Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben eines flüssigen oder pulverigen Produktes, mit einerseits einem Behälter (1 ... 601) für das Produkt, der mit einem Hals (2 ... 602) ausgestattet ist, und andererseits einer Verschlußkappe (4 ... 604) zum Verschließen des Halses des Behälters, wobei diese Verschlußkappe mit einer Stange (9 ... 609) ausgestattet ist, die ein Auftrageorgan (7 ... 607) trägt, das in den Behälter eintaucht, wenn sich die Verschlußkappe in der Schließlage befindet, wobei der Hals (2 ... 602) des Behälters mit einer Tasche (10 ... 610) aus elastischem, verformbarem Material versehen ist, in welcher das Auftrageorgan (7 ... 607) sitzen kann, wenn die Verschlußkappe (4 ... 604) auf dem Hals des Behälters befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Tasche (10 ... 610) mit mindestens einem Schlitz (12 ... 612) versehen ist, der in der Ruhelage im wesentlichen verschlossen ist, aber dazu eingerichtet ist, sich unter der Schubkraft des Auftrageorgans gegen die Wand der Tasche zu öffnen, was das Tränken des Auftrageorgans mit dem genannten Produkt ermöglicht, wenn sich die Verschlußkappe (4 ... 604) in der normalen Schließlage befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubkraft, die vom Auftrageorgan (7) auf die Wand der Tasche (10) in der Schließlage der Verschlußkappe ausgeübt wird, eine zur Achse (A-A) des Halses des Behälters senkrechte Komponente aufweist, wobei die Richtung des Schlitzes oder der Schlitze (12), der bzw. die in der Wand der Tasche vorgesehen ist bzw. sind, eine Komponente aufweist bzw. aufweisen, die in derselben Ebene gelegen ist wie die Achse der Tasche, und wobei das Auftrageorgan (7) solche Querabmessungen aufweist, daß während des Schließens des Behälters mit Hilfe der Verschlußkappe (4) das Auftrageorgan eine seitliche Aufweitung der Wand der Tasche (10) und ein Öffnen des oder der Schlitze(s) (12) hervorruft.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche (10) eine kegelstumpfartige Form aufweist und daß der oder die Schlitz(e) (12) längs Erzeugender der kegelstumpfförmigen Oberfläche ausgerichtet ist bzw. sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubkraft des Auftrageorgans (107, 207, 307, 407, 607) auf die Wand der Tasche in der Schließlage der Verschlußkappe eine längs der Achse (A-A) des Behälterhalses ausgerichtete Komponente aufweist, während der oder die Schlitz(e) (112, 212, 312, 412, 512, 612) eine Komponente längs einer Richtung senkrecht zur Achse der Tasche aufweist bzw. aufweisen, wobei eine solche Anordnung vorliegt, daß das Auftrageorgan in der Schließlage der Verschlußkappe gegen den Boden (113, 213, 313, 413, 613) der Tasche zur Anlage gelangt, um die genannte Schubkraft zu erzeugen und die Öffnung des oder der Schlitze(s) hervorzurufen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (112) der Tasche (110) eine V-Form aufweisen, wobei das V im wesentlichen in bezug auf eine Ebene symmetrisch ist, die durch die Achse der Tasche hindurchläuft.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze des V dem Austritt des Behälters (101) zugewandt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche die Form eines Handschuhfingers (210, 310, 410, 510, 610) aufweist, und zwar im wesentlichen zylindrisch mit innerem, abgerundetem Ende.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (212, 612) eine gekrümmte Bogenform aufweisen, deren mittlere Richtung senkrecht zur Achse der Tasche verläuft.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (212) eine gekrümmte Bogenform aufweisen, deren konvexer Teil der Öffnung des Halsaustritts zugewandt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (612) eine leicht gekrümmte Form aufweisen, wobei ihr konkaver Teil der Öffnung des Halsaustritts (602) zugewandt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand der Tasche (310, 410, 510) einen Bereich (16, 416, 516) mit verringerter Dicke aufweist, wobei der oder die Schlitz(e) (312, 412, 512) in diesen Bereich in einer Ebene vorgesehen ist bzw. sind, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse der Tasche verläuft.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich mit verringerter Dicke (16, 46) der Tasche eine Nut (17, 417) bildet, die einen Vorrat des Produktes darstellt, wobei die Schlitze (312, 412) im Boden dieser Nut vorgesehen sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche und das Auftrageorgan eine kegelstumpfförmig-ebene Form aufweisen oder eine ebene, zugespitzte Form wie ein Schnuller bzw. ein Lutscher.
