Claims (36)

  1. Verschlussvorrichtung (1) für einem Behälter (2) wie beispielsweise ein zu drückendes Fläschchen oder eine Tube, wobei dieser Behälter eine Ausgangsöffnung (9) aufweist, die lotrecht zu einer Hauptachse (A-A') verläuft und umfasst :
    einen festen Teil (3), der am Behälter (2) befestigt werden soll, mit einem Ausgangskanal (8), der mit der Ausgangsöffnung (9) in Verbindung steht und sich parallel zur Hauptachse (A-A') erstreckt;
    ein in Bezug auf den festen Teil (3) mobil montiertes Verteilerelement (4) mit einem gekrümmten Rohr, von dem ein axialer Abschnitt (24) mit der Ausgangsöffnung verbunden ist, während der andere radiale Abschnitt (25) eine seitliche Verteileröffnung (13) definiert ;
    ergänzende Führungsformen (5) des Verteilerelementes (4) in Bezug auf den festen Teil (3), zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, wo die seitliche Verteileröffnung (13) verdeckt ist, und einer geöffneten Position, wo die Öffnung (13) frei ist und ausserhalb der Vorrichtung (1) mündet ;
    Steuermittel (6), die von einem Verwender so betätigt werden können, dass über ein Antriebsorgan (7), das einerseits drehbar an den Steuermitteln (6) und andererseits axial am Verteilerelement (4) befestigt ist, das letztere zwischen seiner geöffneten und seiner geschlossenen Position versetzt wird ; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    die Steuermittel (6) einen externen Ring (12) umfassen, der so am festen Teil befestigt ist, dass er sich in Bezug auf diesen festen Teil um die Hauptachse (A-A') herum drehen kann ;
    drehende Verbindungsmittel (31) den externen Ring (12) mit dem Antriebsorgan (7) verbinden ;
    und dass die ergänzenden Führungsformen (5) mindestens ein Paar axiale Flügel oder Schraubengänge (26, 27 ; 32, 33) aufweisen, die zwischen dem festen Teil (3) und dem Antriebsorgan (7) und/oder dem Verteilerelement (4) vorgesehen sind ;
    damit das Antriebsorgan (7) und demzufolge das Verteilerelement (4) gemeinsam nach der Hauptachse (A-A') in Bezug auf den festen Teil (3) rotations- und translationsversetzt werden, wenn die Steuermittel vom externen Ring (12) in Rotation versetzt werden.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) so montiert ist, dass seine Rotationsbewegung auf die Hauptachse (A-A') zentriert ist ;
    wobei sich der radiale Abschnitt (25) lotrecht zur Hauptachse (A-A') erstreckt ;
    während die Achse (E), um die das Verteilerelement (4) rotationsversetzt werden kann, radial in Bezug auf die Hauptachse (A-A') exzentriert ist, nach der Richtung des radialen Abschnittes (25) und gegenüber der seitlichen Verteileröffnung (13) in geschlossener Position ;

  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachse des Verteilerelementes (4) in Bezug auf die Hauptachse (A-A') um einen Abstand exzentriert ist, der mindestens dem radialen Abstand in geschlossener Position zwischen der seitlichen Verteileröffnung (13) und dem externen Umfang des Ringes (12) der Steuermittel (6) entspricht ;
    damit die seitliche Öffnung (13) in geöffneter Position radial aus dem externen Ring (12) herausragt.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radiale Abschnitt (25) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) teilweise in einem radialen Schiebelager des Antriebsorgans (7) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radiale Abschnitt (25) einen runden oder elliptischen Querschnitt lotrecht zur radialen Richtung der Vorrichtung aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptachse (A-A') und die Achse, nach der der axiale Abschnitt (24) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) in Bezug auf den festen Teil (3) schwenken kann, übereinstimmend sind.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsbewegung des Verteilerelementes (4) in Bezug auf den festen Teil (4) zwischen der geschlossenen und der geöffneten Position kleiner als 360° ist und vorzugsweise zwischen 90° und 270° beträgt, beispielsweise etwa 180°.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Abschnitt (24) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) ausserhalb des Kanals (8) montiert ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radiale Abschnitt (25) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) einen internen axialen Stift (36) aufweist, der sich lotrecht zum axialen Abschnitt (24) erstreckt, so dass der Stift (36) in geschlossener Position teilweise in den Kanal (8) hineinragt und ihn verschliesst.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Abschnitt (24) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) innerhalb des Kanals (8) montiert ist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (8) einen internen axialen Stift (36) aufweist, der sich lotrecht zum axialen Abschnitt (24) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) erstreckt, so dass der Stift (36) in geschlossener Position teilweise in den axialen Abschnitt (24) hineinragt und ihn verschliesst.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (36) an seinem freien Ende ein zugespitztes Dichtungsprofil (37) aufweist, das etwa hermetisch innerhalb des axialen Abschnittes (24) bzw. des Kanals (8) in geschlossener Position angelegt werden soll.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Abschnitt (24) des gekrümmten Rohres (23) eine ergänzende Schraubenform (26) aufweist, die mit einer ergänzenden Schraubenform (27) des Kanals (8) zusammenwirkt.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ergänzende Form (26) des axialen Abschnittes (24) nach der Hauptachse (A-A') an ihrem freien Ende gegenüber dem radialen Abschnitt (25) vorgesehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ergänzenden Führungsformen (5) mindestens zwei spiralförmige Aussparungen (32) im festen Teil (3) aufweisen, die regelmässig über seinem Umfang verteilt sind und sich beispielsweise diametral gegenüberliegen, sowie mindestens zwei Führungsfinger (33), die fest am Antriebsorgan (7) befestigt sind und jeweils in jede spiralförmige Aussparung (32) hineinragen, wobei die Finger (33) gegenüber dem radialen Abschnitt (25) nach der Hauptachse (A-A') angeordnet sind.
  16. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spiralförmigen Aussparungen (32) radial auf beiden Seiten einer Kante des festen Teils (3) münden, an der sich innen oder aussen ein Teil des Antriebsorganes (7) erstreckt.
  17. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spiralförmigen Aussparungen (32) radial zu einer internen Seite einer Kante des festen Teiles (3) münden, wobei das Antriebsorgan (7) teilweise am internen Umfang dieser Kante montiert ist.
  18. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spiralförmigen Aussparungen (32) radial zu einer externen Seite einer Kante (17) des festen Teils (3) münden, wobei das Antriebsorgan (7) teilweise am externen Umfang dieser Kante montiert ist.
  19. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) gegenüber dem radialen Abschnitt (25) nach der Hauptachse (A-A') eine externe periphäre Rotationsführungsfläche (14) umfasst, mit der eine entsprechende interne Fläche (15) des externen Ringes (12) zusammenwirkt.
  20. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) eine quer zur Hauptachse (A-A') verlaufende Stützfläche (35) umfasst, gegen die sich eine entsprechende Fläche (34) des Antriebsorgans (7) in geschlossener Position axial abstützt.
  21. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) eine quer zur Hauptachse (A-A') verlaufende Stützfläche (20 ; 39) umfasst, gegen die sich eine entsprechende Fläche (21 ; 38) des Antriebsorganes (7) in geöffneter Position axial abstützt.
  22. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) eine Aushöhlung (16) umfasst, mit einem seitlichen, zum den Kanal (8) umgebenden externen Ring (12) konzentrisch verlaufenden Rand (17), sowie einen radialen Boden (18), der vom seitlichen Rand (17) umgeben wird und ab dem der Ausgangskanal (8) herausragt.
  23. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) gegenüber dem radialen Abschnitt (25) nach der Hauptachse (A-A') einen periphären Hals (19) aufweist, in den das Antriebsorgan (7) teilweise hineinragt, zumindest in geschlossener Position.
  24. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) Befestigungs- und Arretiermittel (11) umfasst, die mit einem die Ausgangsöffnung (9) abgrenzenden Hals des Behälters (2) zusammenwirken sollen.
  25. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (11) ein Gewinde aufweisen.
  26. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (11) eine Einklinkvorrichtung aufweisen.
  27. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Teil (3) und zumindest ein Teil des Behälters (2), darunter der Hals (10), ein einziges Teil bilden.
  28. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein interner Anschlag (20) radial aus dem externen Ring (12) herausragt, in der Nähe des radialen Abschnittes (25) in geschlossener Position, und dass sich ein externes Schulterstück (21), das dem Antriebsorgan (7) entspricht, axial gegen den Anschlag in geöffneter Position abstützt.
  29. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der externe Ring (12) zylindrisch ist und nach der Hauptachse (A-A') eine Abmessung aufweist, die etwas grösser ist als die entsprechende Abmessung des Kanals (8).
  30. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der externe Ring (12) an seinem externen Umfang mindestens ein Relief oder einen Hohlraum an der Oberfläche (22) aufweist, um sein Ergreifen zu erleichtern.
  31. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (31) sich ergänzende Hohlräume und Reliefs wie beispielsweise Rillen und Kanten aufweisen, die nach der Hauptachse (A-A') zwischen dem Antriebsorgan (7) und dem externen Ring (12) vorgesehen sind.
  32. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (31) in der Nähe eines freien Endes des externen Rings (12) angeordnet sind, gegenüber dem sich die seitliche Verteileröffnung (13) in geschlossener Position befindet.
  33. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan eine seitliche Schürze (29) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise im externen Ring (12) angeordnet ist und den Kanal (8) des festen Teiles umgibt.
  34. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriesorgan (7) eine radiale Wand (30) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass ihr äusserer Umfang ein Ende des externen Rings (12) in geschlossener Position ergänzt und bündig abschliesst, um es zu verschliessen.
  35. Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 34 und 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) eine etwa zylindrische Kappenform (29, 30) aufweist.
  36. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Unverletzbarkeitsvorrichtung aufweist, wie beispielsweise brechbare Brücken und/oder eine Abdeckung und/oder einen Deckel mit Sicherheitsring (12).
