Claims (14)

  1. Verschlußeinrichtung für die Abgabeöffnung (5) einer Abgabevorrichtung für Fluide, wobei die Abgabevorrichtung einen Behälter (2), ein Abgabeorgan (1) und ein Betätigungsorgan (4) umfaßt, wobei die Verschlußeinrichtung eine entfernbare Kappe (10) aufweist die in der geschlossenen Stellung besagte Öffnung (5) verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwand (18) der Kappe (10) ein Verschlußelement (20) umfaßt, das in der geschlossenen Stellung der Kappe (10) in dichter Weise die Abgabeöffnung (5) verschließt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die entfernbare Kappe (10) mit der Abgabevorrichtung in der Weise zusammenwirkt, daß sie jegliche Betätigung des Betätigungsorgans (4) verhindert.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Abgabeorgan (1) auf dem Behälter (2) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsringes (3) montiert ist, wobei sich die Kappe (10) in ihrer geschlossenen Position mit einem Endteil (11a) an diesem Befestigungsring (3) abstützt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Kappe (10) Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) umfaßt, die in der geschlossenen Position der Kappe (10) mit dem Betätigungsorgan (4) in Eingriff kommen, um die Kappe (10) fest in ihrer geschlossenen Position zu halten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Kappe weiterhin eine verformbare Anlagezone (11) umfaßt, die sich unter der Wirkung eines vom Verwender ausgeübten Druckes derart verformen kann, daß sie die Befestigung (15) der Kappe (10) an dem Betätigungsorgan (4) freigibt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Kappe (10) permanent mit der Abgabevorrichtung verbunden und zwischen ihrer geschlossenen Position und einer Verwendungsposition verschwenkbar ist, in der sie die Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung freigibt und die Öffnung (5) der Abgabevorrichtung öffnet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Kappe (10) in ihrer Verwendungsstellung bezüglich ihrer geschlossenen Stellung um 90 ° verschwenkt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der ein Endteil (11a) der Kappe (10) mit einem Kompressionsteil (12) zusammenwirkt, der eine gewisse Elastizität besitzt, die eine axiale Kompression ermöglicht, um die Befestigung der Kappe (10) zu realisieren.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Verschlußelement (20) aus einem elastomeren Material hergestellt und in der geschlossenen Stellung der Kappe (10) zwischen der Bodenwand (18) und der Öffnung (5) zusammengedrückt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, bei der die Elastizität des Kompressionsteils (12) der Kappe (10) geringer ist als die Elastizität des elastomeren Materials des Verschlußelementes (20), so daß ein Druck auf die Kappe (10) während und nach ihrem Einrasten nicht die Gefahr einer Betätigung des Betätigungsorgans (4) mit sich bringt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 9, bei der die Verbindung der Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) der Kappe (10) mit der Abgabevorrichtung stärker ist als die von dem zusammengedrückten Verschlußelement (20) ausgeübte Kraft.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4, 5, 8, 10 oder 11, bei der die Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) derart ausgeführt sind, daß eine andere Bewegung als ein axialer Zug erforderlich ist, um die Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) freizugeben.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) Rasteinrichtungen der Art sind, daß eine radiale Kompressionsbewegung eines Teils der Kappe (10) erforderlich ist, um die Verrastung freizugeben.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Befestigungseinrichtungen (15) eine Verschraubung derart umfassen, daß eine Drehbewegung der Kappe (10) erforderlich ist, um die Verschraubung freizugeben.
