  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pulverförmigen Produkts, umfassend:
    einen Behälter mit veränderlichem Volumen,
    ein Tauchrohr (8) und
    einen Abgabekopf (4; 4'; 4"; 140), der eine Austrittsöffnung aufweist und mindestens eine Abgabestellung, in der zwischen der Austrittsöffnung und dem Inneren des Behälters eine Verbindung hergestellt ist, und eine Verschlussstellung einnehmen kann, in der diese Verbindung unterbrochen ist, wobei die Abgabe des Produkts als Antwort auf eine Verkleinerung des Innenvolumens des Behälters stattfindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf sich um eine geometrische Drehachse (X) drehen kann, die nicht vertikal und nicht horizontal ist, wenn der Behälter auf einer ebenen horizontalen Fläche steht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Tauchrohrs so gewählt ist, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem der Behälter, nachdem er Produkt abgegeben hat, seine Anfangsform wieder annimmt, wobei der Behälter im wesentlichen voll ist, das Tauchrohr auf einem größeren Teil seiner Länge mit Luft gefüllt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nicht mit einer Pumpe versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verschlussstellung mindestens ein Teil (19a) eines Austrittskanals (19) nach oben gerichtet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittskanal einen Endteil (19a) aufweist, der nach oben gerichtet ist, wenn der Abgabekopf in Verschlussstellung ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Drehachse (X) sich in einer vertikalen Ebene schräg nach oben und auf die Seite des Endteils (19a) des Austrittskanals zu erstreckt, wenn der Abgabekopf in der Abgabestellung ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Drehachse (X) mit der Vertikalen einen Winkel (i) von nicht null bildet, der kleiner als oder gleich 45° ist, wenn der Behälter (2) auf einer ebenen horizontalen Fläche steht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf sich bezüglich eines Halters (3; 3') dreht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf (4) bezüglich des oberen Teils des Körpers des Behälters exzentrisch ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Austrittsöffnung (9) laufende Vertikale (Y) in der Abgabestellung mindestens den oberen Teil des Behälters (2) nicht schneidet, während die durch die Austrittsöffnung laufende Vertikale (Y) in der Verschlussstellung den Behälter schneidet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von der Abgabestellung durch eine Drehung des Abgabekopfs (4) um eine halbe Umdrehung um diese geometrische Drehachse (X) in die Verschlussstellung übergeht.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittskanal (19) des Abgabekopfs nach unten gerichtet ist, wenn der Abgabekopf (4) in der Abgabestellung ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schutzkappe (6) aufweist, die auf dem Behälter (2) befestigt werden kann, wenn der Abgabekopf (4) in der Verschlussstellung ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzkappe und der Abgabekopf so ausgebildet sind, dass die Kappe nicht auf dem Behälter montiert werden kann, wenn der Abgabekopf in der Abgabestellung ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf (4; 140) sich bezüglich eines auf dem Körper des Behälters angebrachten Halters (3; 150) dreht.
  16. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (3; 150) auf dem Körper des Behälters durch Einklinken befestigt oder aufgeschraubt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf sich bezüglich eines Halters dreht, der mit dem Körper des Behälters einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf (4; 140) auf einem Halter (3; 150) durch Einklinken befestigt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf sich bezüglich eines Halters (3) dreht, der mindestens eine Erhebung (23) aufweist, die die Positionierung des Abgabekopfs in einer vorbestimmten Stellung, beispielsweise in der Abgabestellung oder in der Verschlussstellung, gestattet.
  20. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter die genaue Positionierung des Abgabekopfs (4) sowohl in der Verschlussstellung als auch in der Abgabestellung gestattet.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens eine Erhebung (23) und der Abgabekopf mindestens zwei Paare von Rippen (24; 25) aufweist, wobei die Rippen jedes Paares in der Lage sind, sich zu beiden Seiten dieser Erhebung (23) zu positionieren, wenn der Abgabekopf in der Abgabe- oder Verschlussstellung ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tauchrohr (8) an einem Halter (3) befestigt ist, bezüglich dessen der Abgabekopf sich dreht.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tauchrohr (8) mit dem Körper des Behälters fest verbunden ist, wobei der Abgabekopf (140) auf einem Halter (150) montiert ist, der an dem Körper des Behälters (160) lösbar angebracht werden kann.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand des Behälters elastisch verformbar ist, so dass der Behälter, wenn er von dem Benutzer losgelassen wird, wieder seine Anfangsform annehmen kann.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine abgeflachte allgemeine Form besitz, die zwei große Seiten (2a) bildet, auf die der Benutzer drücken kann, um Produkt abzugeben.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Balg (120) aufweist, der es gestattet, sein Innenvolumen sich ändern zu lassen.
  27. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf (4') in einer zu seiner geometrischen Drehachse parallelen Richtung bewegt werden kann, um von einer Stellung, in der die Austrittsöffnung vom Inneren des Behälters isoliert ist, in eine Stellung überzugehen, in der die Austrittsöffnung mit dem Inneren des Behälters verbunden ist, und umgekehrt.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf in einer zu seiner geometrischen Drehachse parallelen Richtung bewegt werden kann, um von einer verriegelten Stellung, in der der Abgabekopf sich bezüglich des Behälters nicht drehen kann, in eine entriegelte Stellung überzugehen, in der der Abgabekopf sich bezüglich des Behälters drehen kann, und umgekehrt.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Hohlraum (110) aufweist, der es gestattet, die Hand unter die Austrittsöffnung des Abgabekopfs zu bringen, wenn dieser in der Abgabestellung ist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ausgebildet ist, um eine autonome Verpackungs- und Abgabevorrichtung (100) aufzunehmen.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fassungsvermögen des Behälters (2) zwischen 150 und 600 ml beträgt.
  32. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fassungsvermögen des Behälters größer als oder gleich 400 ml ist.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf von der Verschlussstellung in die Öffnungsstellung über eine Zwischenstellung übergeht, die einen Ausgleich des Drucks zwischen dem Äußeren und dem Inneren des Behälters gestattet.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mikroöffnung (40) aufweist, die oberhalb des Produkts in das Innere des Behälters mündet.
