    - a valve (17) able to adopt a sealing position for the sampling orifice (15) and a release position of the sampling orifice (15);
    the device (3) comprises a cosmetic product arranged in the bag (7);
    and the valve (17) comprises:
    - a shutter (53) for sealing the sampling orifice (15),
    - a core (55) linked to the shutter (53) and engaged in the sampling orifice (15),
    - an end portion (57) linked to the core (55), provided with an elastic member (59) that recalls the valve (17) to the sealing position,
    the shutter (53), the core (55) and the end portion (57) consisting of a single piece;
    characterized in that the bag (7) is flexible and in that the sampling orifice (15) is a slot extended along a first direction (D1), the end portion (57) of the valve (17) being shaped to be able to be introduced through the slot (19)..
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the chamber (13) is sealed inwards of the flexible bag (7) by a wall (25) in which the sampling orifice (15) is arranged, the wall (25) having on a face turned inwards of the flexible bag (7) a bearing surface (43) against which the shutter (53) is in sealed contact in the sealed position of the valve (17), and having on a face turned towards the chamber (13) a bearing zone (73) engaging with the elastic member (59) to recall the valve (17) to the sealing position.
  3. Device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the elastic member (59) comprises two arms (65), the bearing zone (73) comprising two bearing surfaces (75) arranged on either side of the slot (15) and aligned according to a second direction (D2) that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction (D1).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the core (55) is elongated along an axial direction (X), the two arms (65) being able to be introduced axially through two side ends of the slot (15) then displaced circumferentially about the axial direction (X) to the bearing surfaces (75).
  5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that each bearing surface (75) is adjacent to zones protruding (77) with respect to said bearing surface (75) and arranged circumferentially between said bearing surface (75) and the lateral ends of the slot (15).
  6. Device according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the end portion (57) of the valve (17) comprises a pressing part (71) that extends the core (55) beyond the two arms (65).
  7. Device according to any of the above claims, characterized in that it comprises a removable cap (81) sealing an end of the chamber (13) located outside the flexible bag (7).
  8. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a rigid outer packaging (9) around the flexible bag (7), with the submerging body (11) passing through the outer packaging (9) and being fastened to the outer packaging (9).
  9. Assembly for packaging and distributing a cosmetic product, the assembly (1) comprising a packaging device (3) according to any of the preceding claims, and a member for sampling (5) the cosmetic product suited to be engaged in the submerging body (11).
  10. Assembly according to claim 9, characterized in that the sampling member (5) is a syringe.
  11. Assembly according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the sampling member (5) comprises a syringe body (91) provided to be engaged in the submerging body (11) until a sampling position and a piston (93) sliding inside the syringe body (91), the syringe body (91) in sampling position maintaining the valve (17) in release position against the recalling force of the elastic member (59).
  12. Assembly according to claim 11, characterized in that the sampling member (5) comprises an external sealing member (119) interposed between the submerging body (11) and the syringe body (91), and an internal sealing member (117) interposed between the piston (93) and the syringe body (91).
  13. Assembly according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that it comprises a removable fastening of the syringe body (91) to the submerging body (11).
  14. Method for assembling a device according to any of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising the following steps:
    - a step of engaging the valve (17) through the sampling orifice (15) according to an axial direction (X);
    - a step of locking the valve (17) in the sampling orifice (15), by rotation of the valve (17) with respect to the submerging body (11) about the axial direction (X).
