Claims (18)

  1. Kopf (10) zur Ausgabe eines viskosen Produkts, das in einem Behälter (1) enthalten ist, wobei der Kopf mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (29, 45, 51) und einen Abschnitt (22, 20) aufweist, der aus einem porösen, dem Produkt gegenüber dichten Material besteht, wobei der Abschnitt so vorgesehen ist, daß er eine Luftaufnahme ins Innere des Behälters (10) durch das poröse Material hindurch ermöglicht, wobei die Austrittsöffnung(en) (29, 45, 51) sich von den Poren oder Zellen unterscheiden, die den porösen Abschnitt (22, 20) bilden, wobei die Austrittsöffnung (29, 45, 51) selektiv von einem Verschlußorgan (20) in Form eines elastisch verformbaren Elements verschlossen wird, das sich unter dem Druck des Produkts wegspreizen, um die Öffnung (oder die Öffnungen) freizugeben und das Produkt zu seiner Ausgabe durchzulassen, und durch elastische Rückholkraft in die geschlossene Stellung zurückkommen kann, wobei der Kopf dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Verschlußorgan (20) in Schließkontakt mit einem vom Ausgabekopf gebildeten Sitz (22) zurückkommt, wenn der Druck nachläßt, und daß der poröse Abschnitt zumindest teilweise direkt von außerhalb des Ausgabekopfes (10) zugänglich ist.
  2. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt aus dem ganzen Verschlußorgan (20) oder dem ganzen Sitz (22) oder einem Teil davon besteht, um eine Luftaufnahme in der Nähe der Austrittsöffnung des Produkts (29, 45, 51) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse Material eine Porosität zwischen 1 µm und 500 µm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 10 µm und 200 µm hat.
  4. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über ihm eine entfernbare Kappe (25) sitzt.
  5. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse Material mit einer antimikrobiellen Zusammensetzung getränkt ist.
  6. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (22) sich in der Mitte einer Öffnung (19) befindet, die vom Ausgabekopf (10) gebildet wird, während das Verschlußorgan (20) von einem ringförmigen Organ gebildet wird, von dem ein freier Innenrand (21) mit dem Sitz (22) die Austrittsöffnung (29) des Produkts begrenzt, wobei der Innenrand (21) in der Schließstellung auf dem Sitz (22) aufliegt.
  7. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (22) aus einem ringförmigen Organ besteht, das in eine vom Ausgabekopf gebildete Öffnung (19) montiert ist, wobei das Verschlußorgan (20) so montiert wird, daß es unter dem Druck des Produkts mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (51) freigibt, die sich auf einem Umfangsabschnitt der Öffnung (19) befindet.
  8. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Druckknopf (36) bildet, der auf eine Hohlstange (35) montiert werden kann, die über einer handbetätigten Pumpe sitzt, wobei der Druckknopf (36) die Betätigung der Pumpe ermöglicht.
  9. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Ausgabe-Ansatzstück (40) bildet, das eine lokalisierte Anwendung des Produkts ermöglicht, wobei das Ansatzstück einen ersten Teil (47) aus porösem Material, der den Sitz (22) oder das Verschlußorgan bildet, und einen zweiten Teil (46) aus nicht porösem Material aufweist, der das Verschlußorgan (20) bzw. den Sitz bildet.
  10. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgabe-Ansatzstück (40) einen Körper aufweist, der auf den Behälter montiert ist, wobei der zweite Teil (46) aus einem Stück mit dem Körper geformt wird.
  11. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan (20) aus einem elastisch verformbaren, porösen Material gebildet wird.
  12. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch verformbare, poröse Material aus einem Sintermaterial aus halbkristallinem Thermoplastmaterial, insbesondere einem Sintermaterial aus Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymer, oder aus Polyethylen sehr niedriger Dichte, oder aus einem Polyurethanschaum mit offenen Zellen, usw. besteht.
  13. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (22) aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material besteht, wie zum Beispiel Polyolefin, insbesondere Polypropylen, Polyethylen hoher oder niedriger Dichte, oder zum Beispiel Polyvinylchlorid.
  14. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (22) aus einem porösen Material besteht, wie zum Beispiel den Sintermaterialien aus Polyolefin, insbesondere aus Polyethylen hoher, niedriger oder sehr niedriger Dichte, den Sintermaterialien aus Polypropylen, den Sintermaterialien aus Polyethylen und Polypropylen, den Sintermaterialien aus Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymer, den Polyurethanschaumstoffen.
  15. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 oder 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan (20) aus einem elastisch verformbaren, nicht porösen Material hergestellt wird, wie zum Beispiel den natürlichen, synthetischen oder thermoplastischen Elastomermaterialien, insbesondere Polypropylen-SEBS-Copolymere, Styrol-Butadien- oder Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymere, Polyethylen sehr niedriger Dichte, Nitrilkautschuk, Polychloropren oder Neopren, Terpolymere von Ethylen, Propylen und einem Dienmonomer (EPDM), Butadien-Acrylnitril-Copolymere, Polyurethan, Weich-Polyvinylchlorid, vernetzte Kautschuke, insbesondere auf der Basis von Silicon.
  16. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit, die einen Behälter (1) aufweist, der ein Produkt mit viskoser Konsistenz enthält und über dem ein Ausgabekopf (10) sitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgabekopf (10) einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entspricht.
  17. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (1) ein Behälter mit verformbaren Wänden (24) ist, wobei das Produkt durch einen auf die verformbaren Wände (24) ausgeübten Druck unter Druck gesetzt wird.
  18. Verpackungs- und Ausgabeeinheit nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt ein kosmetisches oder pharmazeutisches Produkt ist, insbesondere eine Creme, ein Gel, eine Milch oder eine Paste.
