Claims (15)

  1. Applikator (14) für kosmetisches Produkt, der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Aufnahmebehälter (12) aufzunehmen, der das kosmetische Produkt auf dichte Weise aufnimmt, wobei der Applikator (14) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Hohlkörper (50), der eine stromaufseitige Kammer (58) zum Einsetzen des Aufnahmebehälters definiert, die sich längs einer Achse (B-B') des Einsetzens des Aufnahmebehälters erstreckt, wobei die stromaufseitige Kammer (58) aus dem Applikator (14) durch eine stromaufseitige Öffnung (68) mündet, wobei der Hohlkörper (50) eine stromabseitige Kammer (60) zum Sammeln des kosmetischen Produkts definiert, wobei die stromabseitige Kammer (60) durch einer stromabseitige Verteilungsöffnung mündet;
    wobei der Applikator außerdem Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Organ (54) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters, das den Aufnahmebehälter öffnen kann und durch die stromabseitige Kammer (60) bis zu der stromaufseitigen Kammer (58) vorsteht;
    wobei der Hohlkörper (50) eine stromaufseitige innere Oberfläche (72) zum Führen des Aufnahmebehälters (12) in eine Öffnungsposition des Aufnahmebehälters (12) in Kontakt mit dem Öffnungsorgan (54) aufweist;
    - ein Organ (56) zum Schieben des in der stromabseitigen Kammer (60) enthaltenen kosmetischen Produkts zu der stromabseitigen Verteilungsöffnung (74);
    wobei die stromaufseitige Führungsoberfläche (72) konfiguriert ist, eine Verlagerung des Aufnahmebehälters (12) in dem Hohlkörper (50) längs der Einsetzachse (B-B') ohne Drehung um die Einsetzachse (B-B') zuzulassen, wobei die stromabseitige Kammer (60) durch das Schuborgan (56) begrenzt ist.
  2. Applikator (14) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stromaufseitige Führungsoberfläche (72) keine Unebenheiten, die in die stromaufseitige Kammer (58) vorstehen, aufweist.
  3. Applikator (14) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ (54) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters ein hohles longitudinales Element (92) aufweist, das ein zentrales Langloch (100) zum Entleeren des kosmetischen Produkts aufweist, wobei das zentrale Langloch (100) durch eine stromaufseitige Öffnung mündet und in der stromabseitigen Kammer durch eine stromabseitige Öffnung (96), die längs der Einsetzachse (B-B') versetzt ist, mündet.
  4. Applikator (14) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die stromaufseitige Öffnung (54) am freien Ende (90) des hohlen Elements (92) axial öffnet, wobei sich die stromabseitige Öffnung (96) transversal in Bezug auf die Achse des hohlen Elements (92) öffnet.
  5. Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ (54) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters ein longitudinales Element (92) und wenigstens einen longitudinalen Vorsprung (98) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters, der in Bezug auf das longitudinale Element (92) seitlich vorsteht, umfasst.
  6. Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ (54) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters ein abgeschrägtes freies Ende (90) aufweist.
  7. Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohle Körper (50) ein transversales Fenster (70) begrenzt, das in die stromaufseitige Kammer (58) mündet.
  8. Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das das Schuborgan (56) eine bei der Berührung verformbare Trennwand (110) aufweist, wobei die verformbare Trennwand (190) die stromabseitige Kammer (60) wenigstens teilweise nach außen begrenzt.
  9. Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen spitzigen Ansatz (52) zum Aufbringen des kosmetischen Produkts umfasst, der an den hohlen Körper (50) gegenüber der stromabseitigen Öffnung (74) angefügt oder hier daran ausgebildet ist.
  10. Necessaire (10) zum Verteilen eines kosmetischen Produkts, das Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Applikator (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche;
    - einen Aufnahmebehälter (12), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein kosmetisches Produkt aufzunehmen, wobei der Aufnahmebehälter (12) wenigstens einen zerbrechbaren Deckel (20) aufweist, wobei der Aufnahmebehälter (12) durch Gleiten längs der Einsetzachse (B-B') ohne Drehung um die Einsetzachse (B-B') durch die stromaufseitige Öffnung (68) und die stromaufseitige Kammer (58) bis an eine Position zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters (12), in der das Öffnungsorgan (54) den zerbrechlichen Deckel (20) zerbrechen kann, gleitend verlagerbar ist.
  11. Necessaire (10) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stromabseitige Kammer (60) stromaufseitig durch den Aufnahmebehälter (12) in der geöffneten Position verschlossen ist, wobei der Aufnahmebehälter (12) vorteilhaft wenigstens eine Dichtungsumfangsoberfläche (54) mit einem äußeren Umriss aufweist, der an den inneren Umriss der stromaufseitigen Oberfläche (72) angepasst ist.
  12. Necessaire (10) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zerbrechliche Deckel (20) eine Mittelachse (A-A') und eine Bruchlinie (32), die durch Zusammenwirkung mit dem Öffnungsorgan (54) zerbrechen kann, aufweist, wobei die Bruchlinie (32) wenigstens ein Umfangsteilstück (34) aufweist, das sich um die Mittelachse (A-A') erstreckt, und wenigstens ein radiales Teilstück (36) aufweist, das sich radial außerhalb des Umfangsteilstücks (34) erstreckt, wobei das radiale Teilstück (36) vorteilhaft mit dem Umfangsteilstück (34) verbunden ist.
  13. Necessaire (10) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umfangsteilstück (34) um die Mittelachse (A-A') rotationssymmetrisch ist, wobei die Bruchlinie (32) mehrere radiale Teilstücke (36) aufweist, die in Winkelrichtung um die Mittelachse (A-A') beabstandet sind.
  14. Necessaire (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ (54) zum Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters ein hohles Element (92) umfasst, das ein zentrales Langloch (100) zum Entleeren des kosmetischen Produkts aufweist, wobei das zentrale Langloch (100) durch eine stromaufseitige Öffnung (94) und durch eine stromabseitige Öffnung (96), die längs der Einsetzachse (B-B') versetzt ist, mündet, und dass in der geöffneten Position die stromaufseitige Öffnung (94) in dem Aufnahmebehälter (12) angeordnet ist, wobei die stromabseitige Öffnung (96) wenigstens teilweise außerhalb des Aufnahmebehälters (12) in die stromabseitige Kammer (60) mündet.
  15. Verfahren zum Verteilen eines kosmetischen Produkts auf einer Körperoberfläche, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines Necessaire (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14;
    - Einsetzen des Aufnahmebehälters (12) in die stromaufseitige Kammer (58) durch die stromaufseitige Öffnung (68);
    - Verlagern des Aufnahmebehälters (12) bis in die geöffnete Position des zerbrechlichen Deckels (20) durch Gleiten längs der Einsetzachse (B-B') ohne Drehung um die Einsetzachse (B-B');
    - Öffnen des Aufnahmebehälters durch Zusammenwirkung zwischen dem Öffnungsorgan (54) und dem zerbrechlichen Deckel (20);
    - Betätigen des Schuborgans (56), um das kosmetische Produkt außerhalb des Applikators (14) durch die stromabseitige Öffnung (74) zu verteilen.
