Claims (17)

1. Verschlußvorrichtung für Behälter (1; 1,17) mit einer Verschlußkappe (4;22) am einen Ende des Behälters (1; 1,17), der einen engen Behälterhals (2;18) aufweist, wobei die Verschlußkappe (4;22) einen Verbindungsteil des Behälters und einen Öffnungs- und Verschlussteil sowie ein Perforierelement (10; 24) aufweist, das an einer Zwischenwand (8;23) sowie in der Nähe einer dünnen Trennschicht (3;21) angeordnet ist, die mit dem Behälterhals (2;18) verbunden ist, wobei die Zwischenwand (8;23) mindestens eine Öffnung (9 ) aufweist und wobei das Perforierelement (10;24) vorgesehen ist, um die dünne Trennschicht (3;21) innen gegen die Wand des engen Behälterhalses (2;18) umzuklappen, wobei ferner Kontroll- mittel (5,6;19,27) dazu vorgesehen sind, daß das Perforierelement in einer ersten Position keinen Einfluß auf die dünne Trennschicht (3;21) hat und in wenigstens einer zweiten Position die dünne Trennschicht (3;21) durchbricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (10;24) bei einer in der Mitte beginnenden Perforierung in Querrichtung einen spiralförmigen Weg beschreibt und wobei der Weg der Perforierklinge nach außen gerichtet ist, so daß die Kontroll- mittel (5,6;19,27) in der zweiten Position bewirken, daß die dünne Trennschicht (3;21) gegen die Wand des Behälterhalses (2;18) umgeklappt wird, wodurch ein innen befindlicher Stutzen gebildet wird, der eine Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter und dem Inneren der Verschlußkappe freigibt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (10) aus einer S-förmigen Klinge besteht, die eine Spitze (11) und abfallende Ränder (12,13) aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (10) aus einer spiralförmigen Klinge (16) besteht.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (10) mit der Innenwand der Verschlußkappe verbunden ist und eine Länge 1 aufweist, die höchstens der lichten Breite des Behälterhalses (2) des Behalters (1) entspricht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennkennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (10) von der Verschlußkappe getragen wird und daß die Verschlußkappe mit dem Behälter (1) verbunden ist, wobei dies vorzugsweise am Behälterhals (2) erfolgt, und zwar mit Hilfe von einem Verbindungsmittel (5) wie beispielsweise einem Schraubengewinde, Klemmspangen o.dgl. und mit Hilfe eines lösbaren Bandes (6), das sich am Behälter abstützt und die erste Position der Verschlußkappe (4) definiert.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das lösbare Band (6), das die erste Position der Verschlußkappe in bezug auf den Behälter festlegt, ein Sicherungsring ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünne Trennschicht (3) eine Folie ist, die mit dem eine beliebige Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälter verschmolzen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein kronenförmiges Teil (22) vorgesehen ist und eine Verschlußkappe bildet und teilweise auf dem Behälterhals (2) des Behälters (1) und auf ein unteres Teil (18) geschraubt ist, das den Behälterhals eines Hilfsbehälters (17) bildet, der eine andere Flüssigkeit als jene enthält, die in dem Behälter (1) enthalten ist, wobei die Kontroll- elemente mindestens ein austauschbares Festhalteelement aufweisen, das vorgesehen ist, um das kronenförmige Teil (22) vor Gebrauch der in dem Behälter (1) und in dem Hilfsbehälter (17) enthaltenen Produkte unbeweglich zu machen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Teil (18) des Hilfsbehälters (17) durch eine dünne Folie (21) verschlossen ist und mit dem Inneren des Hilfsbehälters (17) in Verbindung steht, wobei ein Perforierelement (24) zwei Schneidmesser (24,26) aufweist, die vorgesehen sind, um gleichzeitig die dünne Trennschicht (3) des Behälters (1) und die dünne Trennschicht (21) des Hilfsbehälters (17) zu durchschneiden.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Perforierelement (24) mit dem kronenförmigen Teil (22) über einen Träger (24) verbunden ist, wobei das Perforierelement (24) hohl ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (23), der das Perforierelement (24) mit dem kronenförmigen Teil (22) verbindet, einen muffenförmigen Teil (28) trägt, dessen Enden in Ringeinschnitte (29 und 30) eingreifen, die an dem unteren Teil (18) des Hilfsbehälters (17) bzw. an dem Behälterhals (2) des Behälters (1) vorgesehen sind.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Festhalteelement (27) für das kronenförmige Teil (22) aus einem Zwischenstück besteht, das einen Steg zwischen dem Behälter (1) und dem Hilfsbehälter (17) bildet.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Festhalteelement (27) Verdickungen (27a,27b) aufweist, die zwischen den Enden des kronenförmigen Teiles (22) und dem Behälter (1) sowie dem Hilfsbehälter (17) angeordnet sind.
14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Festhalteelement (27) aus zwei Ringen besteht, die aufgebrochen werden können und die zwischen dem kronenförmigen Teil (22) einerseits und dem Behälter (1) und dem Hilfsbehälter (17) andererseits eingefügt sind.
15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das muffenförmige Teil (28) mit dem engen Behälterhals (2) des Behälters (1) und mit dem unteren Teil (18) des Hilfsbehälters (17) dicht verbunden ist.
16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsbehälter (17) mit einem engen Behälterhals (32) und mit einer Schließvorrichtung (33) versehen ist.
17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schneidenden Teile des Perforierelementes (10;24) mit Zähnen versehen sind.
