Claims (10)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung mit automatischem Verschluß für Behälter, die ein flüssiges oder pastöses abzugebendes Produkt enthalten, mit einer nach außen gewölbten, als Kuppel (5) geformten Membran (M), die ein Austrittsende (3) des Behälters (2) bedeckt, mindestens einem, im Scheitelbereich der Kuppel (5) der Membran (M) vorgesehenen länglichen Schlitz (8), der in Längsrichtung von parallel laufenden Kanten (8a, 8b) begrenzt ist, die einander berühren, um im Ruhezustand einen dichten Verschluß zu bilden und die sich öffnen, wenn ein ausreichender Druck auf das Produkt ausgeübt wird, um den Austritt des Produktes zu ermöglichen, und wobei eine starre Kapsel (9) zur Befestigung auf dem, die Membran (M) aufweisenden Ende (3) des Behälters (2) vorgesehen ist, um die Kuppel (5) in einem Bereich um den Schlitz (8) teilweise zu bedecken, wobei der Schlitz (8) unbedeckt bleibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    vorspringende Auflagemittel (A) auf mindestens einer der beiden Flächen vorgesehen sind, die von der Innenfläche (13) der Kapsel (9) und der Außenfläche (14) der Membran (M) gebildet werden, und daß die Innenfläche (13) der Kapsel, abgesehen von den Auflagemitteln (A), im freien Zustand an die Außenfläche (14) der Membran (M) angepaßt ist, wobei die Anordnung so ist, daß nach der Anbringung der starren Kapsel (9) auf dem Behälter (2), die Wirkung der Auflagemittel (A) eine Verformung der Kuppel (5) der Membran (M) und ein dichtes Aneinanderdrücken der Kanten (8a, 8b) des Schlitzes (8) hervorruft.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (8) durch Formung mit der Membran (M) so gebildet wurde, daß die Kanten (8a, 8b) des Schlitzes im freien Zustand der Membran leicht voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei die von den Auflagemitteln (A) hervorgerufene Verformung nach dem Anbringen der starren Kapsel (9) ausreicht, die Kanten des Schlitzes dicht aneinanderzudrücken.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagemittel (A) durch zwei Ansätze (15, 16) in Form eines Kugelabschnitts gebildet sind, wobei sich ihr Zentrum auf der zur Längsrichtung des Schlitzes (8) senkrechten Mittelebene befindet.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze (15, 16) symmetrisch zur Mittelebene (P), welche den Längsschlitz (8) enthält, angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze (15, 16) auf der Membran (M) und direkt durch Formung mit dieser Membran gebildet sind, wobei die Ansätze (15, 16) radial nach außen gewölbt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Membran gebildete Kuppel (5) kugelförmig ist und daß die Innenfläche (13) der starren Kapsel, abgesehen von den Ansätzen (15, 16), eine konkave Kugelfläche mit gleichem Radius wie die Kuppel (5) ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (M) aus einem Elastomeren besteht, dessen Shorehärte weniger als 60 Shore A beträgt und insbesondere im Bereich von 20 Shore A liegt.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der Membran (M) zur Familie der EPDM gehört.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Austrittsende des Behälters einen Ansatz (3) mit einem Außengewinde (10) aufweist, während die starre Kapsel (9) eine Hülse (11) mit einem komplementären Innengewinde aufweist, das mit dem Gewinde des Ansatzes zusammenwirkt um den Halt der Kapsel sicherzustellen, wobei die Kapsel (9) einen koaxialen, zylindrischen Mantel (18) umfaßt, der radial zwischen der Kuppel (5) und der Hülse (11) angeordnet ist, um nach dem Verschrauben der Kapsel an einer Schulter (19) des Behälters anzuschlagen.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapsel (9) eine Haube (24) aufweist, die auf einem Randbereich der Kapsel, insbesondere mit einem Filmscharnier (21) befestigt ist, wobei die Haube (24) im geschlossenen Zustand eine zweite Abdichtung bildet und jegliche Abgabe des Produktes durch Druck auf den Behälter verhindert.
