Claims (21)

  1. Ausgabevorrichtung (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Behälter (2) zu bestücken, der mit einem Ausgabeelement (90; 90'; 100) versehen ist, über das im Behälter enthaltenes Produkt austreten kann, wenn dieses Element betätigt wird, wobei diese Vorrichtung umfasst:
    eine Kappe (10), die eine Öffnung (13) aufweist,
    einen Ausgabeaufsatz (30), der bezüglich der Kappe
    beweglich ist und umfasst:
    eine Ausgabeöffnung (51) und
    eine Leitung (42), um das aus dem Ausgabeelement
    austretende Produkt zur Ausgabeöffnung zu leiten,
    einen Druckknopf (20), der bezüglich der Kappe beweglich ist, um auf den Ausgabeaufsatz (30) einzuwirken, um das Ausgabeelement (90; 90'; 100) zu betätigen, wobei die Kappe (10) ausgebildet ist, um die Ausgabeöffnung (51) zu maskieren, wenn der Druckknopf in Ruhestellung ist, und der Ausgabeöffnung (51) zu gestatten, sich gegenüber der Öffnung (13) der Kappe zu positionieren, wenn der Druckknopf eingedrückt ist, um die Betätigung des Ausgabeelements zu bewirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (20) ausgebildet ist, um, wenn er betätigt ist, um Produkt auszugeben:
    in einer ersten Phase die Ausgabeöffnung (51) bezüglich der Kappe so zu bewegen, dass sie vor die Öffnung (13) der Kappe gelangt, wobei die Leitung (42) des Ausgabeaufsatzes (30) geeignet ist, sich zu verformen, um die Bewegung der Ausgabeöffnung (51) ohne Betätigung des Ausgabeelements (90; 90'; 100) während dieser ersten Phase zu gestatten,
    dann in einer zweiten Phase das Ausgabeelement zu betätigen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabeaufsatz (30) umfasst:
    einen Umfangsteil (40), bezüglich dessen die Ausgabeöffnung (51) feststehend ist,
    einen zentralen Teil (31), der mit dem Ausgabeelement zusammenwirkt, und
    einen elastisch verformbaren Zwischenteil (41, 42), der den zentralen Teil und den Umfangsteil verbindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenteil flexible Materialbrücken (41, 42) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (42) mindestens teilweise im Inneren einer dieser Brücken gebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Brücken (41) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen große Seite zu einer Richtung der Bewegung des Ausgabeaufsatzes für die Betätigung des Ausgabeelements im wesentlichen senkrecht ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der drei unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenteil drei, im wesentlichen in 120° zueinander angeordnete Brücken (41, 42) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (20) ausgebildet ist, um den Umfangsteil (40) während der ersten Phase in Bewegung mitzunehmen, ohne den zentralen Teil (31) mitzunehmen, und dann während der zweiten Phase den zentralen Teil mitzunehmen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft, die von dem Zwischenteil auf den zentralen Teil (31) ausgeübt wird, wenn der Druckknopf beginnt, losgelassen zu werden, während das Ausgabeelement in Ausgabestellung ist, kleiner als die Kraft ist, die von dem Ausgabeelement auf den zentralen Teil ausgeübt wird, um in seine Anfangsstellung zurückzukehren.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Teil (31), der Zwischenteil (41, 42) und der Umfangsteil (40) aus einem einzigen Teil durch Formung von Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfangsteil (40) mindestens eine Versteifungsrippe (43) aufweist, die auf der Seite des Druckknopfs schräg nach innen gerichtet ist, und dass der Druckknopf (20) einen Mantel (22) aufweist, der ausgebildet ist, um mit seinem freien Rand (22a) auf einer Auflagefläche (49) aufzuliegen, die radial außerhalb der Rippe (43) gelegen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Teil (31) ein auf der Seite des Druckknopfs vorstehendes Element (33) aufweist und dass der Druckknopf einen Mantel (23) aufweist, in den das vorstehende Element eintreten kann, wobei der Mantel (23) ausgebildet ist, um mit seinem freien Rand (23a) auf einer das vorstehende Element umgebenden Auflagefläche (34) des zentralen Teils aufzuliegen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (51) durch eine Düse (50) mit Wirbelkanälen gebildet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabeaufsatz (30) eine Wand (48) aufweist, die geeignet ist, sich gegenüber der Öffnung der Kappe zu positionieren, wenn der Druckknopf in Ruhestellung ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement eine Betätigungstange (4; 101) aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement ein Ventil (90; 90') ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement eine Pumpe (100) ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe und der Druckknopf aus einem einzigen Teil durch Formung von Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe und der Druckknopf durch ein Scharnier (80) verbunden sind.
  19. Behälter, der mit einer Ausgabevorrichtung (1) ausgerüstet ist, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist.
  20. Behälter nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Ventil mit einer Ventilstange (4) aufweist, durch die das Produkt ausgegeben wird, wenn das Ventil betätigt wird.
  21. Behälter nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil durch eine axiale Bewegung der Ventilstange (4) von weniger als oder gleich 2 mm betätigt wird.
