Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Betätigung eines Spenderventils, das an einem Behälter (1, 101) angebracht ist, welcher ein abzugebendes Produkt enthält, bei dem es sich vorzugsweise um ein unter Druck stehendes Aerosol handelt, wobei das Ventil einen röhrenförmigen Betätigungsschaft (3, 103) aufweist, der eine Längsachse (X-X) definiert und der ein mit einer Abgabeöffnung versehenes Ende (24, 124) aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung Mittel mit Hebeln zum Betätigen des Ventils umfaßt, wobei diese Mittel einen Druckknopf (10, 110) aufweisen, dessen äußere Oberfläche (15, 115) eine Angriffsfläche (15a, 115a) für eine Kraft zur Betätigung des Ventils umfaßt, wobei der Druckknopf (10, 110)
    einerseits einen Ansatz (20, 120) aufweist, der sich im Anschlag gegen das Ende (24, 124) des Schaftes befindet und der sowohl mit einer Austrittsdüse (21, 121) als auch mit einem Kanal (22, 122) versehen ist, welcher die Abgabeöffnung und die Düse (21, 121) verbindet,
    und andererseits Stützmittel aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, mit den zugehörigen Anschlagmitteln (44, 144)
    zusammenzuarbeiten, welche mit dem Behälter (1, 101) verbunden sind, um Stützpunkte für die Hebel darzustellen,
    wobei die Angriffsfläche (15a, 115a) eine um die Längsachse (X-X) zentrierte Winkelausdehnung von mindestens ca. 180° aufweist, und wobei die Stützmittel (32, 132) und die Anschlagmittel (44, 144) eine Winkelausdehnung aufweisen, die mit derjenigen der Fläche (15a, 115a) übereinstimmt, um gemeinsam in Abhängigkeit vom Ort der Betätigungskraft auf der Angriffsfläche (15a, 115a) einen Stützpunkt des Hebels festzulegen, der genau in der Ebene liegt, durch welche die Längsachse (X-X) geht und in welcher der Kraftangriffspunkt liegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Mittel mit Hebeln zwei verschiedene Teile aufweisen, wobei der erste Teil von dem Druckknopf (10, 110) dargestellt wird und der zweite Teil einen Kragen (11, 111) umfaßt, der am Behälter (1, 101) fixiert ist;
    daß die Anschlagmittel (44, 144) einen Teil des Kragens (11, 111) darstellen und
    daß die Stützpunkte auf dem Kragen (11, 111) näher an dem Ventil angeordnet sind als ein Bördelwulst (4, 104) des Behälters (1, 101).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützmittel, die den im Anschlag befindlichen Ansatz (20, 120) umgeben, eine vorzugsweise zylindrische Hülse (30, 130) umfassen, die um die Längsachse (X-X) drehbar ist und welche in der Nähe ihres zum Behälter hin gerichteten offenen Endes einen radial hervorstehenden Absatz (31, 131) aufweist, der im Allgemeinen einen Ring mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt darstellt, dessen äußere Kontur einen Anschlagring (32, 132) bildet, der dazu dient, mit den Anschlagmitteln (44, 144) zu kooperieren.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, für einen Behälter (1, 101) des Typs mit obenliegender Öffnung, der mit einem runden Deckel (2, 102) zur Befestigung des Ventils verschlossen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Radius des Anschlagringes (32, 132) kleiner ist als der Radius des runden Deckels (2, 102).
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Stützpunkte des Hebels auf dem Kragen genau in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, die senkrecht zur Achse des Kragens (11, 111) verläuft und von dem freien Ende des röhrenförmigen Schaftes (3, 103) durchdrungen wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, für einen Behälter des Typs mit obenliegender Öffnung, der mit einem runden Deckel (2, 102) zur Befestigung des Ventils verschlossen ist, wobei der Deckel (2, 102) mit einem Bördelwulst (4, 104) an der Öffnung des Behälters fixiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Kragen (11, 111) mittels einer tiefer gelegenen Kante (39, 139) auf dem Behälter abgestützt ist, und ein Befestigungsmittel (46, 146) aufweist, das dazu geeignet ist, mit einem zurücktretenden Bereich des Behälters unterhalb des Wulstes (4, 104) zu kooperieren.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Winkelausdehnung der Stützmittel (32, 132) und der Anschlagmittel (44, 144) ungefähr zwischen 180° und 360° liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpunkte als geometrischen Ort einen schmalen Streifen eines Kreisbogens oder eines Kreises (32, 132) aufweisen,
    dessen Öffnungswinkel zwischen 180° und 360° liegt, und dessen Achse mit der Längsachse (X - X) zusammenfällt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagmittel von einer ebenen Anschlagfläche (44, 144) dargestellt werden, die genau senkrecht zur Längsachse (X-X) liegt, und deren Position bezogen auf den Behälter (1, 101) fixiert ist, wobei diese Fläche (44, 144) von einer runden Öffnung (42, 142) begrenzt ist, die koaxial zu der Längsachse (X-X) angeordnet ist und deren Durchmesser größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser der Hülse (30, 130), aber kleiner als der Durchmesser des Anschlagrings (32, 132).
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Hülse (30, 130) und/oder der Ring mit rundem Querschnitt durch Zwischenräume (201) in mehrere Segmente unterteilt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring mit rundem Querschnitt des Kragens (11, 111) in eine kegelstumpfartige Kante (33, 133) übergeht, die gegen das offene Ende (34, 134) der Hülse (30, 130) konvergiert.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Ring (31, 131) die Fläche (44, 144) berührt oder sich in ihrer unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet, wenn der röhrenförmige Schaft (3, 103) des Ventils in Ruhe ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Kanal (22, 122) in eine kegelstumpfartige Aussparung (23, 123) des Ansatzes (20, 120) übergeht, wobei diese Aussparung im Anschlag das Ende (24, 124) des Schaftes übergreift und eine formschlüssige Verbindung für das Fluid herstellt.
