Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a container for dispensing a viscous substance.
  • viscous substance dispensing containers usually comprise a container body in which is contained a viscous substance reservoir, a reservoir made of semi-rigid material such as aluminum sheet.
  • the viscous substance reservoir is connected to a dispensing head and the reservoir body is filled with a pressurized gas.
  • the opening of a distribution valve has the effect, on gas pressure on the semi-rigid wall of the tank, of causing the expulsion of the viscous substance from the container and its distribution.
  • the reservoir and the body of the container must normally, in particular in the case where the viscous substance is a medicinal substance or with cosmetic properties, be covered with a protective varnish. It has been found, in certain cases, an insufficiency of stability characteristics of these varnishes, as a function of certain substances, which has the effect of causing corrosion of the constituent materials of the container body and / or of the reservoir with as a consequence a reduction not negligible of the periods of conservation and storage of these substances thus conditioned.
  • the risks of non-functioning of these containers most often result from the progressive leakage of the gas and the absence of pressure at the time of use or defective dispensing heads. These risks are difficult to tolerate in the case where medicinal substances must be dispensed for rapid intervention such as burns in particular.
  • Document US-A-4228925 describes a container for distributing a viscous substance comprising: a container body, a reservoir made of flexible material, containing said substance, placed in the container body, a dispensing head capable of being controlled by the opening or closing, and pressure means comprising elastic means bearing on the internal wall of the container body to exert on the reservoir, in the presence of substance, a permanent pressure, in order to allow on single command to the opening the dispensing head, dispensing said substance.

  • Document EP-A-0179538 then describes a fluid-dispensing container comprising a flexible reservoir preferably formed by molding of plastic material, comprising longitudinal folds allowing the reservoir to be folded in an empty state, and an elastic sleeve engaged on the reservoir made of flexible material to exert a pressure thereon tending to distribute the fluid contained in the reservoir.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a viscous substance dispensing container in which the reservoir allows substantially a total expulsion of the viscous substance from the reservoir and the distribution thereof.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for distributing viscous substances, capable of being easily refilled and reused, thereby avoiding an excessive multiplication of this kind of container for the same service rendered.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for distributing viscous substances in which the propellant gas used in the devices of the prior art can be eliminated.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for dispensing high-quality viscous substances, in which the risks of corrosion of the container body and of the reservoir are eliminated.
  • This container being more particularly intended for the packaging of substances of a medicinal and / or cosmetic nature.
  • Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a viscous substances dispensing container making it possible to generate a flow or flow of flow of substance of adjustable size, with a view to carrying out medicinal applications of therapeutic or cosmetological nature. of different natures.

Description

The present invention relates to a container for dispensing a viscous substance.

Currently, viscous substance dispensing containers usually comprise a container body in which is contained a viscous substance reservoir, a reservoir made of semi-rigid material such as aluminum sheet. The viscous substance reservoir is connected to a dispensing head and the reservoir body is filled with a pressurized gas. The opening of a distribution valve has the effect, on gas pressure on the semi-rigid wall of the tank, of causing the expulsion of the viscous substance from the container and its distribution.

These containers have several drawbacks, among which may be mentioned, for example, the deformation, which is necessarily incomplete, of the semi-rigid substance reservoir, in particular in the vicinity of the bottom thereof, which results in a non-negligible loss of viscous substance, this latter can no longer be expelled from the partially deformed tank.

In addition, the reservoir and the body of the container must normally, in particular in the case where the viscous substance is a medicinal substance or with cosmetic properties, be covered with a protective varnish. The risks of non-functioning of these containers most often result from the progressive leakage of the gas and the absence of pressure at the time of use or defective dispensing heads. These risks are difficult to tolerate in the case where medicinal substances must be dispensed for rapid intervention such as burns in particular.

In addition, and given the nature of the pressurized gas used, these containers cannot easily be refilled in viscous substance, and consequently, their multiplication as a disposable object to be thrown away after use poses a significant problem of rational destruction in order to avoid any risk of pollution. The risk of explosion of these containers, when they are subjected to temperatures higher than 50 ° C is moreover not negligible.

Document US-A-4228925 describes a container for distributing a viscous substance comprising: a container body, a reservoir made of flexible material, containing said substance, placed in the container body, a dispensing head capable of being controlled by the opening or closing, and pressure means comprising elastic means bearing on the internal wall of the container body to exert on the reservoir, in the presence of substance, a permanent pressure, in order to allow on single command to the opening the dispensing head, dispensing said substance.

The document EP-A-0179538 first describes in its preamble dispensers for viscous substances comprising a reservoir made of a flexible elastic material so that when the reservoir is filled with fluid the walls of the reservoir are put under mechanical tension and exert a permanent pressure on the fluid tending to distribute said fluid. Document EP-A-0179538 then describes a fluid-dispensing container comprising a flexible reservoir preferably formed by molding of plastic material, comprising longitudinal folds allowing the reservoir to be folded in an empty state, and an elastic sleeve engaged on the reservoir made of flexible material to exert a pressure thereon tending to distribute the fluid contained in the reservoir.

The object of the present invention is to provide a viscous substance dispensing container in which the reservoir allows substantially a total expulsion of the viscous substance from the reservoir and the distribution thereof.

Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a container for dispensing high-quality viscous substances, in which the risks of corrosion of the container body and of the reservoir are eliminated. This container being more particularly intended for the packaging of substances of a medicinal and / or cosmetic nature.

Another object of the present invention is the implementation of a viscous substances dispensing container making it possible to generate a flow or flow of flow of substance of adjustable size, with a view to carrying out medicinal applications of therapeutic or cosmetological nature. of different natures.

The viscous substance dispensing container which is the subject of the invention will firstly be described in conjunction with FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d.

According to the aforementioned figure, the viscous substance dispensing container object of the invention comprises a container body 1, provided with a reservoir 2 containing the viscous substance to be dispensed. The viscous substance dispensing container which is the subject of the invention also comprises a dispensing head 3, capable of being controlled on opening or closing, in order to ensure the distribution of the aforementioned substance or its storage in the container.

In accordance with a particularly advantageous aspect of the dispensing container which is the subject of the invention, it comprises a reservoir denoted 2, made of flexible material, and means denoted 20, 23 designated by pressure means, making it possible to exert on the reservoir 2 , in the presence of substance, permanent pressure. The aforementioned pressure means associated with the flexible material reservoir allow, on a single command when the dispensing head 3 is opened, the distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed.

According to a first particularly advantageous aspect of the dispensing container which is the subject of the invention, the reservoir 2 is constituted by a flexible elastic material constituting the wall or walls of the reservoir. These walls during the loading of viscous substance to be dispensed are put under mechanical tension.

According to the invention, the pressure means comprise, elastic means 23 bearing on the internal wall of the container body 1. These elastic means 23 then make it possible to apply to the external wall of the reservoir 2 constituting a flexible material aforementioned permanent pressure, and their effect can thus be added to the elastic tension effect of the walls of the flexible reservoir 2 when the latter is made of an elastic material.

L'utilisation d'un réservoir 2 souple élastique est particulièrement avantageuse car le volume utile de substance peut être sensiblement égal au volume interne du corps du récipient 1.The use of a flexible elastic reservoir 2 is particularly advantageous since the useful volume of substance can be substantially equal to the internal volume of the body of container 1.

An embodiment of the elastic means 23 will be described in connection with FIGS. 1b, 1c, 1d previously cited.

As shown in section along the plane AA of FIG. 1a, in the aforementioned figures, the elastic means 23 are constituted by two elastic blades denoted 231 and 232. The aforementioned elastic blades form a spring and the flexible tank 2 made of elastic material or not is placed between the aforementioned blades 231 and 232. As shown in the above figures, the end or lateral edge of the elastic blades bears against the internal wall of the body of the container 1, to form a deformable case in which the flexible reservoir 2 containing the viscous substance to be dispensed is thus placed.

Dans ces conditions, le volume utile est d'environ 36 % du volume interne du corps de récipient 1.Advantageously without limitation, the reservoir 2 made of a flexible material, can advantageously be made of a material compatible with the viscous substance. Thus, the flexible material reservoir can be made of a latex, an elastomeric material or any material capable of exhibiting suitable physicochemical stability with respect to the substance to be dispensed. The tank 2 can also be made up of various materials such as varnished aluminum sheet, this type of tank can be refilled several times, provided that their circumference does not exceed twice the internal diameter of the container body 1. Under these conditions, the useful volume is approximately 36% of the internal volume of the container body 1.

En figure 1d, on a au contraire représenté le réservoir 2 totalement rempli de substance à distribuer, les lames élastiques 231 et 232 étant totalement plaquées contre la paroi interne du corps de récipient 1.In Figure 1b, there is shown the flexible tank 2 completely empty of substance to be dispensed, the latter being then held between the two elastic blades 231 and 232, which are then substantially planar. On the contrary, in FIG. 1c, the assembly is in the intermediate position, the reservoir 2 containing a sufficient reserve of substance to be distributed, and the elastic blades 231, 232 exerting thereon their pressure permanently. In FIG. 1d, on the contrary, the reservoir 2 is completely filled with substance to be dispensed, the elastic blades 231 and 232 being completely pressed against the internal wall of the container body 1.

Ainsi qu'on le remarquera notamment en figure 1a, l'extrémité supérieure du réservoir 2 en matériau souple est raccordée à un embout 30 directement solidaire de la tête de distribution 3.As will be noted in particular in FIG. 1a, the upper end of the reservoir 2 made of flexible material is connected to a nozzle 30 directly secured to the dispensing head 3.

In a nonlimiting manner, and according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1a, the dispensing head 3 comprises a closure cover 31 of the body of the container 1, the cover 31 comprising an inlet nozzle 32 of the viscous substance to be dispensed . The inlet / distribution nozzle 32 is of course connected to the nozzle 30 and may advantageously include, without limitation, a valve 33 capable of being controlled on opening or closing. The valve can be constituted by a system of the tap type, and will not be described in more detail, these systems being known as such from the state of the art.

Bien entendu, afin d'assurer la distribution de la substance visqueuse à distribuer, la buse de distribution 32 de la substance visqueuse est avantageusement prolongée par un ajutage de distribution 34, lequel est réglable en fonction de la substance visqueuse à distribuer et de la fonction cosmétologique et/ou médicamenteuse ou alimentaire ou de produit d'hygiène de celle-ci.Of course, in order to ensure the distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed, the dispensing nozzle 32 of the viscous substance is advantageously extended by a distribution nozzle 34, which is adjustable as a function of the viscous substance to be dispensed and of the function cosmetological and / or medicinal or food or hygiene product thereof.

The loading of the dispensing container object of the invention with viscous substance to be dispensed can be carried out for example using a pressure pump. The pressure required for loading can be reduced by the use, as shown in FIG. 1b and 1c in particular, of pellets made of magnetic material denoted 2310 and 2320, these pellets being respectively attached to the external face of the elastic blades 231, 232. During filling, the container object of the invention can be placed between the poles of an electromagnet, which ensures the traction of the metal blades 231 and 232 above, towards the internal walls of the body of the container 1, thereby reducing the pressure necessary for filling the tank made of flexible material 2, and consequently of the pressure pump used.

The viscosity of the product to be dispensed in fact determines the stiffness of the elastic blades 231 or 232 used.

The opening of the valve 33 immediately after loading immediately expels the conditioned viscous product or substance to be dispensed, on the one hand thanks to the elasticity of the material constituting the flexible tank 2 and on the other hand thanks to the action of the elastic blades 231 and 232, which gradually return to their original position, as shown in FIG. 1b.

As regards the flexible tank 2, this must be made of a material compatible with the product to be dispensed. This material must be very elastic to contribute to the expulsion and distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed, but also in order to allow several refills of the dispensing container object of the invention.

This possibility of re-using a dispensing container appears to be much more practical and aseptic with regard to cosmetic and / or medicinal products, and this is likely to be of great interest, particularly for hospitals and their mobile antennas, as well as armed forces medical services.

In general, the viscosity of the viscous substance to be distributed and the section of the nozzle 32 determines the stiffness of the blades elastic 231, 232, which preferably will not have a sharp angle. The positioning of the metal blades 231 and 232 in the housing can be carried out before, after or during the introduction of the flexible tank 2, provided that the aforementioned flexible tank is introduced between the blades as shown in FIG. 1b in particular. The assembly of the assembly in the container body 1 presents no major difficulty. The dispensing head 3 can then be attached by screwing onto the container body 1, as shown in FIG.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of a viscous substance dispensing container in accordance with the object of the present invention will now be described in connection with FIG. 2 and in particular, an embodiment of an adjustable dispensing nozzle 34 of the dispensing head 3 capable of being used for dispensing a product with a medicinal and / or cosmetic effect, such as very high quality products, sold under the trademark "BIAFINE" or "ABI". This product, as we know, is particularly advantageous for the treatment of burns caused by excessive sun exposure or by exposure to excessively high temperatures of the epidermis, in particular in the case of injury sustained by fire-fighting personnel, this product still being particularly effective for the treatment of bruises or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2, the adjustable nozzle 34 for dispensing the aforementioned viscous substance may advantageously comprise a cylindrical tube 340, this tube being provided on one of its generating lines with a slot denoted 3401 with a determined opening width. In addition, the adjustable dispensing nozzle 34 includes a slit shutter means denoted 341, this slit shutter means being capable of being controlled to clear or close the slit 3401 formed on the cylindrical tube 340. In FIG. 2a , there is shown an adjustable dispensing nozzle 34 seen from the front, the slot 3401 being shown in dotted lines since the latter is closed and therefore obscured by the means 341, the slot shutter.

In Figure 2b, there is shown a section along the cutting plane denoted BB of Figure 2a, the nozzle 34 of adjustable distribution.

En position de repos, le ressort maintient la fente 3401 en positon obturée, en l'absence d'actionnement de la languette de manoeuvre 3411.In FIGS. 2a and 2b above, and in accordance with these, the slit shutter means 341 can comprise a part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, this part comprising at one of its lateral edges an extension 3411 forming a tongue for operating the slit shutter 341. As will be readily understood from observation of FIGS. 2a and 2b, the part 3410 is engaged in rotation around the cylindrical tube 340, so that on control of the operating tab 3411, the slit shutter means 341 makes it possible to clear or close the slit 3401 formed on the cylindrical tube. As will also be noted in FIG. 2b, a return spring 3412 can be provided, it bears on the cover 31 constituting the dispensing head 3 while closing the body of the container 1, the aforementioned spring 3412 taking also supported under the operating tongue 3411. In the rest position, the spring maintains the slot 3401 in the closed position, in the absence of actuation of the operating tongue 3411.

Of course, the valve 34 having been placed in the open position, the operation of the shutter means 341 makes it possible, by releasing the aforementioned slot 3401, to thus ensure the distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed. Of course, the embodiment as shown in Figure 2a and 2b is not limiting, the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, which can, without departing from the scope of the object of the present invention, be optionally mounted at rotation inside the cylinder 340.

Un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux des moyens obturateurs 341, sera décrit en liaison avec la figure 2a.A particularly advantageous embodiment of the shutter means 341 will be described in connection with FIG. 2a.

According to the above-mentioned figure, with a view to ensuring a distribution of the viscous substance according to a determined flow width, in particular for the specific use of medicinal substances as previously described for the treatment of burns, for which it is always very delicate to ensure spreading of the treatment substance over the entire extent of the burn injury, the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve may advantageously comprise at its lateral edge opposite to the lateral edge comprising the extension 3411 forming an operating tongue, a closing edge 3413 comprising at least one part inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the slot 3401. Thus, as a function of the pressure exerted on the operating tongue 3411, and of the corresponding rotation of the part 3410 in the form of an open sleeve, the length of the slot thus discovered, ensuring the flow of the substance to be dispensed, varies in direct proportion to the aforementioned angle of rotation.

As shown elsewhere in Figure 2a, the shutter edge 3413 may include two opposite inclined portions denoted A and B forming a chevron, the two inclined portions of identical length being connected by a notch denoted C, of which the dimension corresponds to the thickness of the slot 3401. Of course, for a rotation angle of the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, the smaller, the notch C allows at most the opening of an orifice substantially circular located in the center of the slot 3401, the aforementioned orifice allowing the flow of the viscous substance, according to a substantially thread, the diameter of which is close to the opening width of the slot. For an angle of rotation of the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, the length of the slot cleared is symmetrical with respect to the cutting plane BB of FIG. 2a, the entire length of the slot 3401 being able to be cleared for rotation maximum of part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve.

Of course, in order to facilitate the use of the dispensing head 3 and the dispensing nozzle 34 as described in particular in FIGS. 2a and 2b, either by the nursing staff, or by the injured person himself, the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve may advantageously have representative graduations with respect to a mark of the opening dimension of the slot 3401.

Bien entendu, le repère fixe permettant le repérage des graduations et en définitive de l'ouverture de la fente peut être situé sur l'un des guides latéraux 3414 ou 3415.As will be noted in FIGS. 2a and 2b in particular, the part 3410 in the form of a sleeve can be slidably mounted on the cylindrical tube 340 between two lateral guides 3414, 3415, also ensuring the tightness of the dispensing nozzle. 34. Of course, the fixed mark allowing the marking of the graduations and ultimately of the opening of the slot can be located on one of the lateral guides 3414 or 3415.

As will be noted in particular in FIGS. 2a and 2b, the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical tube 340 and of the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the inlet / distribution nozzle 32. the viscous substance to be dispensed.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of a dispensing nozzle 34 particularly intended for a viscous substance dispensing container such as a medicinal substance used in the composition of a first aid kit for operational intervention personnel will be described in conjunction with the Figures 3a and 3b.

According to the aforementioned figures, the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical tube 340 and of the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle 32 for admission distribution of the viscous substance to be distributed and in the extension of this one.

In this case, as will be noted moreover in particular in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve and the cylindrical tube 340 each have a diameter much greater than the diameter of the inlet nozzle 32 / distribution of the viscous substance to be distributed. Thus, the nozzle 32 for admitting / distributing the viscous substance to be dispensed forms with respect to the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve and of the cylindrical tube 340 a central axis and the space comprised between the dispensing nozzle 32 and the open cylindrical sleeve 3410 and the cylindrical tube 340 forms a buffer tank in which the viscous substance to be dispensed accumulates before dispensing via the slot 3401. Almost all of the viscous substance to be dispensed can thus be recovered by the user as will be described below in the description, this recovery can occur in a particularly advantageous manner, even in the absence of pressure exerted by the metal, elastic blades 231 and 232 previously described. Of course, as will be easily understood, in the absence of pressure actually exerted by the elastic blades 231 and 232, the flexible tank 2 being substantially empty, the user then has the possibility of removing the assembly constituted by the cylindrical tube 340 and through the open cylindrical sleeve 3410 forming a buffer tank, this assembly being plugged into the dispensing nozzle 32, and recovering the viscous substance contained in the aforementioned buffer tank in order to use the latter.

A first circular wall 3421 forms the bottom of the buffer tank and is provided with a through hole 34210 and a second circular wall 3420 forming a cover of the buffer tank is provided with a blind hole 34220. The through hole and the blind hole have a diameter allowing the assembly of the assembly on the inlet / distribution nozzle 32. In FIG. 3a, the space forming the buffer tank is denoted 3432. In this same figure, the edge is shown on the one hand shutter 3413, which does not appear in the sectional view, the upper part of the part 3410 in the form of an open sleeve being removed, as well as the distribution slot 3401, which is normally formed on the upper part of the cylindrical tube 340, this part also not appearing in the section plane of FIG. 3a. Of course, the blind hole 34220 can be fitted with any ratchet system of the conventional type, allowing plugging in and suitable fixing of the end of the dispensing nozzle 32. This conventional method of fixing will not be described, this one which can normally be implemented by a person skilled in the art. Of course, the dispensing nozzle 32 is provided with a dispensing orifice 320, for example in its upper part, in order to ensure the flow of the viscous substance to be dispensed in the buffer tank 3432. The distribution slot 3401 disposed on the cylindrical tube 340 then makes it possible to ensure the flow and distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed, upon actuation of the part 3410 in the form of a cylindrical sleeve open, by rotation thereof on the cylindrical tube 340.

In Figure 3b, there is shown a sectional view along the transverse plane CC of Figure 3a. In this figure, it will be noted on the part in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve 3410, the presence of an added part denoted 3416, which constituted for example of molded material, is intended to facilitate the operation of the part 3410 in the form of cylindrical sleeve open to clear the distribution slot 3401. The aforementioned part 3416 can advantageously have a cell 3417, in which the user can engage a finger or the thumb for example, in order to rotate the part 3410 in the form of a sleeve open cylindrical, to ensure the clearance of the distribution slot 3401 in a manner similar to the embodiment of FIG. 2a. As will be noted in particular in FIG. 3b, the edges constituting the closure edge 3413 of the closure element 341 can advantageously be bevelled. Of course, in order to ensure the return of the part 3410 in the form of a cylindrical sleeve open in the closed and concealed position of the distribution slot 3401, the aforementioned part 3410, in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve can be made integral with one or more spiral springs denoted 3418, mounted in a groove in the bottom 3421 or in the cover 3422. The aforementioned spiral spring or springs can be mounted in a groove in the bottom or the cover mentioned above and they are made integral with the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, these spiral springs bringing, in the absence of user action to ensure the opening of the dispensing slot 3401, the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve in the closed position of the aforementioned slot. Spiral springs act in a similar way to spiral springs used in mechanical-driven watch movements.

A particularly advantageous alternative embodiment of the dispensing nozzle 34, as shown in FIG. 3a and 3b above, will now be described in conjunction with FIG. 4, this embodiment making it possible to ensure the loading and / or reloading of the dispensing container object of the invention and the distribution of the viscous substance to be distributed under the best conditions of ease of procedure and aseptic in the case of a substance of cosmetic and / or medicinal type.

As shown in FIG. 4, the valve 33 being eliminated at the level of the inlet / distribution nozzle 32, the wall 3422 forming a cover can be provided with a valve 3423 directly connected to the inlet / distribution nozzle 32. The valve 3423 has an external female end piece 34230, which allows the flexible tank 2 to be loaded with viscous substance, from a male end piece 34231 connected to a reserve of viscous substance in overpressure relative to the internal cavity of the flexible tank 2. The valve 3423 is shown directly connected to the dispensing nozzle 32, the valve 3423 being conventionally provided with a non-return valve 34232. Instead of a bottom wall, the cylindrical tube 340 can be provided at its end a thread 3400 allowing the screwing thereof on the cover 31 obturator of the container body 1. It will be noted in particular that the distribution slot 3401 may be provided with an extension 34010, the function will be described below. In addition, the cover 3422 can be provided with weakening zones 34225, as shown in FIG. 4. The distribution slot 3401 being obscured, the injection under pressure is carried out, the buffer tank 3432 being filled with viscous substance under pressure and flowing through the orifice 320 of the inlet nozzle 32 towards the flexible tank 2. The aforementioned weakening zones 34225 due to their specially adapted shape, the cover 3422 carrying out an assembly of the keystone type carrying out suitably closing the buffer tank 3432, the substance flows through the orifice 320 of the intake nozzle 32 towards the flexible tank 2 and fills the latter. Similarly, the tank 2 being filled, as well as the buffer tank 3432, the opening of the distribution slot, by the operation of the part 3410 in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, has the effect of causing the distribution of the viscous substance over a width of flow , as described in connection with Figure 2a for example. When the flexible tank is empty, the tank 2, the buffer tank 3432 is filled with viscous substance to be dispensed, but in the absence of pressure. The cover 3422 is no longer subjected to pressure and a simple force exerted on it towards the interior of the buffer tank 3432 has the effect, the slot 3401 being open and in particular its extension 34010, of causing the recovery of the substance viscous contained in the buffer tank 3432, the cover 3422 then playing the role of a piston. In addition, the viscous substance to be dispensed can also, in certain cases, be recovered by assay at the choice of the user when the latter is in a hospital environment in particular.

The distribution nozzle as shown in FIG. 4 is particularly advantageous insofar as reloading does not require any disassembly. However, in a hospital environment, it is recommended not to use the reserve product contained in the buffer tank 3432, before recharging in order to preserve the aseptic.

Of course, the container body 1 can be made of a rigid material, such as for example aluminum sheet or even a semi-rigid material or a flexible material such as polyvinyl chloride for example. In this case, and in particular in the case where the reservoir 2 is itself made of elastic material, in the absence of elastic means constituted by the elastic blades forming a spring 231 and 232, the user may, in order to ensure better distribution of the substance to be dispensed, exert manual pressure on the container body for example.

As shown in FIG. 1 a in particular, the container body 1 may comprise at least one vent denoted 10, this vent possibly being provided with a valve denoted 100.

The vent denoted 10 and the valve denoted 100 can advantageously be used for the production of a viscous substance dispensing container in accordance with the object of the invention, particularly suitable for use-reuse by reloading on site of operation and use in the best aseptic conditions in particular.

Des moyens préférentiels permettant d'assurer notamment le rechargement ou la recharge en substance visqueuse de traitement, conformément à l'objet de l'invention, seront maintenant décrits en liaison avec les figures 5 et 6.Preferential means making it possible in particular to reload or recharge the viscous substance of treatment, in accordance with the object of the invention, will now be described in conjunction with FIGS. 5 and 6.

Bien entendu, la tête de d'accouplement 51 est munie d'une vanne notée 510.In accordance with FIG. 5, the reloading means can consist, in order to reload the flexible tank 2, of the dispensing container object of the invention described above, into a reloading cartridge comprising a rigid cartridge body 5, defining a volume greater than the internal volume of the container body 1 of the dispensing container according to the invention. The cartridge body 5 is provided with a head 51 for coupling to the valve 100 of the vent 10. The volume of the cartridge body has for example a primary vacuum, ie a vacuum of the order of 10⁻⁴ Torr for example. Of course, the coupling head 51 is provided with a valve denoted 510.

In addition, the recharging means also comprise, as shown in FIG. 6, in order to ensure the filling of the flexible tank 2, a cartridge for filling the aforementioned tank. The filling cartridge shown in FIG. 6 comprises for example a cartridge body made of flexible material 6, this material being of course compatible with the viscous treatment substance. Of course, the viscous substance reserve is in overpressure relative to the internal cavity of the flexible tank.

La tête de distribution 61 comporte bien entendu une vanne de commande d'ouverture notée 610.In an advantageous embodiment of the entire device which is the subject of the invention, that is to say the dispensing container as described above and the refill cartridge and the refill cartridge, the latter can advantageously consist in one body cartridge of flexible material, the cartridge body being filled at ambient pressure substantially. Of course, the cartridge body 6 comprises a male dispensing head denoted 61, which corresponds substantially to the male end piece 34231 shown in FIG. 4. The dispensing head 61 naturally includes an opening control valve denoted 610.

Le corps de cartouche en matériau souple de la cartouche de remplissage 6 permet bien entendu d'assurer un remplissage correct du réservoir souple 2.The coupling of the filling cartridge having been carried out at the valve 3423, the valve 610 being kept closed, it then suffices for the user to engage the recharging cartridge 5 and in particular the coupling head 51, at the valve 100 of the vent 10 of the container body 1, the valve 510 of the coupling head 51 being of course kept closed. The successive actuation at the opening of the valve 610 of the filling cartridge and then of the valve 510 of the recharging cartridge then makes it possible, owing to the vacuum created in the container body 1, around the flexible tank 2, to ensure filling thereof with the viscous treatment substance. The cartridge body of flexible material of the filling cartridge 6 of course makes it possible to ensure correct filling of the flexible tank 2.

Of course, the recharging method described above essentially applies, with a view to recharging on the operating site or on the intervention site. Of course, the recharging can be simply carried out from a pump allowing the injection under pressure of the viscous substance considered, with if necessary, depending on the degree of viscosity thereof, the use of an electro- magnet making it possible to reduce the resulting stiffness of the springs, taking into account the presence of the magnetic parts 2310 and 2320, as shown in FIGS. 1b or 1c.

A particularly efficient viscous substance dispenser has thus been described, allowing use, both for the purpose of ensuring the distribution of food substances and of substances with cosmetological and / or medicinal properties. In the latter case, the embodiments of FIG. 3a, 3b and 4 appear particularly advantageous, since in the case of the use of a drug or cosmetic emulsion such as BIAFINE, a buffer tank with a capacity of 50 ml allows, in any state of cause, even in the absence of pressure exerted for the distribution of this substance to an injured person to recover its contents in order to ensure immediate care.

In addition, after the dispensing slot is closed by the part in the form of an open cylindrical sleeve, the viscous substance remaining in the slot is protected from air and dirt and there is no risk of drying out. the latter since the latter remains in contact with the mass of substance contained in the buffer tank.

The internal wall of the container body may, after suitable machining, allowing the lateral edges of the elastic blades to slide freely when filling the receiving chamber 2300 or when dispensing the viscous substance, comprising a coating of varnished aluminum.

In order to improve the sliding of the lateral end of the elastic blades 231, 232 on the internal wall of the container body 1, the aforementioned elastic blades can advantageously, as shown in FIG. 7, include a bead of rounded section, bead denoted 231a, 231b, 232a, 232b. This bead can be formed during the production of the above-mentioned elastic blades or be added and constituted by a cylindrical rod made of polytetrafluoroethylene for example, the cylindrical rod covering the whole of the aforementioned lateral end. In this case, the polytetrafluoroethylene rod may have a diameter of a few millimeters, the latter being split along one of its generating lines and the lateral edge of the corresponding elastic blade being inserted in the aforementioned slot and fixed to it. ci by thermocompression or by sticking for example.

The container described above in the description comprises, to constitute the elastic means 23, two elastic blades forming a spring between which the flexible tank 2 is placed. One end or lateral edge of the elastic blades bears against the internal wall of the container body 1 to form a deformable case in which the flexible tank is placed.

Although satisfying in its operating principle, the container described above presents difficulties in practical implementation or at least difficulties in optimizing the components for rationalized production and operation. Thus, the elastic springs 231, 232 must, in order to apply a suitable pressure to the reservoir pocket, have a section of thickness less than or equal to 5/10 of a millimeter. Under these conditions, when the container is used, that is to say when the elastic blades return to their joined position, following the distribution of the viscous substance, the sharp edge of the elastic blades forming a spring resting on the inner wall of the container body shears it, whether the container body is made of plastic material or even aluminum. In addition, under these conditions, the elastic blades practically no longer exert sufficient force when they return to their initial position.

The viscous substance dispensing container, in another nonlimiting embodiment, overcomes the aforementioned drawback. It is remarkable in that, in order to reduce the shear stresses of the ends or lateral edge of the elastic blades on the internal wall of the container body, the edges of the spring are provided with a protective element.

The protective element may consist of a protective frame for the internal wall of the container body, contained in the container body. The elastic blades are housed as part of protection and may debate freely to ensure the filling in, or the return and distribution of, the substance.

The viscous substance dispensing container, in its aforementioned embodiment, will first be described in conjunction with FIG. 8.

In accordance with the aforementioned figure, and with a view to reducing the shear stresses of the ends or lateral edge of the elastic blades 231, 232 on the internal wall 1 of the container body, the edges of the aforementioned elastic blades are provided with a protective element.

According to the aforementioned FIG. 8, constituting a non-limiting embodiment, the protective element can consist of elastic blades 231, 232 in the shape of a U and forming springs. In this case, however, the elastic blades 231, 232 then being folded so as to have the U-shaped configuration, the shearing effect is reduced but the resistance of the folding angles appears when the case is loaded, that is to say ie upon admission of the substance to be dispensed into the bag 2 forming a reservoir. The aforementioned U configuration, however, allows a good return of the substance to be dispensed.

According to another more particularly advantageous embodiment represented in FIG. 9, the elastic blades 231, 232 can be provided with a protective element, the protective element being constituted by a frame denoted 40, said frame for protecting the internal wall, in which the elastic blades 231 and 232 are housed. The elastic blades 231, 232 can freely debate to ensure filling or restitution and distribution of the substance to be dispensed.

As will be seen in FIG. 9, the protective frame 40 can advantageously be constituted by a metal support 400 of substantially square section whose vertices are in support on the internal wall of the container body 1. The elastic blades 231, 232 are then mounted along a diagonal of the substantially square section, the lateral edges or ends of the elastic blades 231, 232 being supported on the internal wall of the opposite tops of the section of the support 400. The protective frame can be constituted by two identical angles of spring type steel two tenths of a millimeter thick. The angle at the top of the diagonal receiving the elastic blades 231, 232 can for example be slightly greater than 90 ° so as to facilitate the movement of the above-mentioned elastic blades 231 and 232 when loading the container of viscous substance to be dispensed and during the return of this viscous substance when the elastic springs or blades 231, 232 apply their pressure to the reservoir pocket 2 to ensure the distribution of the aforementioned viscous substance.

Cette caractéristique apparaît notamment sur la figure 10 sur laquelle on a représenté en particulier le support 400 constituant le cadre de protection 40.Of course, the protective frame 40 can be constituted by a support 400 extending over all or part of the length of the container body 1. This characteristic appears in particular in FIG. 10 in which the support 400 constituting is shown in particular. the protective frame 40.

The two rectangular angles are arranged so that their adjacent free edges, constituting the vertices of the diagonal not including the elastic blades 231, 232, are contiguous but capable of playing freely. Thus, the support 400, by virtue of its own elasticity, allows it to reinforce the action of the elastic blades 231, 232 when they return during the distribution of the viscous substance.

A more detailed description of the container which is the subject of the invention, in the abovementioned embodiment, will now be given in conjunction with FIGS. 10, 11 and 12.

According to the above figures, the dispensing head 3 of the substance to be dispensed can be made of an injected plastic material.

The dispensing head 3 may advantageously comprise an upper cup 3315 molded and serving as a support for the entire container body 1. It also includes a crown 3322 of the accesses and outlet of viscous substance covering the upper cup 3315 and a valve 3324 for admission of the viscous substance when loading the container of viscous substance to be dispensed.

As shown in Figure 12, a channel 33240 for communication between the inlet valve 3324 and the pocket 2 forming a reservoir is provided. A fixed support 335B of the pocket forming a reservoir 2 makes it possible to receive a first external face of the pocket 2, this first external face of the pocket 2 being attached to the fixed support 335B. The first external face of the pocket can be attached by gluing, for example, to the fixed support 335B. A mobile support 336 of the pocket forming the reservoir 2 is also provided, on which the second external face of the pocket is attached in a similar manner to the first external face. The movable support 336 is movable relative to the fixed support 335B so as to allow the communication between the pocket 2 forming a reservoir and the channel 33240. A centering piece denoted 3315B coming from molding is provided on which the fixed support 335B is supported. . The centering piece 3315B is mechanically secured to the upper bucket.

A knurled screw 337 crosses the side wall of the upper bucket 3315 and allows the control of the movable support 336 of the reservoir pocket by engagement-disengagement of the movable support 336 vis-à-vis the fixed support 335B so as to allow closing or l opening of the link of the communication channel 33240 and of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the mobile support 336 of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir and the fixed support 335B of this same pocket each comprise an elastic strip denoted 3351, 3352 secured to the fixed support 335B respectively mobile 336. Each strip can be constituted by an extension of an elastic blade 231, 232 and form on the one hand a connecting channel 335A for the viscous substance between the inlet valve 3324 and the tank pocket 2 in the release position of the movable support 336 relative to the fixed support 335B of the pocket 2 and on the other hand forming a sealing safety valve in the engagement position from the mobile support 336 to the fixed pocket support 335B.

In order to ensure sealing, each strip comprises at least respectively a notch and a step as shown in FIG. 12 in particular making it possible to ensure the closure of the connecting channel 335A in the position of engagement of the mobile support on the fixed support of pocket.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the container, in the aforementioned embodiment, the container body 1 can be formed by a tube or sleeve added by crimping on the periphery of the upper cup. To this end, the upper cup may comprise a connecting ring 3555 allowing the crimping of the tube or sleeve such as an aluminum tube or sleeve for example. The tube or sleeve constituting the container body, comprises at its end opposite the end attached by crimping, an orifice 1001 provided with a centering cone denoted 3313. The orifice 1001 is an orifice passing through the wall of the container body 1 to allow the space between the internal wall of the container body 1 and the external wall of the reservoir pocket 2 to be placed under vacuum.

Une lumière est ménagée dans le cylindre tourillonnant selon un plan diamétral de celui-ci.In addition, as shown in FIG. 12, the viscous product inlet valve 3324 is formed by a cylindrical stud journalling in the crown of the accesses and exits 3322 of viscous substance. A light is provided in the revolving cylinder along a diametrical plane thereof.

In FIGS. 10, 11 and 12, a passage for a pocket constituting a connection channel for the viscous substance has been successively designated by 335A between the inlet valve 3324 and the reservoir pocket 2 in the position of disengagement of the movable support 336 relative to the fixed support 335B of pocket, by 335c a bearing for the screw 337. The screw and the knob 337 actuate the mobile support 336 of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir.

An exemplary embodiment of mounting a container in accordance with the aforementioned embodiment will be described in conjunction with FIG. 12. The protective frame 40 formed by the support 400 is first introduced into the container body 1 formed for example by a aluminum metal tube. The elastic blades forming a spring 231, 232 have the same height as the protective frame 40. The width of the elastic blades 231, 232 depends on the thickness of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir. Preferably, the latter will be formed by a flat pocket made of raw latex. The elastic blades 231, 232 abut in the interior corners of the protective frame 40. The elastic flat pocket 2 has a width slightly less than that of the elastic blades 231, 232, but preferably, the height of the elastic pocket 2 corresponds at the height between the top of the diffusion head 3 and the bottom of the container body 1.

Le profilage de la couronne de liaison 3555 permet d'assurer la liaison avec le boitier ou corps de récipient 1.It is however possible to play on the elasticity of the reservoir pocket 2 to have standard pockets for different heights of container body 1. The dispensing head 3 is provided in a single piece because it can be made of a plastic material injected for large series containers. The profiling of the connecting crown 3555 makes it possible to ensure the connection with the case or container body 1.

It will be noted in particular that the mobile support 336 and the fixed support 335B respectively comprise a raised part and a groove, the two possibly having a different angle in order to obtain an airtightness on the flat part between the two lips of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir and a seal resistant to the internal pressure exerted by the elastic blades 231, 232.

It will also be noted that the mobile support 336 is provided with two lateral wings preventing hernias of the pocket from forming. The support 336 receives the screw 337 by a threaded hole 336B which must have a sufficient depth to allow a movement of 3 to 4 mm from the mobile support 336. This separation of the lips of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir is only necessary for sterilization and rinsing the bag as well as for filling the container described above, while the opening of use can be tiny depending on the packaged product and its use. It will of course be understood that the distribution of the viscous substance to be dispensed, the container being loaded, can be carried out by means of the dispensing nozzle 3 as described previously in the description.

The conditioned product can determine the thread pitch but when it is desired to carry out an automatic conditioning of the viscous substance, it will be useful for the opening, and especially the closing, of the connecting channel 335A by means of the screw 337 , or a multiple of a half-turn around it. For this purpose, the screw and the wheel 337 actuating the movable support 336 can be provided with a slot for a screwdriver and centering guides.

To assemble a container object of the invention, as shown in Figure 12, we take advantage of the relative impossibility of bonding the latex constituting the reservoir pocket 2 and glue the upper part of the fixed support 335B and of the mobile support 336. The pocket 2 forming a reservoir is engaged, and its upper part is clamped between the fixed support 335B and the mobile support 336. The elastic blades 231, 232 are also glued and applied to the lower part of the pocket 2 forming tank, the whole being engaged between the protective frame 40 so that the bottom abuts thereon. The fact of push the upper part of the container body 1 into the groove 3555 of the connecting crown, the upper cutaway of which causes the rise, at the rate of 1 or 2 tenths of a mm, allows the movement of the springs but prevents the formation of hernias on the pocket 2 forming a reservoir.

During loading, that is to say during the admission of the viscous substance to be distributed into the reservoir pocket 2, the elastic blades 231, 232 come off from the reservoir pocket 2, while the lips of that -ci, which practically do not undergo traction, remain glued to the fixed support 335B and to the mobile support 336.

It should however be noted that the pocket 2 forming a reservoir does not contain any air at all and can be easily conditioned under pressure by providing a special nozzle for a long and narrow opening.

However, these bags, delivered raw from the manufacturing process, must sometimes be washed, sterilized and dried before packaging the viscous substance to be dispensed.

These operations can be done immediately before filling, that is to say before the admission of the viscous substance to be dispensed and using the same machine.

For this purpose, the object of the invention container is assembled but not crimped and placed in a lower bucket secured to a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder as shown in Figure 12. Of course, the lower bucket can be replaced by 3 rods 338 placed at the point of a triangle and linked by a flexible fixing 339 to a crown 3310, which comprises a recess for receiving a suction cup 3311, which, when it is secured to a tube 3312 placed under vacuum, ensures a suction effect with the lower part of the container body 1. In FIG. 12, 3314 and 3314a show suitable seals.

By way of nonlimiting example, of course, the suction cup 3311 and the tube 3312 can form a single piece having only one seal 3314. The separate presentation of the assembly is made with a view to an automated installation. The container object of the invention, assembled but not crimped then rises to the upper cup 3315 which ensures the insertion of the connecting ring 3555 in the container body 1. An elastic skirt 3316 surrounds both the upper cup 3315 and pushing jaws 3317, actuated by corresponding jacks 3318, then make it possible to temporarily seal. A socket 3319 formed on the upper bucket 3315 then makes it possible to empty the entire container while the crimping or pushing back up the fixed pocket support 335B and the mobile pocket support 336 against the access joint 3320 since the container body 1 can no longer descend. A retaining plate 3321 of the access joint 3320 makes it possible to maintain it. The upper cup 3315 and the counter plate 3321 are engaged in the access ring 3322, the vacuum tightness of which is also ensured by the elastic sealing skirt 3316. The admission of the viscous product or substance to be dispensed into the container is carried out via an inlet nozzle denoted 3323, the admission of the aforementioned viscous substance being controlled by the intake valve 3324.

In addition, in 3325 and 3326, multiple access and exit possibilities have been shown to create the vacuum in the external vicinity of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir. The screwdriver and the thumbwheel 3327 and 3328 penetrate into the evacuated volume, the elastic sealing skirt 3316 ensuring the sealing. The retraction or disengagement of the mobile pocket support 336 and the opening of the access valve 3324 then make it possible to ensure either the arrival of the product to be packaged, that is to say the viscous substance to be packaged and to distribute either that of rinse-sterilization product then hot air drying.

In the second case, the opening and closing of the vacuum then makes it possible to aspirate and then expel the product or products which can emerge via their access route or through a specific outlet to be recycled if necessary. After drying of the pocket 2 forming a reservoir, the main product or viscous substance to be dispensed reaches the pocket 2 forming a reservoir by opening the valve 3324. The filling is then carried out by suction and can be completed by pressurizing the viscous product or substance to distribute. Closing the valve 3324 causes the vacuum to be cut and the jacks supporting 3311 and 3312 descend; the vacuum of the tube 3312 is then cut, and, in an automatic system, the tube 3312 and the centering cone 3313 of this tube on the suction cup 3314 completely disengages from the crown forming a cup 3310 to make room for the next crown bringing another container or container body.

A particularly efficient viscous substance distribution container has thus been described insofar as this makes it possible to assemble, wash, sterilize and dry each container immediately before filling with the viscous substance to be distributed and using the same machine. In addition, the container for packaging and dispensing the viscous substance which is the subject of the invention is particularly advantageous insofar as lasting operation of the elastic blades 231, 232, taking into account the protective element provided for this purpose, is got.
