Claims (35)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und zum Auftragen, umfassend einen Auftrager, der einen Auftragteil und einen verschließbaren Behälter aufweist, wobei dieser Behälter eine erste Kammer (2; 31; 63; 63'; 102; 170) für das Produkt und eine zweite Kammer abgrenzt, um in geschlossener Stellung des Behälters den Auftragteil des Auftragers aufzunehmen, und die erste und die zweite Kammer über eine Öffnung mit einem Querschnitt, der im wesentlichen mit dem der ersten Kammer identisch ist, in Verbindung sind, wobei diese Öffnung dem Auftragteil gestattet, mit dem Produkt in Kontakt gebracht zu werden, Vorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kammer eine Auflagefläche (7; 39; 65) um mindestens einen Teil dieser Öffnung herum bildet, so daß der Druck, der von dem Auftragteil (25; 37; 104; 120; 130) auf das Produkt (P) ausgeübt werden kann, wenn der Behälter geschlossen ist, begrenzt ist, wobei die Auflagefläche eine auf das Auftragteil zu konkave Form besitzt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (7; 39; 65) eine Ringform besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (7; 39; 65) mit dem Körper (2; 31; 63; 63'; 102; 170) des Behälters einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (7; 39; 65) eine Form aufweist, die gewählt ist, um ihr zu gestatten, sich im wesentlichen an die Form eines Teils des Auftragteils anzuschmiegen, wenn der Auftrager auf dem Behälter an Platz ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil (25; 37; 104; 120; 130) mit einem Greiforgan fest verbunden ist, das auch einen Deckel (3; 32; 108) zum Verschließen des Behälters bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Organ (8; 40; 70; 70'; 170) aufweist, das so beweglich ist, daß eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Produkt und dem Auftragteil erzeugt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Organ bezüglich des Behälters beweglich ist, um das Produkt in Richtung des Auftragteils mitzunehmen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Organ (170) bezüglich eines Deckels (171) beweglich ist, um den Auftragteil in Richtung des Produkts mitzunehmen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ (8) mit einem Antriebsorgan (9) fest verbunden ist, das bezüglich des Körpers des Behälters beweglich ist und mit diesem durch Verschrauben zusammenwirkt, so daß eine Drehung des Antriebsorgans (9) von einer axialen Bewegung des beweglichen Organs (8) in dem Körper des Behälters begleitet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsorgan (9) vom Äußeren des Behälters aus für den Benutzer direkt zugänglich ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsorgan (9) in Form eines Knopfs vorliegt, der auf einer sichtbaren Seite mindestens ein Relief (16) aufweist, das gestattet, ihn in Drehung zu versetzen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Antriebsmechanismus aufweist, der gestattet, das bewegliche Organ (40) in axiale Bewegung zu versetzen, wobei dieser Antriebsmechanismus einen ersten Teil und einen zweiten Teil aufweist, die zueinander beweglich sind, wobei der erste Teil axiale Schlitze aufweist, in denen mit dem beweglichen Organ fest verbundene Nasen (41) gleiten können, wobei der zweite Teil mindestens ein Gewinde aufweist, in dem diese Nasen in Eingriff kommen, so daß eine Relativbewegung der beiden Teile von einer axialen Bewegung des beweglichen Organs begleitet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ (70; 70') geeignet ist, durch einen einfachen vom Benutzer auf das bewegliche Organ ausgeübten Druck bezüglich des Körpers des Behälters bewegt zu werden.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ durch elastische Rückholmittel (78) in eine Anfangstellung zurückgeholt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil mit einer relativ starren Auftragfläche ausgeführt ist und daß der Auftrager elastisch verformbare Mittel aufweist, die gestatten, den Auftragteil in Bewegung auf das Produkt zu zu beanspruchen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftrager zwischen dem Deckel und dem Auftragteil eine Feder (123) aufweist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil auf einem elastisch verformbaren Organ wie einem Schaumstoff befestigt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des Behälters so ausgebildet ist, daß er die Nachfüllung der Vorrichtung gestattet.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ auf dem Körper des Behälters abnehmbar angeordnet ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ mit mindestens einem Befestigungsorgan fest verbunden ist, das durch den Benutzer bewegt werden kann, um das bewegliche Organ vom Körper des Behälters zu lösen und das Einsetzen eines neuen Produktvorrats zu gestatten.
  22. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie elastische Lappen aufweist, die an einem Innengewinde des Körpers des Behälters in Eingriff kommen und die durch den Benutzer in Bewegung beansprucht werden können, wenn es erforderlich ist, das bewegliche Organ vom Körper des Behälters zu lösen.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des Behälters einen abnehmbaren oder angelenkten Boden aufweist, der das Einsetzen oder den Austausch einer Nachfüllung gestattet.
  24. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abnehmbare oder verschwenkbare Boden eine zentrale Öffnung aufweist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nachfüllung einen Produktvorrat und eine Produkttrageinheit aufweist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkttrageinheit einen Abgabemechanismus aufweist, der es gestattet, das Produkt in Richtung des Auftragteils zu bewegen.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein breiförmiges, geliertes, cremiges oder pulverförmiges zum Zerfall bringbares Produkt enthält.
  28. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt in Form eines gegossenen oder verdichteten Sticks vorliegt, der in dem Körper des Behälters angebracht ist oder in diesem geformt ist.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter dicht schließt.
  30. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil zur Dichtheit des Verschlusses des Behälters beiträgt.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil eine Kuppelform besitzt, deren Querschnitt an der Basis größer als der der Öffnung ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt auf den Auftragteil zu durch ein bewegliches Sieb (90) hindurch abgegeben wird, das in dieser Öffnung angeordnet ist.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil einen Schaumstoff mit offenen oder geschlossenen Zellen aufweist.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil beflockt oder mit einem Netz, einem Gewebe oder einem Vlies bedeckt ist.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragteil mehrere Elemente von verschiedener Natur und/oder von verschiedenen Strukturen aufweist, insbesondere Schaumstoffe mit verschiedenen Härten, Dichten und/oder Porositäten.
