Claims (5)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein Fluid, die eine Pumpe umfaßt, die auf einem Verschluß (20) montiert ist, der dazu dient, auf dem Hals eines Behälters für besagtes Fluid montiert zu werden, wobei:
    - die Pumpe folgende Bestandteile umfaßt: einen Pumpenkörper (1), der sich in axialer Richtung zwischen einem ersten Ende (1b), das eine Eintrittsöffnung (1d) aufweist, und einem zweiten, offenen Ende (1c) erstreckt, das mit einem außen liegenden Kragen (12) versehen ist, sowie einen Kolben (2), der in axialer Richtung in dem Pumpenkörper gleitet und eine Rückholfeder (10), die den Kolben (2) zum zweiten, offenen Ende (1c) des Pumpenkörpers hin vorspannt, sowie weiterhin einen Ring (11), der von einem einzigen Teil gebildet wird, das in dem zweiten Ende (1c) des Pumpenkörpers befestigt ist, um die Bewegung des Kolbens (2) zum zweiten Ende (1c) zu begrenzen,
    - der Verschluß (20) einen axialen Innendurchgang (21) aufweist, der ihn durchzieht, wobei dieser Durchgang (21) einen ersten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen, zur Außenseite des Behälters hin angeordneten Abschnitt (22) und einen zweiten, engeren zum Inneren des Behälters hin gerichteten Abschnitt (22) umfaßt, wobei der erste und der zweite Abschnitt eine zur Außenseite des Behälters hin gerichtete Schulter (24) definieren und der erste Abschnitt (22) des Durchgangs (21) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der im wesentlichen gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Kragens (12) des Pumpenkörpers ist,
    - der Ring (11) einen Flansch (11a) aufweist, der sich radial nach außen erstreckt, und
    - der Pumpenkörper (1) sich durch den zweiten Abschnitt (23) des inneren Durchgangs des Verschlusses hindurch erstreckt und der Kragen (12) im ersten Abschnitt (22) des Innendurchgangs (21) des Verschlusses in Anlage an der Schulter (24) des Verschlusses angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (11a) einen Außendurchmesser mit in etwa der gleichen Größe wie der Außendurchmesser des Kragens (12) des Pumpenkörpers und etwas größer als der Innendurchmesser des ersten Abschnittes (22) besitzt, daß der Flansch (11a) in den ersten Abschnitt (22) des inneren Durchgangs (21) des Verschlusses eingepreßt ist, um die Pumpe in dem Verschluß zu halten und dabei zu verhindern, daß sich der Pumpenkörper (1) zur Außenseite des Behälters hin verschiebt, daß der Ring (11) und der Verschluß (20) aus Kunststoff sind, und daß der Ring (11) aus einem härteren Material als der Verschluß (20) hergestellt ist, so daß der radiale Flansch (11a) in den Verschluß sich verankernd eingreift.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der radiale Flansch (11a) nach außen hin wenigstens eine Kerbe (11b) mit einer gleitend abgekanteten Oberfläche (11c) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Schulter (24) des Verschlusses und eine Anschlagoberfläche (11d) in größerer Entfernung von der Schulter (24) des Verschlusses in der Weise aufweist, daß die Kerbe es ermöglicht, den Flansch (11a) im ersten Abschnitt (22) des inneren Durchgangs des Verschlusses zu plazieren und das Austreten des Flansches (11a) aus dem ersten Abschnitt des Innendurchgangs des Verschlusses verhindert.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung für ein Fluid, die eine auf einem Hals (30) eines Behälters für das Fluid montierte Pumpe umfaßt, wobei
    - die Pumpe folgende Bestandteile umfaßt: einen Pumpenkörper (1), der sich in axialer Richtung zwischen einem ersten Ende (1b), das eine Eintrittsöffnung (1d) aufweist, und einem zweiten, offenen Ende (1c) erstreckt, das mit einem außen liegenden Kragen (12) versehen ist, sowie einen Kolben (2), der in axialer Richtung in dem Pumpenkörper gleitet, und eine Rückholfeder (10), die den Kolben (2) zum zweiten, offenen Ende (1c) des Pumpenkörpers hin vorspannt, sowie einen einstückigen Ring (11), der in dem zweiten Ende (1c) des Pumpenkörpers befestigt ist, um die Bewegung des Kolbens (2) zum zweiten Ende (1c) hin zu begrenzen,
    - der Hals (30) des Behälters einen axialen Innendurchgang (31) aufweist, der ihn durchzieht, wobei der Durchgang (31) einen ersten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen, zur Außenseite des Behälters hin angeordneten Abschnitt (32) und einen zweiten, engeren, zum Inneren des Behälters hin angeordneten Abschnitt (33) umfaßt, wobei der erste und zweite Abschnitt eine zur Außenseite des Behälters hin gerichtete Schulter (34) definieren und der erste Abschnitt (32) einen Innendurchmesser besitzt, der im wesentlichen gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Kragens (12) der Pumpe ist,
    - der Ring (11) einen Flansch (11a) umfaßt, der sich radial nach außen erstreckt, und
    - der Pumpenkörper (1) sich durch den zweiten Abschnitt (33) des inneren Durchgangs des Halses erstreckt und der Kragen (12) in dem ersten Abschnitt (32) des Innendurchgangs (31) des Halses so angeordnet ist, daß er an der Schulter (34) des Halses anliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (11a) einen Außendurchmesser in etwa in der Größe des Außendurchmessers des Kragens (12) des Pumpenkörpers und etwas größer als der Innendurchmesser des ersten Abschnittes (32) besitzt, daß der Flansch (11a) in den ersten Abschnitt (32) des Innendurchgangs (31) des Halses eingepreßt ist, um die Pumpe im Kragen zu halten und zu verhindern, daß sich der Körper der Pumpe (1) zur Außenseite des Behälters hin verschiebt, daß der Ring (11) und der Kragen (30) aus Kunststoff bestehen, und daß der Ring (11) aus einem härteren Material als der Hals (30) hergestellt ist, so daß sich der radiale Flansch (11a) sich verankernd in den Hals eingreift.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der radiale Flansch (11a) an der Außenseite wenigstens eine Kerbe (11b) mit einer gleitend abgeschrägten Oberfläche (11c) in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der Schulter (34) des Halses und eine Anschlagoberfläche (11d) in etwas größerer Entfernung von der Schulter (34) des Halses in der Weise aufweist, daß die Kerbe das Positionieren des Flansches (11a) im ersten Abschnitt (32) des Innendurchgangs des Halses ermöglicht und verhindert, daß der Flansch (11a) aus dem ersten Abschnitt des Innendurchgangs des Halses austritt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Pumpe ohne erneutes Aufnehmen von Luft arbeitet.
