Claims (23)

  1. Vorrichtung (10) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines Produkts, die aufweist:
    - einen das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (20) mit einer Längsachse X;
    - ein Auftragorgan (30; 30'), das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer zu behandelnden Fläche in Kontakt zu kommen, um das Produkt aufzutragen, wobei das Auftragorgan mit dem Behälter in fluidischer Verbindung steht, wenn es mit dieser zu behandelnden Fläche in Kontakt steht;
    - einen Träger (40), der eine Aufnahme (47) für das Auftragorgan definiert, wobei der Träger mindestens eine bezüglich des Behälters feste axiale Stellung hat;
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie ein Greiforgan (50) aufweist, das mit dem Träger (40) über ein elastisch verformbares Verbindungselement (60 ; 62 ; 63, 64) derart verbunden ist, dass der Träger als Reaktion auf eine auf das Auftragorgan ausgeübte Beanspruchung, während man die Vorrichtung mittels des Greiforgans hält, in der Lage ist, sich bezüglich des Greiforgans zu verschieben, wobei der Träger in der Lage ist, seine Anfangsstellung wieder einzunehmen, wenn die Beanspruchung endet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (20) eine ergreifbare Außenfläche aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (40) um eine Drehachse Z bezüglich des Greiforgans (50) kippen kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (40) sich parallel zu einer Längsachse X der Vorrichtung verschieben kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement eine Wand (60) aufweist, die sich über weniger als die Hälfte des Umfangs des Trägers erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement eine Feder (62) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement mindestens ein Paar von elastisch verformbaren Materialbrücken (64) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement eine Wand (63) aufweist, die aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Werkstoff ausgewählt wird unter einem Polyethylen sehr niedriger Dichte, den Elastomeren der Propylen/Ethylen-Copolymere, der Polyether-Blockamide, der Polyvinyle, der Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM), der sequentiellen Styrol-Butadien-Polymere (SBS), der sequentiellen Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS), der thermoplastischen Polyurethane, den Mischungen von Polypropylen mit einem der Elastomere, die ausgewählt werden unter den sequentiellen Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymeren (SEBS-SIS), den Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren (EPDM), den sequentiellen Styrol-Butadien-Polymeren (SBS).
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan einen Teil des Behälters umgibt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (50) in einem ausreichenden Abstand zum Behälter angeordnet ist, um eine relative Bewegung des Greiforgans bezüglich des Behälters zu erlauben.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (40) eine Aufnahme (47) definiert, die dazu bestimmt ist, von dem vom Behälter kommenden Produkt durchquert zu werden.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30') in der Aufnahme (47) nicht drehbar ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30) in der Aufnahme drehbeweglich ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30) um einen Punkt (O) in der Aufnahme drehbeweglich ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30) um eine geometrische Achse (Y) in der Aufnahme drehbeweglich ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (Y) lotrecht zu einer Längsachse (X) der Vorrichtung liegt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30) im Wesentlichen eine Kugelform hat.
  19. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (40) die Form eines Kugelabschnitts hat, der sich an die Form des Auftragorgans (30) anpasst.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30) bei der Verwendung im Wesentlichen nicht verformbar ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (30') aus einem porösen Werkstoff hergestellt wird.
  22. Verfahren zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf eine zu behandelnde Fläche, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Liefern einer Vorrichtung zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    - Auflegen des Auftragorgans auf die zu behandelnde Fläche, indem entweder der Behälter oder das Greiforgan so gehalten wird, dass ein sanfteres Auftragen erhalten wird.
  23. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem den Schritt aufweist, das Auftragorgan bezüglich des Trägers in Drehung zu versetzen, um das Produkt aufzutragen.
