Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und Auftragen eines flüssigen bis pastösen Produkts (42) auf einen Träger, die erstens einen Behälter (2), in dem sich das Produkt (42) befindet, und zweitens eine abnehmbare Verschlußvorrichtung (3) aufweist, die sich auf dem Behälter (2) befindet und mit einer Applikatorvorrichtung (10) verbunden ist, welche einen Stiel (28) hat, der am Ende ein Element (29) aufweist, mit dem das Produkt (42) aus dem Behälter (2) entnommen, transportiert und auf dem Träger verteilt werden kann, wobei die Verschlußvorrichtung (3) ein Mittel aufweist, das zu einem Mittel komplementär ist, welches vom Behälter (2) getragen wird, um die Abdichtung des Behälters (2) sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußvorrichtung (3) aus zwei Teilen besteht, nämlich einem ersten Teil, das das Mittel zum Befestigen auf dem Behälter (2) aufweist und mit der Applikatorvorrichtung (10) verbunden ist, sowie einem zweiten Teil, das wenigstens ein Fach für wenigstens ein Zusatzprodukt (41) umschließt, das beim ersten Gebrauch der Vorrichtung (1) mit dem sich im Behälter (2) befindlichen Produkt vermischt werden soll, wobei dieses zweite Teil sich nach manueller Betätigung durch den Benutzer axial bezüglich des ersten Teils verschieben kann, um vor dem ersten Gebrauch der Vorrichtung (1) von einer ersten Position, der sogenannten Lagerposition, bei der das Fach (oder die Fächer) dicht verschlossen ist (sind), in eine zweite Position, die sogenannte endgültige Gebrauchsposition zu gelangen, bei der das Fach (oder die Fächer) geöffnet ist (sind), so daß das Fach (oder die Fächer) mit dem Inneren des Behälters (2) verbunden ist (sind) und der Inhalt des Faches (oder der Fächer) bei der obengenannten Betätigung durch den Benutzer in den Behälter (2) gelangen kann, und wobei ein Mittel vorgesehen ist, um die ersten und zweiten Teile der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) miteinander zu verbinden, wenn diese Teile sich in der endgültigen Gebrauchsposition befinden, so daß die Verschlußvorrichtung (3) abgenommen und das Produkt (42), das mit dem (oder den) Zusatzprodukt(en) (41) vereinigt ist, verwendet werden kann.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Mittel (11) aufweist, das ein unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen des zweiten Teiles der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) während der Lagerung vor dem ersten Gebrauch verhindert.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fach (oder die Fächer), worin sich das (oder die) Zusatzprodukt(e) befindet (befinden), durch einen jedem Fach zugeordneten Trokar (15) geöffnet werden kann, indem eine Folie (40), die das zugeordnete Fach verschließt, durchstoßen wird, wenn das zweite Teil der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) in die endgültige Gebrauchsposition gelangt, wobei der Trokar (15) oder die Folie (40), die dem selben Fach zugeordnet sind vom ersten Teil und das andere vom zweiten Teil der Verschlußvorrichtung, oder vice versa, getragen wird, und wobei mindestens eine Verbindungsöffnung (32) den Durchtritt vom Fach (oder von den Fächern) mit durchstoßener Folie zum Behälter (2) sicherstellt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Teil der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) aus einer Hülse (9) besteht, in der die Applikatorvorrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist, die an der Hülse (9) befestigt ist, wobei die Hülse (9) an ihrem unteren Teil das Mittel zum Befestigen an dem Behälter (2) aufweist, und daß das zweite Teil der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) aus einer Verschlußkappe (8) mit einem Seitenmantel (12), der mit einem Deckel (14) verbunden ist, besteht, wobei der Mantel (12) sich hinsichtlich der Hülse (9) in deren oberen Bereich schieben kann und ein Mittel (16) aufweist, das zu einem von der Hülse (9) getragenen Mittel (23, 24) komplementär ist, um die Kappe (8) auf der Hülse (9) in der Lagerungsposition und später nach Eindrücken der Kappe (8) in der endgültigen Gebrauchsposition festzuhalten.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären Befestigungsmittel aus einem ringförmigen Wulst (16), der von dem Seitenmantel (12) der Kappe (8) getragen wird, und zwei parallelen Nuten (23, 24), die in der Hülse (9) ausgenommen sind, bestehen.

Vorrichtung nach Anpsruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5 gemeinsam, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seitenmantel (12) der Verschlußkappe (8) sich außen über der Hülse (9) befindet, wobei das Mittel, das ein unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen der Kappe (8) während der Lagerung vor dem ersten Gebrauch verhindert, aus einem leicht abreißbaren Unversehrtheitsring (11) besteht, der sich in der Verlängerung des Seitenmantels (12) befindet und an seinem unteren Ende auf einem Rand (19) der Hülse (9) aufliegt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, bei der die Verschlußvorrichtung (3) auf den Behälter (2) aufgeschraubt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum Befestigen des ersten und zweiten Teils der Verschlußvorrichtung in der endgültigen Gebrauchsposition für das Entfernen der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) aus Rillen (17; 25) besteht, die jeweils von dem Seitenmantel (12) der Kappe (8) bzw. von der Hülse (9) getragen werden und bei der endgültigen Gebrauchsposition ineinandergreifen können.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung(en) (32), die die Verbindung mit dem Inneren des Faches (oder der Fächer) mit dem (oder den) Zusatzprodukt(en) (41) sicherstellt (sicherstellen), an der Applikatorvorrichtung (10) in dem Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Stiel (28) und dem ersten Teil der Verschlußvorrichtung (3) ausgenommen ist (sind).

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein einziges Fach für ein einziges Zusatzprodukt aufweist, das sich zwischen dem Deckel (14) der Verschlußkappe (8) und deren inneren Schürze (13) befindet, wobei die Applikatorvorrichtung (10) in dem Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Stiel (28) und der Hülse (9) eine Schürze (34) aufweist, die abdichtend, bezogen auf die innere Schürze (13) der Kappe (8), verschiebbar ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9 gemeinsam, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schürze (34) der Applikatorvorrichtung (10) mit einem ringförmigen Kragen (33) verbunden ist, auf dem sich eine Folie (40) befindet, die das Fach mit dem Zusatzprodukt (41) verschließt, wobei der Deckel (14) der Kappe (8) einen Trokar (15) trägt, der die Folie (40) durchstoßen kann, und wobei der Kragen (33) durch eine Wand (31), an der sich die Öffnung(en) (32) befindet (befinden), mit dem Stiel (28) verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schürze (34) der Applikatorvorrichtung (10) am Ende an der dem Kragen (33) gegenüberliegenden Seite in einem ringförmigen Rand (35) endet, der die Abdichtung des Verschlusses des Behälters (2) sicherstellt, wobei der Rand (35) mit einem Ringwulst (21) der Hülse (9) zusammenwirkt, um die Hülse (9) mit der Applikatorvorrichtung (10) zu verbinden.
