Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a container for dispensing a viscous substance.
  • viscous substance dispensing containers usually comprise a container body in which is contained a viscous substance reservoir, a reservoir made of semi-rigid material such as aluminum sheet.
  • the viscous substance reservoir is connected to a dispensing head and the reservoir body is filled with a pressurized gas.
  • the opening of a distribution valve has the effect, on gas pressure on the semi-rigid wall of the tank, of causing the expulsion of the viscous substance from the container and its distribution.
  • the reservoir and the body of the container must normally, in particular in the case where the viscous substance is a medicinal substance or with cosmetic properties, be covered with a protective varnish. It has been found, in certain cases, an insufficiency of stability characteristics of these varnishes, as a function of certain substances, which has the effect of causing corrosion of the constituent materials of the container body and / or of the reservoir with as a consequence a reduction not negligible of the periods of conservation and storage of these substances thus conditioned.
  • the risks of non-functioning of these containers most often result from the progressive leakage of the gas and the absence of pressure at the time of use or defective dispensing heads. These risks are difficult to tolerate in the case where medicinal substances must be dispensed for rapid intervention such as burns in particular.
  • Document US-A-4228925 describes a container for distributing a viscous substance comprising: a container body, a reservoir made of flexible material, containing said substance, placed in the container body, a dispensing head capable of being controlled by the opening or closing, and pressure means comprising elastic means bearing on the internal wall of the container body to exert on the reservoir, in the presence of substance, a permanent pressure, in order to allow on single command to the opening the dispensing head, dispensing said substance.
  • the document EP-A-0179538 first describes in its preamble dispensers for viscous substances comprising a reservoir made of a flexible elastic material so that when the reservoir is filled with fluid the walls of the reservoir are put under mechanical tension and exert a permanent pressure on the fluid tending to distribute said fluid.
  • Document EP-A-0179538 then describes a fluid-dispensing container comprising a flexible reservoir preferably formed by molding of plastic material, comprising longitudinal folds allowing the reservoir to be folded in an empty state, and an elastic sleeve engaged on the reservoir made of flexible material to exert a pressure thereon tending to distribute the fluid contained in the reservoir.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a viscous substance dispensing container in which the reservoir allows substantially a total expulsion of the viscous substance from the reservoir and the distribution thereof.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for distributing viscous substances, capable of being easily refilled and reused, thereby avoiding an excessive multiplication of this kind of container for the same service rendered.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for distributing viscous substances in which the propellant gas used in the devices of the prior art can be eliminated.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for dispensing high-quality viscous substances, in which the risks of corrosion of the container body and of the reservoir are eliminated.
  • This container being more particularly intended for the packaging of substances of a medicinal and / or cosmetic nature.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a viscous substances dispensing container making it possible to generate a flow or flow of flow of substance of adjustable size, with a view to carrying out medicinal applications of therapeutic or cosmetological nature. of different natures.
