Claims (25)

  1. Verpackungs- und Auftragvorrichtung, umfassend einen ein Produkt, insbesondere ein kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt, enthaltenden Behälter und ein Auftragelement (14; 44; 74) zum Auftragen dieses Produkts, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Aufnahme (13; 43; 73) zum Aufnehmen des Auftragelements aufweist, wobei das Auftragelement mit einem Tragelement (23; 53; 75) fest verbunden ist, das bezüglich des Behälters zwischen einer Verschlußstellung, in der das Auftragelement in der Aufnahme aufgenommen ist, und einer Verwendungsstellung, in der das Auftragelement zum Auftragen des Produkts verwendbar ist, verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Aufnahme mit vom Behälter kommendem Produkt versorgt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter als Griff für das Auftragen des Produkts dienen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement geeignet ist, die Aufnahme in Verschlußstellung luftdicht zu verschließen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkbewegung des Tragelements auf einem Winkelweg von mehr als oder gleich 120° und vorzugsweise mehr als oder gleich 180° stattfindet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement aus einem komprimierbaren Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement in der Aufnahme komprimiert ist, wenn das Tragelement in der Verschlußstellung ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement in der Aufnahme nicht komprimiert ist, wenn das Tragelement in der Verschlußstellung ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement aus einem Sinterwerkstoff hergestellt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (53) durch ein Folienscharnier (54) mit einem an dem Körper des Behälters befestigten Montageteil (42) verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement durch ein Folienscharnier mit dem Körper des Behälters verbunden ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (23) an dem Behälter mit Hilfe eines Scharniers angelenkt ist, das mindestens einen sich in der Aufnahme drehenden Drehzapfen (25) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Folienscharnier (102) aufweist, das an einem der Teile Tragelement und Behälter durch Einklinken befestigt ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier eine Federwirkung aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des Behälters biegsam ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des Behälters starr ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement ein Verriegelungsorgan (38) aufweist, das geeignet ist, sich zu verklinken, wenn das Tragelement auf einem Verriegelungsorgan (39) des Behälters in der Verschlußstellung ist, um das Tragelement in seiner Verschlußstellung zu halten.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement ein Verriegelungsorgan (83) aufweist, das geeignet ist, sich zu verklinken, wenn das Tragelement auf einem Verriegelungsorgan des Behälters (84) in Verwendungsstellung ist, um das Tragelement in seiner Verwendungsstellung zu halten.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme, in der das Auftragelement aufgenommen ist, wenn das Tragelement in seiner Verschlußstellung ist, von derselben Achse ist wie Längsachse (X) des Behälters.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (43), in der das Auftragelement aufgenommen ist, wenn das Tragelement in seiner Verschlußstellung ist, eine Symmetrieachse (Y) hat, die mit der Längsachse (X) des Behälters einen Winkel bildet.
  20. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme, in der das Auftragelement aufgenommen ist, wenn das Tragelement in seiner Verschlußstellung ist, eine Symmetrieachse (Y) hat, die zu der Achse des Behälters senkrecht ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme so ausgebildet ist, daß das Produkt in diese Aufnahme in einer Richtung (Y) eintritt, die zu der Gelenkachse des Tragelements senkrecht ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement eine Achse hat, die zu der Längsachse (X) des Behälters parallel ist, wenn das Tragelement in seiner Verwendungsstellung ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement eine Symmetrieachse (Z) hat, die mit der Längsachse (X) des Behälters einen Winkel von nicht null bildet, wenn das Tragelement in seiner Verwendungsstellung ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement sich um einen Winkel von mehr als oder gleich 210° verschwenkt, wenn das Tragelement von seiner Verschlußstellung in seine Verwendungsstellung übergeht.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme durch eine Bodenwand begrenzt ist, die mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen versehen ist, die das Zuführen des Produkts in den Kontakt mit dem Auftragelement gestatten.
