Claims (11)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung zum Abgeben eines Produktes, insbesondere eines aufschäumenden Produktes, die ein Fußteil (30) umfaßt, das Mittel (33) aufweist, die seine Befestigung auf einem Behälter (40) ermöglichen, wobei der Behälter das Produkt enthält und mit einem Ventil (41) versehen ist, das einen röhrenförmigen Austrittsstutzen (43) besitzt, wobei die Vorrichtung geeignet ist, den röhrenförmigen Stutzen (43) Richtung Innenraum des Behälters (40) einzudrücken, um den Austritt des Produktes aus dem Behälter (40) zu ermöglichen, wobei der röhrenförmige Stutzen einer elastischen Rückstellkraft unterliegt, die ihn in eine Verschlußposition zurückführt, in der das Produkt nicht mehr aus dem Behälter (40) austritt, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Hohlkörper aufweist, der eine zylindrische Schleuse (22,38) bildet, wobei die Schleuse (22,38) einerseits einen mit dem röhrenförmigen Stutzen (43) verbundenen Einlaß (31) und andererseits eine Austrittsöffnung (21) in Form eines Ventilsitzes aufweist, die in einer der beiden Grundflächen der Schleuse ausgespart ist, wobei der Hohlkörper entlang der Achse der Schleuse (22,38) mit einem Ventil (10,12) versehen ist, das in der Verschlußposition in der Lage ist, die Austrittsöffnung (21) zu verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Schleuse (22,38) im wesentlichen quer zur Achse des röhrenförmigen Stutzens (43) verläuft und der Einlaß (31) der Schleuse (22,38) im wesentlichen quer zur Achse der Schleuse orientiert ist, wobei das Ventil (10,12) durch einen Betätigungsschaft (14) verlängert wird, der durch einen Durchlaß (35) in derjenigen der beiden Grundflächen der Schleuse (22,38) führt, die sich in der Nähe des Einlasses (31) der Schleuse befindet, wobei die Verschiebung des Betätigungsschaftes (14) durch den Durchlaß (35) zu einer Verschiebung des Ventils (10,12) im Inneren der Schleuse führt, um das Öffnen oder Verschließen der Austrittsöffnung (21) der Schleuse zu bewirken.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fußteil (30) und der Hohlkörper durch ein Scharnier (39) verbunden sind, das eine Bewegung des Hohlkörpers bezüglich des Fußteils (30) ermöglicht, die geeignet ist, die Verschiebung des röhrenförmigen Stutzens (43) zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsschaft (14) mit dem Druckknopf (17) durch ein rechtwinkliges Gelenk (34,14) verbunden ist, das es ermöglicht, daß:- einerseits bei einem auf den Druckknopf in Richtung Behälter (40) ausgeübten Druck, zunächst unter dem Druck (P1) der Betätigungsschaft (14) entlang der Achse des Durchlasses (35) mitgeführt wird und das Öffnen des Ventils (12,10) bewirkt, und dann, unter dem Druck (P2) der Hohlkörper um das Scharnier (39) schwenkt, um den röhrenförmigen Stutzen (43) einzudrücken, was die Abgabe des Produktes durch die Schleuse (22,38) und ihre Austrittsöffnung (21) bewirkt, und- andererseits beim Nachlassen des Drucks auf den Druckknopf (17), der röhrenförmige Stutzen (43) und das Ventil (12,10) wieder in ihre Verschlußposition zurückkehren, was die Abgabe des Produktes beendet und eine bestimmte Menge des Produktes dicht in der Schleuse (22,38) einschließt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem der Austrittsöffnung (21) gegenüberliegenden Teil des Hohlkörpers, auf der Seite, wo sich der Einlaß (31) der Schleuse nicht befindet, ein ringförmiger Wulst (23) angeordnet ist, mit der ein Ringwulst (16) des Druckknopfes (17) durch Einklipsen zusammenwirkt, welcher eine weiche Schale bildet, die axial, in Richtung Behälter (40) mit einer Betätigungszwischenachse (15) versehen ist, die bis zum rechtwinkligen Gelenk (34,14) reicht, wobei die weiche Schale so angeordnet ist, daß die Achse (15) axial geführt ist, und daß die weiche Schale als Rückstellfeder beim Nachlassen eines Drucks (P1, P2) auf den Druckknopf (17) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rechtwinklige Gelenk (34,14) einerseits in dem Hohlkörper eine konvexe Fläche (34), die im Schnitt entlang einer Ebene parallel zu den oder definiert durch die Achsen des Durchlasses (35) und des Einlasses (31) im wesentlichen die Form eines Viertelkreises besitzt, dessen eines Ende sich tangential an den Durchlaß (35) anfügt, und andererseits den Betätigungsschaft (14) aufweist, der aus einem weichen Material besteht, damit er sich bei einer in Richtung Behälter wirkenden Belastung der Form der konvexen Fläche (34) anpaßt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (10,12), der Betätigungsschaft (14), die Betätigungszwischenachse (15) und die weiche Schale des Druckknopfes (17) ein einziges Bauteil aus geformtem Kunststoff bilden, wobei die Schale und der Betätigungsschaft (14) nachgiebige Teile bilden, die als Rückstellfeder wirken.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzige, geformte Bauteil auf Höhe der Verbindung zwischen dem Ventil (10,12) und dem Betätigungsschaft (14) einen Dichtungskragen (13) in Form einer weichen Lippe aufweist, die ständig an der Grundfläche (26,36) der Schleuse, in der der Durchlaß (35) ausgespart ist, in Anlage sein soll und so die Abdichtung auf Höhe des Durchlasses (35) unabhängig von der Position des Ventils (10,12) und seines Betätigungsschaftes (14) gewährleisten soll.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlkörper aus zwei entlang einer Montageebene (20,37) aneinander grenzenden Halbschalen besteht, die den Durchlaß (35) des Betätigungsschaftes (14) begrenzen, wobei die obere Halbschale den zum Festklipsen des Druckknopfes dienenden Ringwulst (23), einen Durchlaß (25) für die Betätigungszwischenachse (15), eine erste Halbschleuse (22) und den die Austrittsöffnung (21) bildenden Ventilsitz aufweist und die untere Halbschale eine zweite, zur ersten komplementäre Halbschleuse (38), die konvexe Fläche (34) und den mit dem röhrenförmigen Stutzen (43) verbindbaren Einlaß (31) aufweist, wobei die beiden Halbschalen entlang ihrer Montageebene dicht zusammengebaut sind, nachdem das einzelne Bauteil (10-17) zwischen ihnen angeordnet wurde.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Halbschale des Hohlkörpers und das Fußteil (30) ein und dasselbe, aus Kunststoff geformte Bauteil bilden und miteinander durch das als Filmscharnier ausgeführte Scharnier (39) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Gewährleistung der Befestigung des Fußteils (30) auf dem Behälter (40) aus einem Ringwulst (33) zum Einklipsen bestehen, der im Inneren des Fußteils angeordnet ist, um auf die Bördelverbindung (42) aufgeklipst zu werden, welche die Verbindung des Ventils (41) mit dem Behälter (40) gewährleistet.
- Spender, der mit einer Abgabebetätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 versehen ist, und der zur Gruppe gehört, bestehend aus: allen klassischen Aerosolbehältern; allen Aerosolbehältern, bei denen das abzugebende Produkt physikalisch von dem im selben Behälter enthaltenen Treibmittel getrennt ist, wobei ein derartiger Aerosolbehälter in dem Behälter entweder einen weichen oder halbflexiblen Beutel oder einen Kolben aufweist; allen Aerosolbehältern, bei denen das Treibmittel aus einem elastisch zusammenziehbaren Beutel besteht.
