Claims (7)
- Vorverdichtungs-Handpumpe zur Zerstäubung oder Verteilung eines in einem Behälter enthaltenen flüssigen Produkts, wobei die Pumpe aufweist:- einen zylindrischen hohlen Pumpenkörper (1) mit einer Einlaßöffnung (1b), die mit dem Behälter in Verbindung steht,- einen Hohlkolben (2), der in dem Pumpenkörper gleitet und von einer Hohlstange (3) bis zu einem äußeren Ende verlängert wird, wobei diese Hohlstange einen Ventilsitz aufweist,- ein Ventilorgan (6) zum Verschließen der Hohlstange (3),- ein elastisches Mittel (10), das das Ventilorgan (6) zur Hohlstange (3) schiebt, um das Ventilorgan (6) dicht gegen den Ventilsitz (7a) zu legen, und um das Ventilorgan (6) und den Kolben (2) in eine Ruhestellung zurückzustoßen,- eine Pumpenkammer (12), die vom Pumpenkörper (1), dem Kolben (2) und dem Ventilorgan (6) begrenzt wird, wobei die Pumpenkammer über die Einlaßöffnung (1b) mit dem Behälter in Verbindung steht, wenn das Ventilorgan und der Kolben in ihrer Ruhestellung sind, wobei die Pumpenkammer (12) durch dichtes Aufeinanderschieben eines mit dem Ventilorgan (6) fest verbundenen ersten Zylinders (8) und eines zweiten, mit dem Pumpenkörper fest verbundenen Zylinders (4) vom Behälter isoliert werden kann, wobei ein Ende jedes der beiden Zylinder nahe dem anderen Zylinder liegt,wobei die Pumpe dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß eine Ventilstange (7b) das Ventilorgan (6) durch die Hohlstange (3) hindurch bis zu einem ersten Abstand H1 jenseits des äußeren Endes der Hohlstange verlängert, und daß ausgehend von der Ruhestellung des Ventilorgans der mit dem Ventilorgan fest verbundene Zylinder (8) dem mit dem Pumpenkörper fest verbundenen Zylinder (4) um einen zweiten Abstand H2 größer als H1 angenähert werden kann, ohne daß das Aufeinanderschieben der beiden Zylinder dicht wird.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, bei der der mit dem Pumpenkörper fest verbundene Zylinder (4) und der mit dem Ventilorgan fest verbundene Zylinder (8) in der Ruhestellung um den Abstand H2 größer als H1 getrennt sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, bei der einer der sich aufeinanderschiebenden Zylinder an seinem dem anderen Zylinder nahen Ende über eine solche Länge mit im wesentlichen längsgerichteten Nuten versehen ist, daß ausgehend von der Ruhestellung des Ventilorgans der mit dem Ventilorgan fest verbundene Zylinder (8) dem mit dem Pumpenkörper fest verbundenen Zylinder (4) um einen Abstand H2 größer als H1 angenähert werden kann, ohne daß das Aufeinanderschieben der beiden Zylinder dicht wird.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Ventilorgan (6) in zwei Teilen gegossen ist:- einem ersten Teil (7), das unter dem Druck der Feder (10) elastisch gegen den Ventilsitz (7a) gedrückt wird, wobei das erste Teil aus einem steifen Material geformt ist,- einem zweiten Teil, das mit dem ersten Teil fest verbunden ist, wobei dieses zweite Teil aus einem biegsamen Material geformt ist und den mit dem Ventilorgan fest verbunden Zylinder (8) aufweist, der mit dem Zylinder (4) der Pumpenkammer zusammenwirkt, um die Pumpenkammer durch Aufeinanderschieben der beiden Zylinder zu isolieren.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, bei der das zweite Teil auf einen Bereich des ersten Teils aufgegossen wird.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Ventilorgan (6) einen Stift (7) aufweist, der elastisch gegen den Ventilsitz (7a) anliegt, um die Hohlstange (3) zu verschließen, und der Stift (7) eine periphere Dichtlippe (16) aufweist, die elastisch gegen den Ventilsitz (7a) anliegt.
- Pumpe nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der das Ventilorgan (6) einen Stift (7) aufweist, der elastisch gegen den Ventilsitz (7a) anliegt, um die Hohlstange (3) zu verschließen, und der Ventilsitz (7a) eine periphere Dichtlippe (16a) aufweist, auf die der Stift (7) elastisch aufliegt.
