Claims (7)

  1. Dosiersystem für flüssige oder viskose Produkte, umfassend
    - eine mechanische Pumpe (14), angebracht in einem Behälter (2), der die zu verteilende Flüssigkeit enthält, wobei die Pumpe (14) in den Hals (7) des Behälters (2) eingepreßt ist,
    - das Gehäuse (3) der Pumpe (14), das einen Einpaßbereich besitzt, der die Befestigung der Pumpe (14) im Hals (7) des Behälters (2) ermöglicht und sich in einem unteren Teil (16) mit kleinerem Außendurchmesser fortsetzt,
    - wobei der obere Teil des Gehäuses (3) der Pumpe glatt und zylindrisch ist und in einem Flansch (12) endet, der auf dem Hals (7) des Behälters (2) aufsitzt, und
    - eine Buchse (4), die ebenfalls in den oberen Teil dieses Pumpengehäuses (3) eingepreßt ist, wobei diese Buchse in ihrem oberen Teil in einen Flansch (13) mündet, der auf dem Flansch (12) des Gehäuses aufsitzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einpaßbereich des Halses (7) des Behälters (2) ebenfalls glatt und zylindrisch ist, so daß beim Einpassen des Pumpengehäuses (3) in den Hals (7) des Behälters eine Pressung wirkt, wodurch zwischen Pumpengehäuse und Behälterhals ohne Dichtverbindung Dichtheit hergestellt wird,
    und daß sich im unteren Teil (16) des Pumpengehäuses (3) eine Entlüftungsöffnung (9) befindet, um beim Anbringen der Pumpe (14) im Behälter (2) den Überdruck zu vermindern.
  2. Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zylindrischen oberen Teil des Gehäuses (3), der in den Hals eingepreßt ist, und seinem unterem Teil (16) mit kleinerem Durchmesser ein Übergang (10) vorgesehen ist, unter welchem die Entlüftungsöffnung (9) mündet.
  3. Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf der zylindrischen Außenoberfläche des Pumpengehäuses (3) angebrachter Außeneinstich vorgesehen ist, in welchen die Entlüftungsöffnung (9) mündet.
  4. Dosiersystem nach einem der vorhergenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Außendurchmesser der Buchse (4) ein oder mehrere vorstehende Teile (5) vorgesehen werden, die in entsprechende Aufnahmen eingreifen, die auf dem Innendurchmesser des Gehäuses angebracht sind.
  5. Dosiersystem nach einem der vorhergenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des Kolbens (18) der Pumpe mit einer Manschette (19) ausgestattet ist, welche eine ringförmige Lippe (20) besitzt, die in Ruhestellung unter einer radialen Spannung gehalten wird, wobei die Manschette zwischen einem am Ende des Kolbens vorgesehenen Flansch (18') und dem Inneren des Pumpengehäuses (3) festgehalten wird.
  6. Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Pumpengehäuse vorgesehene Entlüftungsöffnung (9) unter der Lippe (20) der Manschette (19), wenn sich diese in Ruhestellung befindet, und unterhalb des zylindrischen oberen Teils des Gehäuses (3) im unteren Teil (16) angebracht ist.
  7. Dosiersystem nach einem der vorhergenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (18) derart geformt und bemessen ist, daß beim Einpassen des Pumpengehäuses in den Behälterhals die Grundfläche dieses Kolbens an der Kugel (23) anschlägt, die als Rückschlagventil dient und vorgesehen ist, um ein am unteren Ende des Pumpengehäuses angebrachtes Entnahmerohr (6) abzusperren.
