Claims (18)

  1. Verschlußkappe für einen Behälter (1, 101, 201) zur Abgabe einer Substanz durch einen Austrittskanal (43, 155, 143), ohne dabei die Verschlußkappe vom Behälter (1, 101, 201) abziehen zu müssen, wobei die Kappe (2, 102, 202) ein Verbindungsteil (3, 103, 203) umfaßt, das eine Hülse (9, 109, 209) aufweist, welche auf die Öffnung (6, 106, 206) des Behälters (1, 101, 201) paßt und mit einem Boden (11, 111, 211) verbunden ist, in dem ein vertiefter Bereich (15, 115, 215) ausgebildet ist, der durch eine Grundfläche und zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen (16, 116, 216) begrenzt ist, wobei in der Grundfläche eine Austrittsöffnung (22, 122, 222) für die Substanz ausgebildet ist, und wobei der vertiefte Bereich (15, 115, 215) ein Verschlußorgan (4, 104, 204) aufnimmt, das aus einer Verschlußposition für die Austrittsöffnung (22, 122, 222) in eine Abgabeposition kippbar ist, in welcher die Öffnung (22, 122, 222) frei ist und der Austrittskanal (43, 155, 243) in Kommunikation mit der Austrittsöffnung (22, 122, 222) steht,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan (4, 104, 204) eine röhrenförmige Wandung (29, 34, 37; 129, 134, 137; 254) umfaßt, welche eine Öffnung zum Boden (11, 111, 211) und zum Austrittskanal (43, 155, 243) aufweist, wobei der Boden zur röhrenförmigen Wandung komplementäre Mittel (17, 18, 24; 117, 118, 124, 251) aufweist, um mit diesen in Abgabeposition des Verschlußorgans (4, 104, 204) den Austrittskanal (43, 155, 243) für die Substanz zu begrenzen und um sich in Verschlußposition des Verschlußorgans (4, 104, 204) an die röhrenförmige Wandung zu fügen und den Austrittskanal (43, 155, 243) zum Verschwinden zu bringen.
  2. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundfläche des vertieften Bereichs (15, 115, 215) aus zwei Grundplatten (18, 118, 218 und 19, 119, 219) besteht, die durch einen Absatz (17, 117, 217) voneinander getrennt sind, nämlich eine obere vordere Grundplatte (18, 118, 218), in der sich die Öffnung (22, 122, 222) befindet und eine untere hintere Grundplatte (19, 119, 219), wobei das Verschlußorgan (4, 104, 204) aus einer Basisplatte (29, 129, 229) besteht und einerseits einen vorderen Teil (35, 135, 235) mit Verschlußmitteln für die Öffnung (22, 122, 222) des Verbindungsteils (3, 103, 203) sowie mit der röhrenförmigen Wandung (29, 34, 37 ; 129, 134, 137 ; 237), die vorgesehen ist, den Austrittskanal (43, 155, 243) für die Substanz zu bilden und andererseits einen hinteren Teil (36, 136, 236) umfaßt, welcher den Betätigungshebel für das kippbare Verschlußorgan (4, 104, 204) bildet und seitlich ein längs einer querverlaufenden Achse angeordnetes Gelenk (42, 142, 242) aufweist, das mit komplementären Teilen (25, 125, 225) am Verbindungsteil (3, 103, 203) zusammenwirkt.
  3. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absatz (17, 117) senkrecht zur Symmetrieachse des vertieften Bereichs (15, 115) verläuft und das Verschlußorgan (4, 104) eine untere quer verlaufende Zunge (34, 134) mit einer gerundeten Kante zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Absatz (17, 117) aufweist, wobei die Zunge (34, 134) das Verschlußorgan (4, 104) in den vorderen Teil und den hinteren Teil teilt.
  4. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Teil (35, 135) des Verschlußorgans (4, 104) auf beiden Seiten der Basisplatte (29, 129) seitliche Flügel (37, 137) aufweist, die in eine seitliche Rille (24, 124) eingreifen können, welche zwischen einem der Flügel (16, 116) und der oberen vorderen Grundplatte (18, 118) gebildet ist, wobei die beiden Flügel (37, 137) mit der Basisplatte (29, 129) des vorderen Teils (35, 135) die röhrenförmige Wandung definieren, die den Austrittskanal (43, 155) in der Abgabeposition des Verschlußorgans (4, 104) teilweise begrenzt, und wobei die beiden Flügel (37, 137) sich in Verschlußposition des Verschlußorgans (4, 104) vollständig in den seitlichen Rillen (24, 124) befinden, um die Auflage der Basisplatte (29, 129) auf der oberen vorderen Grundplatte (18, 118) zu ermöglichen, in Abgabeposition des Verschlußorgans (4, 104) aber nur teilweise aus den Rillen (24, 124) herausgezogen sind.
  5. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Teil (36, 136, 236) des Verschlußorgans (4, 104, 204) auf jeder Seite einen Lagerzapfen (42, 142, 242) aufweist, der zur Aufnahme in einem zylindrischen Sitz (25, 125, 225) bestimmt ist, der in jeder Seitenwand (16, 116, 216) im rechten Winkel zu der hinteren Platte (19, 119, 219) ausgespart ist, um das Gelenk des Betätigungsorgans (4, 104, 204) zu bilden.
  6. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich jeder Sitz (25, 125, 225) zur oberen Wand des Bodens (11, 111, 211) von vorne gesehen in Form eines Omega öffnet.
  7. Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Flügel (16, 116, 216) in zur Achse der Hülse (9, 109, 209) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei die Ebenen sich einander in Richtung der vorderen Platte der Kappe (2, 102, 202) nähern.
  8. Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (11, 111, 211) im Inneren der Hülse (9, 109, 209) eine Dichtschürze (28, 128, 228) aufweist, die in die Austrittsöffnung des Behälters (1, 102, 201) ragt und daß die Hülse (9, 109, 209) auf der Innenseite in der Nähe des unteren Randes in einem ringförmigen Bereich angeordnete Verdickungen (12, 112, 212) aufweist, die Mittel zum Einrasten des Verbindungsteils (3, 103, 203) unterhalb eines Ringwulsts (8, 108, 208) am Behälter (1, 101, 201) bilden, wobei die Hülse (9, 109, 209) außerdem radiale Stege (13, 14 ; 113, 114 ; 213) zur Positionierung des Verbindungsteils (3, 103, 203) auf dem Ende des Behälters (1, 102, 201) aufweist.
  9. Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (11, 11, 211) eine äußere Ummantelung (10, 110, 210) aufweist, welche die Hülse (9, 109, 209) umgibt.
  10. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2 alleine oder in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (22) des Verbindungsteils (3) außen mit einem Stutzen (23) umrandet ist und daß die Verschlußmittel für die Öffnung (22) durch eine Nut (39) gebildet werden, welche in der Seite der Basisplatte (29) des vorderen Teils (35) des Verschlußorgans (4) ausgebildet ist, die sich gegenüber der vorderen Platte (18) befindet, wobei die Nut (39) in Verschlußposition des Verschlußorgans (4) den freien Rand des Stutzens (23) dichtend aufnimmt.
  11. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2 alleine oder in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (122, 222) des Verbindungsteils (103, 203) im Boden eines im wesentlichen zylindrischen, senkrecht in der vorderen oberen Platte (118) ausgenommenen Hohlraums (151, 251) mündet.
  12. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (151) eine Leitlinie mit einer im wesentlichen rechteckigen Form aufweist, deren Längsseiten (152) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Mittenfläche der beiden seitlichen Rillen (124) verlaufen und im wesentlichen symmetrisch zu dieser Fläche angeordnet sind.
  13. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsseiten der im wesentlichen rechteckigen Leitlinie des Hohlraums (151) durch zwei Kreisbögen (153a und 153b) begrenzt sind, wobei der Kreisbogen (153a) an der Vorderseite der Platte (118) tangential zur kreisbogenförmigen Wand (120) verläuft, welche den Rand der Ummantelung (110) bildet, und wobei der Kreisbogen (153b) an der Rückseite der Platte (118) tangential an einer Linie verläuft, welche die hinteren Wände der seitlichen Rillen (124) verbindet.
  14. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel des Hohlraums (151) ein Steg (154) ist, dessen Grundlinie eine geschlossene Kurve ist, wobei der Steg (154) auf der Seite der Platte (129) des vorderen Teils (135) des Verschlußorgans (104) ausgebildet ist, welche der Platte (118) gegenüberliegt, und sich in Verschlußposition an die Wände des Hohlraums (151) anschmiegt, und zwar über die gesamte Tiefe des Hohlraums (151) entlang der Längsseiten (152) und des hinteren Kreisbogens (153a) und nur über eine geringe Tiefe entlang des vorderen Kreisbogens (153b), derart, daß bei offener Position der vordere Teil des Stegs (154) einen Zwischenraum entstehen läßt.
  15. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen zylindrische Hohlraum (251) einen kreisförmigen Abschnitt besitzt und daß das Verschlußmittel dieses Hohlraums durch eine zylindrische Muffe (254) gebildet wird, die nach unten ragend unter dem vorderen Teil des Verschlußorgans (204) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Muffe (254) dichtend gegen den zylindrischen Hohlraum (251) in Eingriff kommt und nach vorne in der zylindrischen Wand ein Fenster (243) für den Durchtritt des Produkts aufweist.
  16. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand des Hohlraums (251) eine Tangente zum vorderen Ende (B) des Verbindungsteils (203) bildet, derart, daß das Fenster (243) praktisch am vorderen Rand des Verbindungsteils (203) mündet.
  17. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fenster (243) eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Form besitzt und daß das Ganze derart ausgebildet ist, daß in Abgabeposition des Verschlußorgans (204) eine unterhalb des Fensters (243) angeordnete Umrandung (l) wenigstens zum Teil im Hohlraum (251) bleibt.
  18. Behälter, ausgerüstet mit einer Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
