Description
- une partie fixe prévue pour être solidaire du récipient, qui comporte une cheminée de sortie communiquant avec l'orifice de sortie et s'étendant parallèlement à la direction axiale ;
- un élément de distribution monté mobile par rapport à la partie fixe, ayant un conduit coudé dont un tronçon axial est relié à l'orifice de sortie, tandis que l'autre tronçon radial défini une ouverture latérale de distribution ;
- des formes complémentaires de guidage de l'élément de distribution par rapport à la partie fixe, entre une position fermée où l'ouverture latérale de distribution est escamotée, et une position ouverte où l'ouverture est dégagée et débouche hors du dispositif ;
- des moyens de commande pouvant être actionnés par
un utilisateur de manière à ce que, par l'intermédiaire
d'un organe d'entraínement solidaire d'une part en rotation des moyens
de commande et d'autre part axialement de l'élément de
distribution, ce dernier soit déplacé entre ses positions

Claims (36)
- Dispositif (1) de fermeture destiné à un récipient (2) tel que flacon ou tube à presser ce récipient étant pourvu d'un orifice de sortie (9) perpendiculaire à un axe principal (A-A') ; et comprenant :une partie fixe (3) prévue pour être solidaire du récipient (2), qui comporte une cheminée (8) de sortie communiquant avec l'orifice de sortie (9) et s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe principal (A-A') ;un élément de distribution (4) monté mobile par rapport à la partie fixe (3), ayant un conduit coudé dont un tronçon axial (24) est relié à l'orifice de sortie, tandis que l'autre tronçon radial (25), définit une ouverture latérale de distribution (13) ;des formes (5) complémentaires de guidage de l'élément de distribution (4) par rapport à la partie fixe (3), entre une position fermée où l'ouverture (13) latérale de distribution est escamotée, et une position ouverte où l'ouverture (13) est dégagée et débouche hors du dispositif (1);des moyens de commande (6) pouvant être actionnés par un utilisateur de manière que, par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'entraínement (7) solidaire d'une part en rotation des moyens de commande (6) et d'autre part axialement de l'élément de distribution (4), ce dernier soit déplacé entre ses positions ouverte et fermée; caractérisé en ce que :les moyens de commande (6) comprennent une bague (12) externe montée sur la partie fixe de façon à pouvoir tourner par rapport à cette partie, autour de l'axe principal (A-A') ;des moyens d'assujettissement (31) en rotation reliant la bague (12) externe et l'organe d'entraínement (7) ;et en ce que les formes complémentaires (5) de guidage comportent au moins une paire d'hélices axiales ou pas de vis (26, 27; 32, 33), agencée entre la partie fixe (3) et l'organe d'entraínement (7) et/ou l'élément de distribution (4) ;pour que l'organe d'entraínement (7) et donc l'élément de distribution (4) soient déplacés conjointement en rotation et en translation suivant l'axe principal (A-A'), par rapport à la partie fixe (3), lorsque les moyens de commande sont actionnés par rotation de la bague (12) externe.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (7) est monté de manière que son mouvement de rotation soit centré sur l'axe principal (A-A') ;le tronçon radial (25) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe principal (A-A') ;tandis que l'axe (E) autour duquel l'élément de distribution (4) peut être déplacé en rotation, est excentré radialement par rapport à l'axe principal (A-A'), suivant la direction du tronçon radial (25) et à l'opposé de l'ouverture (13) latérale de distribution en position fermée ;de façon qu'en position ouverte, l'extrémité libre du tronçon radial (25) où débouche l'ouverture (13) latérale de distribution est plus éloignée radialement de l'axe principal (A-A') qu'en position fermée.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation de l'élément de distribution (4) est excentré par rapport à l'axe principal (A-A') d'une distance au moins égale à la distance radiale en position fermée entre l'ouverture (13) latérale de distribution et la périphérie externe de la bague (12) des moyens de commande (6) ;pour qu'en position ouverte, l'ouverture (13) latérale soit en saillie radialement de la bague (12) externe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon radial (25) du conduit coudé (23) est partiellement logé dans un palier de coulissement radial de l'organe d'entraínement (7).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon radial (25) a une section en rond ou ellipse, perpendiculairement à la direction radiale du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe principal (A-A') et l'axe suivant lequel le tronçon axial (24) du conduit coudé (23) peut pivoter par rapport à la partie fixe (3), sont confondus.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation de l'élément de distribution (4) par rapport à la partie fixe (4), entre les positions fermée et ouverte est inférieur à 360°, de préférence compris entre 90° et 270°, et par exemple de l'ordre de 180°.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon axial (24) du conduit coudé (23) est monté à l'extérieur de la cheminée (8).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon radial (25) du conduit coudé (23) comprend un plot axiaL (36) intérieur qui s'étend au droit du tronçon axial (24) de façon qu'en position fermée, le plot (36) saille en partie dans la cheminée (8) et l'obture.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon axial (24) du conduit coudé (23) est monté à l'intérieur de la cheminée (8).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la cheminée (8) comprend un plot axial (36) intérieur qui s'étend au droit du tronçon axial (24) du conduit coudé (23), de façon qu'en position fermée, le plot (36) saille en partie dans le tronçon axial (24) et l'obture.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le plot (36) comporte à son extrémité libre un profil (37) d'étanchéité effilé agencé pour être plaqué de façon sensiblement hermétique à l'intérieur du tronçon axial (24) ou de la cheminée (8) en position fermée.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon axial (24) du conduit coudé (23) comprend une forme (26) complémentaire en hélice, qui coopère avec une forme (27) complémentaire en hélice de la cheminée (8).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la forme (26) complémentaire du tronçon axial (24) est agencée à son extrémité libre opposée au tronçon radial (25) suivant l'axe principal (A-A').
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les formes (5) complémentaires de guidage comprennent au moins deux lumières (32) en hélices formées dans la partie fixe (3), à des emplacements régulièrement répartis à sa périphérie, et par exemple diamétralement opposés, ainsi qu'au moins deux doigts (33) de guidage fixement solidaires de l'organe d'entraínement (7), un respectivement en saillie dans chaque lumière (32) en hélice, les doigts (33) étant agencés à l'opposé du tronçon radial (25) suivant l'axe principal (A-A').
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les lumières (32) en hélices débouchent radialement de part et d'autre d'un rebord de la partie fixe (3) à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur duquel s'étend en partie l'organe d'entraínement (7).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les lumières en hélices (32) débouchent radialement d'une face interne d'un rebord de la partie fixe (3), l'organe d'entraínement (7) étant en partie monté à la périphérie interne de ce rebord.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les lumières (32) en hélices débouchent radialement d'une face externe d'un rebord (17) de la partie fixe (3), l'organe d'entraínement (7) étant en partie monté à la périphérie externe de ce rebord.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comprend, à l'opposé du tronçon radial (25) suivant l'axe principal (Aune surface (14) périphérique externe de guidage en rotation, avec laquelle coopère une surface (15) interne correspondante de la bague (12) externe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comprend une surface d'appui (35) transversale à l'axe principal (A-A'), contre laquelle une surface correspondante (34) de l'organe d'entraínement (7) vient en butée axiale, en position fermée.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comprend une surface d'appui (20;39) transversale à l'axe principal (A-A'), contre laquelle une surface correspondante (21; 38) de l'organe d'entraínement (7) vient en butée axiale, en position ouverte.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comprend une cuvette (16), avec un rebord (17) latéral concentrique à la bague (12) externe qui entoure la cheminée (8), ainsi qu'un fond (18) radial entouré par le rebord (17) latéral et à partir duquel la cheminée (8) de sortie fait saillie.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comporte, à l'opposé du tronçon radial (25) suivant l'axe principal (Aune gorge périphérique (19) dans laquelle l'organe d'entraínement (7) fait partiellement saillie, au moins en position fermée.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3) comprend des moyens de solidarisation et d'immobilisation (11) destinés à coopérer avec un col du récipient (2), qui délimite l'orifice de sortie (9).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (11) de solidarisation comprennent un filetage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (11) de solidarisation comprennent un encliquetage.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la partie fixe (3), et au moins une partie du récipient (2) dont le col (10), forment une pièce monobloc.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 27, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée interne (20) fait saillie radialement de la bague (12) externe à proximité du tronçon radial (25) en position fermée, et un épaulement (21) externe correspondant de l'organe d'entraínement (7) vient en appui axialement contre la butée en position ouverte.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 28, caractérisé en ce que la bague (12) externe est cylindrique et a suivant l'axe principal (A-A') une dimension légèrement supérieure à la dimension correspondante de la cheminée (8).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisé en ce que la bague (12) externe comporte sur sa périphérie externe, au moins un relief ou cavité de surface (22), afin d'en faciliter la préhension.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 30, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assujettissement (31) comprennent des cavités et reliefs complémentaires tels que rainure et arête, agencés suivant l'axe principal (A-A') entre l'organe d'entraínement (7) et la bague (12) externe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assujettissement (31) sont agencés à proximité d'une extrémité libre de la bague (12) externe en regard de laquelle l'ouverture (13) latérale de distribution est placée en position fermée.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 32, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraínement comporte une jupe (29) latérale au moins partiellement logée dans la bague (12) externe, et entourant la cheminée (8) de la partie fixe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 33, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (7) comporte une paroi radiale (30) agencée de manière que sa périphérie extérieure est complémentaire et est à fleur d'une extrémité de la bague (12) externe en position fermée, afin de l'obturer.
- Dispositif (1) selon les revendications 34 et 35, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (7) a une forme de capuchon (29, 30) sensiblement cylindrique.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 35, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une inviolabilité, telle que des ponts frangibles et/ou opercule de recouvrement et/ou capot à bague (12) de sécurité.
