Claims (14)

  1. Verpackungs-Vorrichtung für ein kosmetisches Produkt, die Vorrichtung (3) aufweisend:
    - eine dichte Hülle (7),
    - einen rohrförmigen Eintauchkörper (11), der die Hülle (7) durchdringt und mit dem Gehäuse (7) dicht verbunden ist, wobei der Eintauchkörper (11) im Inneren eine Kammer (13) begrenzt, die über eine Entnahmeöffnung (15) in das Innere des Gehäuses (7) ausmündet,
    - ein Ventil (17), das eingerichtet ist, um eine Position zum Verschluss der Entnahmeöffnung (15) und eine Position zur Freigabe der Entnahmeöffnung (15) einzunehmen,
    wobei die Vorrichtung (3) ein in der Hülle (7) angeordnetes kosmetisches Produkt aufweist,
    und wobei das Ventil (17) aufweist:
    - ein Verschlussorgan (53), das vorgesehen ist, um die Entnahmeöffnung (15) zu verschließen,
    - einen Steg (55), der mit dem Verschlussorgan (53) verbunden ist und in die Entnahmeöffnung (15) eingeführt ist,
    - ein Endstück (57), das mit dem Steg (55) verbunden ist und das mit einem elastischen Element (59) versehen ist, das das Ventil (17) in die Verschlussposition zurückstellt,
    wobei das Verschlussorgan (53), der Steg (55) und das Endstück (57) stofflich einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (7) flexibel ist, und dadurch, dass die Entnahmeöffnung (15) ein in einer ersten Richtung (D1) langgestreckter Spalt ist, wobei das Endstück (57) des Ventils (17) dafür angepasst ist, um durch den Spalt hindurch eingeführt werden zu können.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (13) in Richtung zu dem Inneren der flexiblen Hülle (7) mittels einer Wand (25) verschlossen ist, in welcher die Entnahmeöffnung (15) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die Wand (25) auf einer dem Inneren der flexiblen Hülle (7) zugewandten Fläche einen Sitz (43) aufweist, gegen den das Verschlussorgan (53) in der Verschlussposition des Ventils (17) dicht anliegt, und auf einer der Kammer (13) zugewandten Fläche einen Auflagebereich (73) aufweist, der mit dem elastischen Element (59) zusammenwirkt, um das Ventil (17) in die Verschlussposition zurückzustellen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (59) zwei Arme (65) aufweist, wobei der Auflagebereich (73) zwei Auflageflächen (75) aufweist, die beiderseits des Spaltes (15) angeordnet sind und entlang einer zweiten Richtung (D2), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung (D1) ist, ausgerichtet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (55) in einer axialen Richtung (X) langgestreckt ist, wobei die beiden Arme (65) dafür vorgesehen sind, um axial durch zwei seitliche Endabschnitte des Spaltes (15) hindurch eingeführt und dann umfänglich um die axiale Richtung (X) herum bis zu den Auflageflächen (75) verlagert zu werden.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jede Auflagefläche (75) gegenüber der genannten Auflageoberfläche (75) vorspringende Bereiche (77) angrenzen und umfänglich zwischen der genannten Auflagefläche (75) und den seitlichen Endabschnitten des Spaltes (15) angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (57) des Ventils (17) ein Auflageelement (71), das den Steg (55) über die beiden Arme (65) hinausgehend verlängert, aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen abnehmbaren Deckel (81) aufweist, der ein Ende der Kammer (13), das außerhalb der flexiblen Hülle (7) angeordnet ist, verschließt.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine starre Umverpackung (9) rund um die flexible Hülle (7) aufweist, wobei der Eintauchkörper (11) die Umverpackung (9) durchdringt und an der Umverpackung (9) befestigt ist.
  9. Einrichtung zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts, wobei die Einrichtung (1) eine Vorrichtung zur Verpackung (3) gemäß irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche und ein Element zur Entnahme (5) des kosmetischen Produkts, das zum Einführen in den Eintauchkörper (11) angepasst ist, aufweist.
  10. Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zur Entnahme (5) eine Spritze ist.
  11. Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zur Entnahme (5) einen Spritzenkörper (91), der dafür vorgesehen ist, um in den Eintauchkörper (11) bis zu einer Entnahmeposition eingeführt zu werden, und einen Kolben (93), der im Inneren des Spritzenkörpers (91) verschiebbar ist, aufweist, wobei der Spritzenkörper (91) in der Entnahmeposition das Ventil (17) gegen die Rückstellkraft des elastischen Elements (59) in der Freigabeposition hält.
  12. Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zur Entnahme (5) ein äußeres Dichtungselement (119), das zwischen dem Eintauchkörper (11) und dem Spritzenkörper (91) eingefügt ist, und ein inneres Dichtungselement (117), das zwischen dem Kolben (93) und dem Spritzenkörper (91) eingefügt ist, aufweist.
  13. Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine lösbare Befestigung des Spritzenkörpers (91) an dem Senkkörper (11) aufweist.
  14. Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen einer Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Verfahren aufweist:
    - einen Schritt des Einführens des Ventils (17) durch die Entnahmeöffnung (15) hindurch entlang einer axialen Richtung (X) ;
    - einen Schritt des Arretierens des Ventils (17) in der Entnahmeöffnung (15) mittels Drehung des Ventils (17) gegenüber dem Eintauchkörper (11) um die Axialrichtung (X) herum.
