Claims (12)

  1. Unit for dispensing a product of liquid or pasty consistency, comprising a receptacle for the product which is equipped with a base (7) intended to recieve a dispensing device (39), the said base (7) and the said dispensing device (39) comprising complementary securing means (18, 16) which enable the said base (7) and the said dispensing device (39) to be connected and disconnected, characterized in that the said unit (1) also comprises a cap (70) comprising securing means (73) which are identical to the securing means (18) of the said base (7), so that the said dispensing device (39) and the said cap (70) can be connected to form a dispensing subunit (80).
  2. Dispensing unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cap (70) is fitted removably on the receptacle.
  3. Dispensing unit according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the receptacle consists of a rigid container (4) and of a flexible bag (2) welded to the base (7) which is itself connected to the container (4).
  4. Dispensing unit according to either of Claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the cap (70) is fitted removably on the bottom (5) of the container (4), the bottom (5) and the cap (70) comprising complementary fastening means (66, 71).
  5. Dispensing unit according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the dispensing device (39) is a diaphragm pump.
  6. Dispensing unit according to Claim 5, characterized in that the pump (39) comprises a rigid piece (52), an elastic diaphragm (53) and a rigid cover (59) forming a constraining device, the diaphragm (53) being sandwiched between the rigid piece (52) and the cover (59).
  7. Dispensing unit according to either of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the pump (39) carries a cylindrical skirt (60) which, together with the base (7), defines a first chamber (62) which connects with the inside of the bag (2) via holes (17).
  8. Dispensing unit according to Claim 7, characterized in that the skirt (60) is surrounded by a neck (15) of the base (7), the securing means (18, 16) being carried by the neck (15) and the skirt (60) respectively.
  9. Dispensing unit according to one of Claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the diaphragm (53) forms, at its centre, a dome (56) which, together with the rigid piece (52), defines a second chamber (61) which connects with the first chamber (62) via holes (58) formed in the rigid piece (52).
  10. Dispensing unit according to Claim 9, characterized in that a one-way valve (51) is arranged in line with the holes (58).
  11. Dispensing unit according to one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that the rigid piece (52) has an inclined part (55) in which a channel (77) has been cut, and the diaphragm (53) ends in a bevel so as to form a lip (54) which interacts with the inclined part (55), the lip (54) covering the channel (77) as far as its outer end which it closes, the inner end of the channel (77) opening out into the second chamber (61).
  12. Dispensing unit according to one of Claims 5 to 11, characterized in that a cover (45) is provided to close the base (7), the pump (39) having been removed from the base (7), the cover (45) being equipped with tongues (48) designed to interact with the periphery of the diaphragm (8) of a one-way valve (50) arranged in line with the holes (17) of the base (7) so as to apply the diaphragm (8) against its seat, so that the bag (2) and its base (7) equipped with the cover (45) form a storable product refill.
