制装置的罩子59,隔膜53插在坚硬构件52与罩子59之间。坚硬构件52有一个倾斜部55,上面开了一道沟槽77,如图4那样显示得更明了。隔膜53终端为一斜面,以便形成与坚硬构件52的倾斜部55配合的唇形物54,这样,隔膜就形成一个支座。唇形物54覆盖着沟槽77的外端直至将其堵塞。隔膜53的中部形成一个圆拱56限定着第二盒61,该盒在坚硬构件52上方形成装载产品的可变容积。沟槽77的内端通入第二盒61。罩子59中间有一个可通往圆拱56的孔。第二个盒61通过坚硬构件52上的一些孔58与第一个盒62相通,顺着这些孔有一个与阀50相同的阀51装在一个指形件57上,该阀使产品从第一个盒62进入第二个盒61,但阻止产品从相反方向通过。
基座7的底部11上带有一个防挤夹的装置27,其功能由其特性而知,是防止软壳2的壳壁在某处如在中间区域互相贴紧,以防软壳2的壳壁在某处如在中间区域互相贴紧,以防软壳2下部的一些产品受挤夹而喷出。防挤夹装置27最好由一些与基座7安装得连成一体的纵向叶片组成。
瓶罐4带有底部5,上面有一个与外面通气之用的小孔。
底部5带有紧固盖子70的紧固件。在图1示例中,这些紧固件由凹槽66及其中所插销栓71组成,凹槽安装在盖子70终端边缘的内周边上,固定在适当位置。盖子70设计得按基座7接纳泵39的相同条件可接纳该泵,因此,盖子70包括符合此种设计必需的一些零件,这些零件与基座7的相应零件一样。所以,该底盖尤其要包括与边缘47一样的边缘78、与颈部15一样的颈部72,以及与紧固件18一样的紧固件73。把泵39和底盖70从瓶罐4上取开,就可把底盖70与泵39组接在一起,这样,又会形成一个图2所示的分组件80。因此,本发明提供了供家中使用的好像只是“家居型”配送器1,其实它可转换为体积相当小的“旅游型”分组件80,便于放在梳妆包中随身携带。
要使用“家居型”配送器1,用者可按压圆拱56,由于单向阀51的作用,装在第二盒61中的产品就沿着沟槽77出来,唇形物54受压会贴紧坚硬构件52。当用者停止按压圆拱56,由于唇形物54有弹性,它就会重新把沟槽77的出口堵住。当圆拱56在间歇时恢复原状,就会在第二盒61中产生减轻的压力,产品就会从软壳2和第一盒62中,经过阀50和51补入第二盒61中。
当泵39和底盖70组接成分组件80时,可按上述同样方式使用,当然,这种用法的对象,仅限于把泵39从配送器1上取开后第二盒61和第一盒62中所装的产品。这种限量(如图2中75所示)足以配送少量产品之用了。

Claims (12)

1.配送液态产品或稀软膏状产品的配送器(1),包括一个装产品的容器,该容器装有一个用于接纳配送装置(39)的基座(7),该基座(7)和该配送装置(39)包括能使该基座(7)和该配送装置(39)连接与拆卸的紧固件(18、16),其特征在于所述配送器(1)还包括一个带有与该基座(7)的紧固件(18)一样的紧固件(73)的盖子(70),这样,该配送装置(39)与该盖子(70)就能连接为一个配送分组件(80)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的配送器,其特征在于:盖子(70)可卸式地安装在容器上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的配送器,其特征在于:容器由一个坚硬的瓶罐(4)和一个焊接在一个本身与瓶罐(4)相连的基座(7)上的软壳(2)组成。
4.按照权利要求2所述的配送器,其特征在于:盖子(70)可卸式地安装在瓶罐(4)的底部(5),底部(5)和盖子(70)包括紧固件(66、71)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的配送器,其特征在于:配送装置(39)是一个隔膜泵。
6.按照权利要求5所述的配送器,其特征在于:泵(39)包括一个坚硬构件(52)、一块有弹性的隔膜(53)以及一个构成限定装置的硬罩子(59),隔膜(53)夹在坚硬构件(52)与罩子(59)之间。
7.按照权利要求3所述的配送器,其特征在于:一个隔膜泵(39)带有一个圆筒形套筒(60)与基座(7)一起,限定着通过孔(17)与软壳(2)内部相通的第一盒(62)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的配送器,其特征在于:套筒(60)被基座(7)上的一颈部(15)环绕着,颈部(15)和套筒(60)分别带有紧固件(18、16)。
9.按照权利要求5所述的配送器,其特征在于:在隔膜(53)的中间形成一个圆拱(56)与坚硬构件(52)一起,限定着通过坚硬构件(52)中一些孔(58)而与第一盒(62)相通的第二盒(61)。
10.按照权利要求9所述的配送器,其特征在于:顺着孔(58)安装一只单向阀(51)。
11.按照权利要求9所述的配送器,其特征在于:坚硬构件(52)有一个倾斜部(55),上面开了一道沟槽(77),隔膜(53)终端为一斜面以便形成一个与该倾斜部(55)配合的唇形物(54),唇形物(54)覆盖着沟槽(77)的外端直至将其堵塞,沟槽(77)的内端开着,通入第二盒(61)。
12.按照权利要求7所述的配送器,其特征在于:安装一个罩子(45)盖住基座(7),把泵(39)以基座(7)上取开,罩子(45)上装有的榫舌(48)与顺着基座(7)上的孔(17)安装的单向阀(50)的隔膜(8)周边配合,以便使隔膜(8)紧贴在其支座上,这样,软壳(2)及其装了罩子(45)的基座(7)就构成一个可贮存产品的补给器。
